It was ok. It kinda reminding me of going to my grandmothers house very generic. The bed was a king size but not very comfortable. We paid less for another place and it was more comfortable and inviting. I found some of the staff here kinda rude. The girls is no where near anything. So if you want a nice slow quiet place this is it. I would not return to this hotel.

This is one of those places that if I could give 10 stars I would! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH every single person who works at the Ramada Cancun. My stay there was PERFECT! Everyone treated me very kindly, with human warmth and excellent customer service. The room was immaculate, they have a great swimming pool, an impressive gym for a mid-size facility hotel, a 2 computer and video beam business center, great bar-restaurant but the best was the service I received whilst staying there. Every person made me feel so welcomed that I wanted to stay more and more. THANK YOU RAMADA CANCUN, I cannot thank you enough.

Booked a room here and verified reservation on Ramada website. Never got a confirmation email after booking and when we showed up there we were informed that they are closed for renovations. Our reservation was honored by them at a different hotel which was further than we wanted to be. It’s understandable that during a time of low bookings this can happen, however if I would have known in advance I could have made a change myself to be where we needed to be.

The location is very convenient - it may not be in the hotel zone but it is close to the ADO bus stand and close to Mercado 28 all of which are within 10 minutes of walking distance. It has a free shuttle to the beach daily. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has Mexican and Western Foods. We got a good deal and it was included in our room price. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and hard-working. However we have an annoyance. There's a smell of sewage in the hallway of the second floor. And we have communicated this to the stuff.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Our room was clean and spacious. We even had a small balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor veranda for drinks in the evening. No complaints here.

Has been such a great stay here. Staff has been very good and pleasant. I was greeted outside upon arrival. The front desk clerk has been so accommodating, informative and so helpful. Room was spacious. Wish it was a carpeted floor but that's not a big deal.

I checked in today, March 21, 2109. There was a long line around 1230PM, but since checkin is at 3PM I was happy I was able to get in early. The hotel is spotless from the lobby to the room. The staff was polite and it was a relief that my English was understood and I was able to ask questions about local places to eat and things to do. I had a fourth floor room with a nice balcony and city view.

Hotel is clean and wifi is strong. The breakfast buffet is extra but it's reasonable. The attached restaurant is nice and room service is an added bonus. Bathroom is tiny. Complimentary waters in room were already open. Be aware of that. Oh, and the mattresses are like rock slabs. Ouch. The reason I took a star off was because of the waters, tiny bathroom, hard mattress, and because of the karaoke bar situated across the street. Oh, the karaoke bar...poorly sung Spanish songs, loudly, all night/early morning and all nights of the week. For this reason alone, I would not go back to this hotel,sadly.

I want to say our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. the hotel has everything you can need. The hotel offers an amazing shuttle service to Mandala Beach club everyday for free which would normally cost 40 usd to enter. If you want a very pleasant experience in the centre of Cancun city this is the place to be. Don't get me wrong it isn't a pompous all inclusive hotel in the hotel district but it is a excellent value for money if you want a down to earth realistic Cancun experience

Excellent! The staff was beyond imagination helpful with all matters, and we did have some challenges. Our flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked in what they supported us with both making calls, helping with language issues and also by simply being comforting. Highest rating for all the people working there! The room was the standard high quality, well equiped. The breakfast had a wide selection to fit almost any need. Wifi coverage was good everywhere in the hotel.
