Couldn't have asked for a better all-inclusive experience. Beach and pool were spectacular. The daily activities were a pleasant surprise. Franco made them fun and wanted everyone to be included, which led to a positive environment. The poolside bar was great. Miguel and Antonio made sure we were taken care of each day. The food was good but not anything special. They do ask about dietary restrictions and allergies at the restaurants. Overall, our stay was so good we seriously considered staying an extra night. We will be back soon!

My stay was amazing! The staff was great, especially Franco, the front desk and guest services staff! Unfortunately it rained for each day of our stay but we never felt bored or unsatisfied! The food was pretty good for buffet style. The rooms and common areas are clean and smell nice. There’s plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, great for small or large groups! We stayed on the Adults Only side and the rooms were very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would love to book again!

We had an excellent time at the Coral Level at Iberostar The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We actually opted to stay an additional night. Chef Luis and Max were extremely attentive and professional. The New Year’s Eve dinner was excellent and had everything you could want for a special occasion! The show after dinner was of a high quality , followed by dancing. I would highly recommend this property. The entertainment team was very professional, courteous and engaging. We spent the New Years party with them and we enjoyed their activities during our stav!

I really enjoyed my stay, but at all costs avoid the meeting about signing up for the travel club. It took twice as long as they said it would and was very pushy. The entertainment staff also asks to your face if you can leave a positive review so the rating for this resort is higher than what it would normally be. I would definitely stay here again for ~$300 a night, but avoid the travel club/rewards club meeting! Things I loved: Food - La Parilla was the best food, and the breakfast/lunch buffet was the best we’ve had in Cancun. Entertainment staff - They were awesome. Plenty of games. Drinks - Drinks were great and service was amazing as well. Other complaints: Hibachi - Food was great but hibachi was not very good. Lack of chairs - I’ve been to different resorts in Cancun that have different policies regarding leaving towels to reserve chairs, and there wasn’t enough beach chairs so by 10 AM every chair on the beach would have towels reserving them with less than 25% actually occupied. They need more beach chairs or better communication with guests. Broken Jacuzzi - The jacuzzi on our balcony did not work. We didn’t communicate this to the staff as we didn’t want to deal with someone else coming to our room…

Had an amazing time at Coral Level Iberostar, with some of the nicest, most friendly and professional staff I’ve experienced. The grounds and rooms and buildings are spotless. Alex went above and beyond to meet us and make sure details of our trip were taken care of. He’s professional, kind and truly cares about his guests and ensuring we leave with wonderful memories! Food at restaurants was not great. Buffet and bars at Coral Level exceeded my expectations. Daniel and Victoria stood out in making our rooms especially beautiful with surprise touches. And beach service was very nice with reliable and friendly staff taking good care of us. We would love to go back some day!

The rooms were nice and spacious with good showers. I thought the beds were really great. Not too far not too soft. I enjoyed the staff, they were very lively and urged you to participate in different events. I really enjoy playing volleyball with Mauricio! It was really awesome cars that stayed at chalet to play with everyone here. Great energy! Fernanda was really special. She took time to get to know us. It was great talking to her during some downtime. She made me feel at home. She was very genuine and helpful. I enjoyed playing with different games.

Stayed November 2021 and it was The best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. The front desk concierge were extremely accommodating, helpful and made everything amazing for the birthday we were celebrating. Food was really good with a plethora of options, top shelf liquor was provided, and the views were nothing short of amazing. The room was spectacular with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The property was extremely clean. I’d recommend this hotel 10x over.

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon and it was truly amazing. Perfect service and amenities. We felt very relaxed and everyone was so nice. I thought it was great that we had access to both areas of the hotel with all the restaurants. The ocean was great, the seaweed cleared up enough one of the days to go swim out into the ocean! Special thanks to Alex, Gael, Vivian, and all the staff who helped make our stay super fun and relaxed. Definitely recommend reserving all your dinners for the week upon arrival. Blown away by coral level!!

