    They will try to scam you and overcharge you as much as they can. They wanted 50k USD for a patient in ICU for 4 days without doing much, just heavily sedated the whole time. And then they refuse to give you a receipt upon payment. Don’t go here for emergencies.

    Beyond ridiculous. Paid 700mxn for a 15 min chat with a clueless doctor (Dr. Octavio Casarrubias) about my problem. Went there with a strong pain in my chest (oesophagus) that persists and was told that it's from mexican food even if I didn't eat any. Also they told me that the doctor speaks english, but he could barely say a few words. I would not recommend this particular doctor, sorry.

    Was in the hospital to splint a fractured wrist. Paid the doctor with credit card and he said he would email a receipt for our insurance claim but has not. It has been more than a month now. I have emailed the hospital many times to get this receipt but they have ignored my requests. If you have medical insurance do not leave the hospital without a receipt in your hand.

    Do not stay here horrible customer service from everyone with no communication. We arrived at 9am to have my husband get a surgery and he was out at 2pm. I asked what the process would ve and was told he would be in observation for 2 hours it is now 517 and counting and they still dont have a room ready for him to be moved into? I have been sent to floor number 3 and then floor 1 to inquire and do the nurses jobs apparently. No communicates and everytime I ask they are short and say they dont know and that it will be ready when it is!! Well interesting enough as far as I know this surgery was pre scheduled and a room should have been available as im sure that I will still ve charged the full amount regardless of the hospital not having it available. My doctor was great but he is not from Azura he is from Galenia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!

I have been claiming for more than 6 months, they do not answer me and they have blocked me by all means. DO NOT DO ANYTHING EVER! (Original) La peor experiencia de mi vida. Me gaste mas de 24 mil pesos en 3 tratamientos. Me han destrozado los ojos y los labios. Llevo reclamando mas de 6 meses, no me contestan y me han bloqueado por todos los medios. NO OS HAGAIS NADA NUNCA!

    Terrible customer service and nursing - Be careful about your bill !!! - Medications and other accessories are 4 times the regular price than in the pharmacies. - Medical exams are more expensive if you are hospitalized - The regular room is considered ICU and there is no caring at all

    Had very positive experience here. Check-in was easy, I was notified of all charges upfront, and there were no hidden fees at check-out. Doctors are competent, prices are fair. All staff are friendly. I did an X-ray and they even gave me a CD and downloading link for the image - very impressed!

    As a tourist I was very impressed with their urgent care services. The staff was very very helpful! I went to this hospital because it was the nearest one nearby. The check in staff, nurse and doctor were very kind and we made due with the language barrier. I found the hospital to be very clean. I did not have to wait to be seen.

    The service is not professional. They let you wait for hours and if you ask they said sorry I don’t know… the waiting room is not comfortable. The doctors deny the services. There are no specialist to interpretate studios. They handle the hospital very badly. This should be closed and health organisation in charge should close this place.

    My son was on his honeymoon.Had an accident, got CAT scan, has brain bleed. Dr was great, and the only human in the whole hosp that spoke English. Nursing staff horrible patient care, even when translator used on cell phone to ask for bare necessities they would just stare at them. NO interpreters available at all. They only bring my son his meal trays 1/2 the time. My daughter n law has asked how to get food. They have to know they are just kids, 20 yr old and they are lost. Where is the humanity at this hospital. Horrific patient care.!!!!!! Very upset MAMA

    My son (15 years old) fell off his moped 2mins into his first lesson… Visited the Urgent Care Services with ankle and head injury. In and out within the two hour including Xrays, follow up advice given, and I was even able to speak to a nurse later that evening with a question who answered it comprehensively and with kindness. Absolutely excellent service from the Urgent Care Services team, the whole unit is a credit to the hospital and really forward-thinking.

    Good place, good team, the dr was honest and didnt push for unnecessary exams even if we pushed him to do them. I recommand the place 100%. They are organised and you have access to your files and radiography online after your visit.
