The
hotel:
The
location
is
great,
and
the
hotel
is
big
with
plenty
of
activities
for
all
ages.
The
rooms:
The
rooms
are
spacious,
and
most
of
them
have
a
partial
ocean
view.
There
is
another
one
with
a
frontal
view,
which
is
my
favorite.
During
the
first
few
nights,
we
stayed
in
a
regular
room.
Even
though
the
cleaning
personnel
did
their
job,
the
room
looked
a
little
bit
outdated.
One
of
the
showers
was
broken
and
needed
to
be
fixed,
which
they
did
in
a
timely
manner.
The
food:
The
hotel
offers
a
buffet
for
most
of
the
day,
and
there
are
also
multiple
restaurants
that
require
a
reservation.
The
buffet
is
decent
with
multiple
options
for
the
entire
family.
The
restaurants
are
great,
but
you
have
to
make
a
reservation
at
8
am
as
they
have
limited
tables.
If
you
don't
make
a
reservation
by
8:15
am,
then
you
will
most
likely
have
to
enjoy
the
buffet
instead.
The
beach
and
pool:
Upon
arrival,
you
will
notice
that
most
of
the
pool
and
beach
lounger
chairs
have
towels,
which
means
"taken."
In
high
season,
it
is
quite
difficult
to
find
a
free
lounger
chair
during
your
first
day,
especially
at
the
beach.
The
hotel
can't
remove
items/towels
from
lounger
chairs,
so
most
people
will
take
advantage
of
that
and
early
morning
"reserve"
lounger
chairs
for
the
whole
day,
something
that
the
hotel
doesn't
allow,
but
again,
the
hotel
can't
do
much
about.
If
you
want
to
find
a
good
place
by
the
pool
or
at
the
beach,
then
you
better
get
up
early
and
"reserve"
your
spot.
The
activities:
There
are
multiple
activities
happening
during
the
day,
and
we
enjoyed
a
few
of
them.
There
is
mini-golf,
table
tennis,
a
pool
table,
an
air
hockey
table,
tennis
court,
basketball
court,
board
games,
and
much
more.
Some
of
them
are
limited
to
25
minutes,
which
is
fair
if
there
are
more
people
waiting
to
use
them.
The
hotel
personnel:
This
is
the
key
factor
why
I
would
come
back
to
this
hotel.
Most
of
the
people
working
there
are
amazing,
hard-working
individuals
willing
to
go
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
your
happiness.
I
had
the
pleasure
to
talk
to
a
lot
of
them,
and
I
can
say
that
I
learned
a
lot
from
each
one
of
them.
Most
of
them
start
their
journeys
at
4
am
with
a
2-hour
commute
and,
in
some
cases,
they
finish
by
3
pm
or
9
pm
in
case
they
have
a
double
shift.
They
receive
the
minimum
wage,
and
most
of
them
(or
all
of
them)
are
there
because
of
the
tips,
so
I
encourage
people
to
really
value
the
service
they
receive
from
these
people.
