day
stay
we
arrived
to
an
old
dated
room
a
bit
disappointed
but
the
view
of
the
lagoon.
Horrible
experience
on
day
2
after
returning
from
ATV,
ziplining
and
cave
exploration
experience
there
was
an
extremely
rude
and
unprofessional
staff
Osiel
of
25
years
who
told
my
son,
husband
and
I
that
they
did
not
have
any
clean
towels.
The
most
difficult
part
of
the
entire
response
of
Osiel
is
that
he
say
"No,
who
do
you
think
you
are?"
as
if
asking
for
clean
towels
was
uncommon.
I
am
a
member
and
customer;
I
called
the
emergency
membership
line
and
Osiel
then
told
me
towels
would
be
delivered
to
our
room.
The
next
morning
on
day
3
I
shared
the
experience
with
the
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
the
manager
who
did
not
arrive
to
apologize
until
day
5.
Each
staff
member
apologized
except
Osiel
as
the
staff
made
excuses
for
his
behavior
which
is
more
concerning
for
a
25
year
employee
to
be
allowed
to
treat
guests/
customers
in
such
a
manner.
The
ask
for
clean
was
simple
and
should
not
have
been
considered
unreasonable.
I
would
never
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
who
has
just
a
simple
expectation
for
a
clean
towel
daily.
