    We just had an excellent experience at the ER. Our son nearly drowned. We were close by to perform CPR to revive him and then the paramedics took us to this ER. Dr. Garcia was wonderful, very attentive and informative. Our son spent the night on supportive care. He was evaluated by a cardiologist and internist before his release this morning. All the doctors spoke enough english to communicate with us. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you

    My husband broke his arm during our vacation and the doctor and staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and quick to get him taken care of. We will hopefully never need to visit a hospital again while in Mexico, but if we do, we would definitely recommend this one.

    Very impressed!!! I was transferred by ambulance from their PlayaMed clinic in Playa del Carmen to see the specialist here. He came to see me at midnight, right after I got to the clinic!!! That does not happen in the U.S. I spent a few days in the hospital. It has 17 private rooms, with bathroom and cable T.V. The food was excellent!!! The whole team was superb. The doctors spoke English. I also found out they are less expensive than the big hospital in town. Very strongly recommend all of these professionals.

    I took COVID PCR test on May 30 (8 AM) and got the results at 11.15PM same day. A laboratory named CEDEME is in the next building to this hospital and they do the test from there. They sent me the results via email, which went into my SPAM folder. So please check spam because I did't and went there. They also gave me a printout. THE RESULTS ARE in ENGLISH and SPANISH in the same report. Some staff will say that they provide test in Spanish but it has all important information in ENGLISH. Great service.

    I recently had surgery at this hospital. My hospital room had mold on the walls and the bathroom reeked of mold and mildew. After the surgery, I woke up shivering for what seemed like an eternity. The nurses did nothing for me, not even bring me an extra blanket. I had to spend the rest of the day under observation in my hot, muggy hospital room. (The AC never actually cooled the room down.) Despite telling at least 3 nurses about my serious food allergies ahead of time, they brought out food that had all of my allergies, including gluten. For the second meal, they brought out a sandwich, which I couldn't eat due to gluten intolerance. They asked if I could just pick the bread off and eat the contents? Well, sure if you want me to die in this hospital. The nurse said the kitchen couldn't make me anything else. They said if I wanted to eat anything, my boyfriend had to walk and buy something from a nearby grocery store. Seriously?! Worst hospital experience I've had in my life. I recommend you avoid this hospital if you have the option.

    My husband and I came here when he had diarrhea and vomiting from (we presume) food poisoning. Hospital was very clean and more efficient than I expected. We were the only patients in ER at 6am and got prompt service. Staff was kind and helpful albeit we had to use google translate to communicate. Would go here again if needed.