CORAL LEVEL - - I do not have enough words to say how WONDERFUL our stay was at this resort!!! It was beautiful, clean, the best staff, and food was awesome. We got married there and Janet was very nice, communicative, and on top of her game. Made the day run very smooth. So happy we chose this resort - it was PERFECT!!!! The employees could not have been nicer :) from the front desk, to concierge (and all the connections to the man upstairs - forever grateful for him), bar staff, food servers, and entertainment. Shout out to Alexei, Alex, Ximena, and so many more. Great people working there who truly get to know you and go out of their way to make you happy. Everyone always had smiles and ready to talk. The night time bar staff really made the nights fun. Great drinks, great bartenders, and again super friendly. Do not pass up on Coral Level. Food is top notch, service out of this world, and the grounds/rooms were clean and updated!

We had a great time on our trip! The pool was excellent and right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean (not many resorts there are.) The food was amazing as well with lots of variety. I do wish there were more options for the adults only section. The bartenders were extremely nice and kept up with our drinks. Special shout out to Miguel, Alejandro, and Fernanda for their service. The bars close at 11pm though because of Covid. Overall, we loved the resort and would come back again.

This is an amazing resort - true adults only hotel. My husband and I came for a romantic getaway and we really enjoy our experience. The room is huge and beautiful. We had a corner room that we were able to see sunrise and sunset. Most important, this resort is very clean - impeccable. We loved our experience and we will definitely come back. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic. Nonstop fun activities and games throughout the day. The team works really hard to ensure guests have a special time. The effort is admirable and they try hard to make it special for all of the guests. Fernanda and Alex are so friendly and they create an atmosphere with lots of fun activities. The services are outstanding. Roberto and Irving are so warm and welcoming - amazing services. We absolutely love the experience and will be back.

Had my wedding here and picked the hotel for the value and being family friendly. The wedding was absolutely beautiful! Diego was amazing throughout the entire process. Very attentive, followed through and just overall a gem to work with! I do feel as of the hotel could use some renovations of the rooms. Also, it seemed that room service was limited (could not bring drinks) and they were not very prompt on picking up tray and dishes. Overall the hotel is decent, just not sure I would return to this specific location.

We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful facilities, the staff is incredible and so talented! Aside from terrific service, they put on some really great shows. The "Burlesque" show featuring a variety if acrobatic performances was surprising and so impressive. It made for great entertainment during a delicious dinner (and the hostess Fernanda made us feel so welcome). Props to Jay our concierge and our terrific bartender Gaspar as well. Stay here!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Iberostar Selection Cancun in December 2023 and we stayed on the Coral Level. Our wedding coordinator Diego was a Godsend. He was there with us every step of the way. Through our stresses in planning and trying to plan our perfect wedding in under a year, Diego made sure to communicate, calm our nerves and take care of everything down to the last detail up until our wedding day. He brought our dreams and our vision to life and we are and will forever be grateful that Diego was our wedding coordinator. He went above and beyond for us and we can see that it is because he truly cares and wants to see everyone happy and enjoy their day. Every detail like going out of his way to working with the beverage team to get us an extra hour at the open bar are things we dearly dearly appreciated and lived. There are no amount of words we can write or type to express our gratitude for Diego or to express how much we enjoyed not only our wedding day but the resort itself. People are still talking about it and I’m already telling everyone Diego is the wedding coordinator they need if they want to get married in Cancun. We truly want to thank once again Diego and the staff at Iberostar for their kindness and patience with us.

We had such a great time! We stayed in the coral level and it was very relaxing. The service was unforgettable. Everyone was so accommodating to our every need. They had wonderful activities, that were so much fun!! We stayed for Christmas and new years and they had a lovely set up and parties! The views were extraordinary, the water was so clear and beautiful! The beach was so pleasant. I would love to come back here again!!

This resort is so beautiful. We have been several times and it’s always a blast. We love the whole entertainment staff. Diego, Erick, Pedro, and the rest of the entertainers are so friendly and full of energy! They’re part of the reason why we come back. Mauricio at the front desk is welcoming and does his best to make us have a good experience. The whole staff at the resort is hard working and respectful. We’ll be back for sure.

The Latino show was amazing! The dancers were so talented and made such an entertaining show. Alexei was a great leader and taught us a ton of dance moves! We had so much fun and will definitely be back to see the show during our visit!

