I
recently
visited
Ultrajewels
Fashion
Harbour
in
January
2022.
I
was
in
Cancun
for
a
long
overdue
vacation
and
I
visited
the
store
on
my
birthday.
I
entered
the
store
and
wasn't
even
greeted.
Every
sales
person
was
on
their
cell
phone
with
their
heads
down.
Only
the
armed
security
guard
acknowledged
that
I
had
entered
the
store.
I
walked
around
the
whole
store
and
looked
at
every
brand
they
had.
Finally
after
trying
to
make
eye
contact
with
someone,
I
approached
a
sales
person
and
told
them
it
was
my
birthday
and
I
wanted
to
purchase
a
watch
as
a
present
for
myself.
I
was
also
looking
at
some
David
Yurman
jewellery
for
my
girlfriend.
I
asked
about
an
IWC
and
brought
up
a
Rolex
Oyster
Perpetual
41.
Before
I
could
finish
my
sentence,
the
sales
person
told
me
that
Rolex
was
only
sold
to
"their"
customers
and
they
had
nothing
in
stock.
I
thought
this
was
interesting
because
I
considered
myself
a
customer.
How
does
one
become
a
customer
if
you
won't
even
entertain
them
making
a
purchase?
The
sales
person
didn't
even
want
to
chat
about
watches
or
get
a
feel
for
what
I
was
looking
for.
I
couldn't
get
out
of
the
store
fast
enough.
I
am
building
my
watch
collection
and
have
a
few
pieces
that
I
am
looking
for.
IWC,
Panerai,
Cartier
and
Rolex
are
all
on
my
list.
I
visit
Cancun
every
year
and
you
would
think
that
one
$5000
to
$10000
watch
purchase
a
year
would
be
sufficient
to
be
considered
a
customer.
I
have
never
felt
to
disrespeted
and
belittled
when
trying
to
spend
$10,000.
I
get
better
service
buying
a
$50
t-shirt.
Anyways,
avoid
this
place.
You
get
better
service
back
in
Canada
or
the
USA
and
don't
have
to
deal
with
the
taxes
and
added
security
issues
of
having
a
$10K
watch
in
your
possession.
To
the
management,
please
do
better.
There
is
no
way
for
you
to
know
whether
someone
is
just
browsing
or
ready
to
spend
$50k
on
watches
and
jewellery
without
talking
to
them.
