It is out of the way and quiet. 20 min walk to some great little restaurants or the main road and you can take a bus to wherever. Uber is very reasonable. Super clean, decent view onto lagoon. Big units. Super helpful staff. Super clean pool. Restaurant was going to open again on the weekend.

Like it here. It's quiet. For owners only though. If you rent from an owner, might be a good idea to rent a car. It's 5 minutes away from the main road. Free parking. Secured access.

Loved the unit, but it is the first timeshare without a dishwasher and washer/dryer. You're really landlocked.. no transportation to get around. Food at the restaurant is very good but it's never open. Had a terrific party one night with music and dancing and everyone had a great time.

25m walk from public transport Really good customer service and the grounds are well kept and clean spacious apartments. Came here via an rci exchange as this is one of the only non all inclusive venues. Did not really like the sales pitch on the tours while we were trying to eat breakfast but the overall experience was good. Recommend a car.

Oh the room was gorgeous. I had a beautiful view of the laguna and across the water. The night was a little cool and breezy, but overall, it was relaxing. I would definitely visit again. Also, the staff was very attentive and made me feel right at home. You can order out or eat at the on-site restaurant. Fabulous!!!

Coral Mar is not for everyone, but if you are looking for a quiet, calm and beautiful place to relax, then this is your place. The view, especially at night, is stunning. Each apartment has a full kitchen, several large screen TVs, an internet router, and an easy to control air-conditioner. The swimming pool is well kept and the people at the office will go out of the way to be helpful. There is a little store that can provide you with food for your kitchen. The restaurant in the complex was closed in January, but hopefully that will be corrected soon. There is a tour office on the grounds that provides the typical Cancun tours. If you are looking for a resort directly on the ocean, Coral Mar is not a good fit.

When we don't do all inclusive this is our go to spot! We love the staff, they always take good care of us and treat us like family.

Small quiet resort with excellent food and company. People were so friendly and Nora and Carlos fed us so well.

Let me just say I have been to low end motels that had better service. I am regular traveler and I had never been told No! to clean towels. After an long day of excursions my family and I returned back to our room to find no clean towels. I then contacted management just to be told the maid is gone and no you're not getting any towels. The person I spoke to was really rude and unaccommodating to my entire family's need. My wife and I then went down to the office where he continued to be rude and unhelpful. It wasn't until my wife called upper management that he finally decided to give us clean towels. Never had I experienced such poor service from a hotel in my life and I've been traveling regularly for 15yrs now. The place was outdated with poor running water. The hot water never last long. No iron, or washer and dryer which is normally provided for an apartment style room. The pool was very small and the only bar/restaurant was very limited on food and drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Day 1 of my 7 day stay we arrived to an old dated room a bit disappointed but the view of the lagoon. Horrible experience on day 2 after returning from ATV, ziplining and cave exploration experience there was an extremely rude and unprofessional staff Osiel of 25 years who told my son, husband and I that they did not have any clean towels. The most difficult part of the entire response of Osiel is that he say "No, who do you think you are?" as if asking for clean towels was uncommon. I am a member and customer; I called the emergency membership line and Osiel then told me towels would be delivered to our room. The next morning on day 3 I shared the experience with the the front desk and asked for the manager who did not arrive to apologize until day 5. Each staff member apologized except Osiel as the staff made excuses for his behavior which is more concerning for a 25 year employee to be allowed to treat guests/ customers in such a manner. The ask for clean was simple and should not have been considered unreasonable. I would never recommend this place to anyone who has just a simple expectation for a clean towel daily.

A superb spot at the end of the road. Beautiful and well-maintained condominium. Large and clean pool with an inviting seating area. Lagoon view on one side and ocean view on the other side. Amazing and comfortable suites.

Great condo with great views. We had the top unit which had a gorgeous view of the sunrise out the front and decent views of the sunset off the back. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 a/c units all working great, 3 tvs with Netflix and other services, fast wifi, 24 hour gate service, and a great, clean pool. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool and by the water. There's also a bar/ restaurant on site for dinner.

A lovely place away from the crowds of Cancún. Not much nearby, but the views of the lagoon overlooking the pool through the palm trees while the lights of the hotels on the other side light up at night are beautiful. The pool was great and the staff excellent

Spent two days over the long weekend here - I was going to give 3 stars because the resort is on the old side and badly needs renovation. Small grounds and limited dining on site - nothing they can do about it frankly. But I gave it 5 stars because of the internet. Every review says the wifi is super slow, but to my surprise the internet was 75Mbits when I tested and that was throughout the day. I had to work for a couple of hours on the weekend and it was as if I was back home. Way faster than 5 star resorts in Zona Hotelera. So I would definitely stay here again primarily because of the internet. I have had super slow internet at a dozen resorts during peak times never here and the resort was full. Kudos and keep it up.

The staff is top notch, they even helped us with a rental car issue we had. That is above and beyond. The resort is off the beaten path, but that is part of the value. The rooms are nice and the resort is quite. If you like a little peace when you turn in from a day of fun, this is the perfect place. No lines, no worries, and assistance with any challenges that you run into.

A wonderful place to stay. Adi and Erica were our hotel hostesses and they went above and beyond expectations. Definitely stay again. Juan the concierge was very helpful as well.

Only thing missing was an elevator and the ball for they volleyball in the pool. Our last day there though, they decided to do major renovations in the apartment directly under us majorly disturbing our rest and relaxation we really needed for an early morning flight out in the morning! And that was All day!

The hospitality at this establishment is like no other. The staff is genuine, sincere, pleasant and happy to help with anything. They go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The administration got wind that my son left to the hospital in the middle of the night and had emergency surgery. Upon his return from the hospital, they relocated us to a lower level for his ease, helped us cancel pre paid tours, and checked in on my wife and kids while I spent 3 days with my son at the hospital. The rooms are clean and turned every day, grounds are clean and well groomed. Location is away from all the chaos and nasty traffic Cancun offers. The local restaurant has a limited menu, but it is all freshly made. There is a small store right outside the grounds, but it has all the basics we needed. If you like a slow pace and relaxation, give them a chance, we were thankful to land here and if we go back to Cancun, we’ll stay here again. We’d rather rest and get out for daily outings as opposed to never leave an all inclusive resort to party all day…..but that’s just us!