My wife and I had our honeymoon here and it was fantastic! The entertainment staff was awesome. Fernanda and Alexei were very welcoming and friendly. They were there laughing with us on our mission to win shirts during bingo and trivia. We become “the honeymooners” and they would say hello to us at every chance they got. We will miss their games but have a lifetime of quotes and memories.

My husband and I are here on our honeymoon, and we are having a great time! Rooms and views are beautiful. The housekeeping staff keeps everything very clean. There are lots of fun activities organized by the entertainment staff throughout the day - Fernanda and Alexei, in particular, have made all of these events enjoyable and engaging and take the time to get to know the guests. Fantastic entertainment staff! Would highly recommend!

One of the best experiences ever! Everyone is incredible here, they welcome you and show so much love. Polite and super friendly. Entertainers Alexei and Alex are super awesome. Very beautiful , super clean property . Beautiful beach ( they clean it from seaweed every morning). Pools are awesome. Outdoor environments for adults and kids. Great service. No complaints at all. The buffet was great too - they always had variety of food fresh fruits and juices. Also, there are food trucks if you just wanna snack on something also great.If you have kids , should try kids club. They always have fun entertainments for kiddos . Overall, I loved Iberostar Selection . Definitely will be coming back!

Amazing resort. Friendliest staff. Activities at the resort are really organized and the team goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy. Alexei from the entertainment team was amazing. Every night he made sure we were happy and made everyone participate. Very talented too. Alex from the Coral pool was outstanding as well. Food was amazing too. Recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Resort was absolutely amazing...great customer service, great rooms, great staff. I was impressed by their cleanliness and attention to detail all throughout the resort. The only thing that we didn't love was the food...it was good but not great. They did however offer a wide variety of food and drink choices. Being right next to the ocean was so peaceful...we will definitely be back to Iberostar.

The rooms at the Coral Level are always very clean and updated compared to a lot of properties that we have stayed at. Special thanks to NELSON PEREZ which is a pool concierge. He always goes out of his way to make our stay amazing. We look forward to interacting with Nelson every year. GUADALUPE which is in the Star Prestige Member Services did an amazing job this year for us. He always knew where we were and made sure to find us to see if we needed anything. He went out of his way to get special lunch for us each day at the Cabanas. He was even waiting for us at the point of check-out to say goodbye. ISRAEL is the bar tender in the Star Prestige area of the beach. He has taken special care of us each year and always remembers us. ROSA is a server in the pool area and did an amazing job this year. We never wanted for anything as she was always very attentive. The food here is no better than any other resort that we go to in Mexico but the experiences provided by an amazing staff are what keep us coming back each year. Can't wait to go back again and again.

We picked this location to be our first vacation as a couple and it did not disappoint. Unfortunately, there were some smalls things that made this to be a 4 star and not a 5 star for me. During our check in process, we had options to reserve dinners in the restaurants located within the resort. We ended up picking one the night we arrived but were unable to make it, but we were never told it would be a fine if we didn't show up. Also, I tried to book another reservation but there were no open spots throughout my four-night stay. There is also a server that brings in to what we assumed is her boyfriend and friends for beers and food. This made it hard for us to enjoy the very front park of the resort. Food is great and drinks are great as well. Definitely would recommend to friends.

The resort activities and service were impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to help and stay attentive to their guests. Fernanda was fantastic at coordinating games and hilarious! Really made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend staying at a higher floor so you have more privacy and call ahead to ensure you get a king size bed (if preferred), otherwise you might have to negotiate with the front desk upon arrival based on other reviews. I emailed the team about a week ahead to reserve the dinners during my stay so I wouldn't have to do it when I got there. The food was good. A bit bland for my husband and I but there were lots of different salsas and peppers to add, which was great! The steakhouse was very nice and I would recommend it over the hibachi (the only other restaurant we tried). The rooms were nice and clean, and the outdoor hot tub was a really nice touch that sets this hotel apart from the others in the area. Prepare yourself for the very loud jets, though! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we will be back!

We spent 6 days at Coral Level Iberostar and had a blast. The staff at the Coral level pool were particularly amazing. Mauricio, Alex and Jaime kept things entertaining with games and charisma for days. We especially loved the beach volleyball. Miguel at the pool makes the best drinks. The food is good, rooms were really clean, and the service was wonderful. We hope to return one day soon.

Fernanda, Alexei and Franco kept us going with the entertainment. We wanted to have a good time and they kept the party going. The great thing about them is they built a friendship with us and remembered our names. Guacamole making contest (Papimole), Beach Volleyball, and the bar tenders were awesome. Never overwhelmed and took care of their guest. The resort was great. They had some cool shows for us to watch and the views were amazing. Thanks guys.

Coral at Iberostar is amazing! The views, food, service, entertainment, rooms are all good. This is my first time to Cancun and the people here made it so wonderful that I never had to leave the resort which for some is important but for us it was great! Everything was here for us! Need a bartender, hit up Mario for drinks and Coffee. Carlos for entertainment was awesome! Hit up the coffee stand also, stellar pastries. Basically come to Iberostar and leave the kiddies at home and come to the Coral side!

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel. By far, our favourite was the breakfast buffet which was so delicious and fresh. The staff were all so kind and caring, we really felt like we made some new friends while we were there. Guadelupé and Israel at the Members Beach lounge went above and beyond to take care of our every need. They treated us even better than royalty, they treated us like family. The pool area was small but the setting is beautiful. Our room was breathtaking with the most amazing view of the Caribbean sea. It was cleaned to perfection everyday and turned down for sleep every night, often with flowers and petals left for us. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was our first stay at Iberostar Coral Level. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and food was good. At the pool, they had games and the staff was very attentive in providing drinks and/or food. The aqua bike and aqua fitness classes were so fun. I didn’t catch the name of the instructors but I took the classes on 9/26/22. Housekeeping was excellent. Everyday, housekeeping would leave flowers in a different arrangement on the bed and they also came multiple times per day. Neto, front desk staff, was very attentive from the moment we arrived. He was friendly and did his best to be helpful/resourceful. We had a massage at the time and it was great. Very calming and spa valet, Diana, was very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staff was very professional and very helpful. They constantly checked to ensure that we were okay during our stay. The waitresses are very hardworking, always checking to see if there was anything we wanted. The rooms were cleaned everyday! The refrigerator was always stocked. The food was also good, I just wish they had more variation. Overall, it was a great experience, definitely would come again.

My husband and I spent a week with friends at Coral Level and we had the best time! The atmosphere at the pool each day was fun and relaxing. Fernanda and Alexei were wonderful at their jobs by keeping exciting games and entertainment flowing. But they also were equally pleasant to be around! The drinks made by pool staff were awesome, shout out to Santos and Miguel for keeping us hydrated. I would love to visit again!

Had an amazing time on our vacation. The Coral level is extremely clean and the views from the rooms are amazing. Favorite restaurant by far was the Steakhouse and the best coffee can be found in the Lobby bar even though there is a 24 hour coffee place in the Other hotel. Franco and Fernanda and the rest of the entertainment staff were amazing always kept the laughs going and people engaged. Miguel at the pool bar gave us excellent service and made the best drinks. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a giant resort hotel at the southern end of the hotel zone. Great Pools, beach, and amenities. We are not foodies but we thought the variety and food quality was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the coral section of the resort which is smaller and you definitely meet/see the same staff daily. Concierge Hector, pool assistant Guadalupe, and chef Luis at the main hotel were some of The staff members we enjoyed speaking with most.

What a great experience at this resort! Hector and all of the staff were beyond helpful! They made sure we had our dinner reservations, our COVID testing, travel to the airport, excursions, everything we wanted/needed….. Hector made sure we were organized and ready to enjoy our vacation with no worries. Pool and beach staff always made sure we were “hydrated” and involved in all the resort activities. Franco is super fun and energetic! The rooms were amazing with spectacular views to watch the sunrises/sunsets from the room balcony if we wanted. The beach was wide and beautiful. It really was paradise! We had some flight issues at the end of our stay and the resort took such good care of us - again making sure we had everything in place to get us home. We highly recommend this resort and will be going back soon (but using a different airline next time 😬).
