Super service. We phoned and there were no available appointments at the office. Offered a home visit. Within 30 minutes the doctor arrived. He examined and diagnosed my infection, provided Rx complete with the pills, filled out all paperwork required for reimbursement from health plan, gave detailed instructions on my medication and follow up care on my part. He told us to take photos of paperwork in case the originals are lost. Showed how to contact them in the event the health care provider requires more info. Dr. Ulises De Jesus Bautista’s bedside manner was excellent and such a professional. Overall just an excellent experience!

Dr. Marco Martinez is amazing! I pinched a nerve in my lower back and he was able to come to my hotel, inject me with a cortisol shot and prescribe me pain and anti-inflammatory medication. I was even able to use my FSA card for the medical expenses. I highly recommend his services

Do not go to their location, it's not open yet and it will open in early April. Just call them and they will dispatch a Doctor to your hotel. In our case he promised to be here in 45 mins but showed up 15 mins early. He was extremely professional and his English was top notch. An added bonus was that he had tons of antibiotics with him and so he was able to give us all of the antibiotics that we could need to cure the disease. So in the end we did not have to go to the office nor to any pharmacies. A shot was administered and medicines were given and the price was very reasonable. Skip your hotel doctor and just hire these guys, they are beyond professional.

Dr. Gomez was so amazing! He was at our hotel within the hour. He was able to perform the necessary procedure my husband needed as he came prepared. He was knowledgeable, reassuring and able to answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

We needed a doctor for an x-ray for a potential fractured rib and Dr. Ivan came within an hour and a technician came a few minutes later with a portable x-ray machine (Never knew those existed!) They were so helpful and were able to produce an image in minutes (with a radiologist confirming the results via WhatsApp later that day) Very fast, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!

We loved their service and had Dr Ivan come to our hotel. Our child had a UTI while on vacation and he was able to collect a urine sample and take it to the lab. He then prescribed antibiotics and other treatments. He did a complete check up, listened to our concerns and provided great patient care and service. Highly recommend!!

Over 30 years of extensive travel and for the first time I needed medical assistance. Kukulkan Medical Care were just down the Road and I got an appointment with Dr. Ivan Gomez an hour later. Dr. Gomez was very thorough and found the cause of my infection. He prescribed the needed antibiotics and my vacation was saved. If only my own physician was as available and attentive. Full recommendation.

We visited the clinic because our son had a knee injury that needed stitching. The appointment was done via whatsapp. It was quick and easy. The doctor made the atmosphere fun and relaxed for our son. The procedure went very well and everything was explained perfectly. The price was reasonable too. 100% recommended.

Dr. Luis was so amazing and professional. Reasonable prices and good quality medical services. He wrote a very professional report for my mom to use to get reimbursed by her insurance company when we get back to US. Before showing up, we scheduled an appointment so that an X-ray technician could be available. Dr. Luis was very thorough. My mom is on cancer medication and was afraid to go, but due to the severity of the injury, I talked her into going here and I'm glad she did. More affordable than the hospital.

Amazing medical team! I got a toe infection from a bad pedicure in Germany. The infection only manifested and got bad after I arrived in Cancun. My hotel resort had 24/7 doctor on site who advised me that I would probably need to be transferred to a partnered hospital to have the infection cut open and drained (unofficial consultation - full consultation would be US$200). I decided to get a second opinion with Kukulkan through their whatsapp messaging services. They provided very affordable prices for either hotel visit or clinic visit. I opted for clinic visit since they could perform the infection draining on-site without the need to transfer for a hospital. Dr. Ulises spoke perfect English and was very kind and gentle to the situation. After the procedure the Dr provided me with all the documentation I would need for my insurance and all the medication I would need for the next 7 days. The entire process took less than 1 hour and with only about 15 minutes wait time at the clinic. Total cost just under US$300 for the consultation, procedure and all medications. 10/10 recommend their services!

Kukulkan Medical Care provided me with outstanding care and service! I slipped and fell on my face at the resort I was staying at, knocking myself out and leaving major swelling and bruising on the left side of my face. The resort was insisting I need to go to the hospital, not offering any sort of first aid assistance at all, only saying hospital. This raised red flags right away not knowing how much it might cost and not knowing if anyone would speak English. After a couples days of icing, the swelling went down bit but my main concern was a facial fracture preventing me from flying home. To ease my stress I began searching the web for English speaking doctors available in Cancun, I came across Kukulkan. They had great reviews so I sent them an email at 1am. They swiftly responded by 3am with a full set of options for me. They offered services right at the resort as well as offering me to come down to them at the clinic. Long story short, Dr Ivan Gómez came to my resort the next morning with an X-ray tech and got me all sorted. He was very very informational. Warned us to NEVER go to hospital referred by RIU CANCUN. He said they could have taken me for thousands with no choice but to pay. It all costed $385 USD with taxes, ($185 for call out and $200 for X-rays). He made feel at ease with the whole situation which was all I was after in the end. 1000% recommend this clinic if you are in a pinch in Cancun

They were very helpful to our family and even though they were closed for the New Years Eve holiday they set up communication with the hospital, taxi service, and made sure we were taken care of until we arrived there. I can only expect their service would be top notch if we actually went into their facility. I can’t thank them enough!!

Dr ulises was phenomenal. I am Australian and used to excellent and free health care and he was one of the best doctors I have ever seen. We travelled over 20 hours to get here with a 2 year old and 3 month old and don’t speak any Spanish. Our 3 months old woke up with a significant fever and cough. He saw us same day almost immediately. He was spoke perfect English, was very attentive and caring, had a good bedside manner and was very patient and gentle. He wrote us a report and prescription that allowed us to claim the total cost on travel insure but in any event the totally Cost was only $150AUD and he spent almost an hour with us making sure our baby was ok. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Worth every penny.

Dr Ivan Gomez is such a lovely doctor! He helped me on the day of a nail removal accident and was super kind and gentle through the whole process. I am on vacation and naturally anxious and he was a perfect doctor to help me in this stressful situation. He even helped me with a follow up on the phone just because I woke up with more questions and didn’t even charge me for this.

We arrived from the US and that night my husband started getting a sore throat, then a pounding headache…he felt awful. I was able to message thru WhatsApp and received a response right away early in the morning. They were willing to travel 30 min to our hotel. They arrived at our hotel a half hour before their clinic even opened. The doctor was professional and spoke English very well. He had medicine on hand to start my husband on an antibiotic. Visa was accepted for payment with a 6% fee. I am so thankful for their quick services. No one plans to get sick on vacation but they took very good care of him and hopeful he’ll be feeling better tomorrow!

My mom broke her wrist accidently on our trip in Cancun. Luckily I looked up medical clinics on Google Maps instead of using the suggested overpriced hotel doctor (who's only does a check up) and stumbled across Kukulkan Medical Care. I called them over What's App to see what their availability was and was able to come in a few short hours after the initial call. They were able to provide a professional medical assessment and X-Rays at a very reasonable price especially as a foreigner. We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ulises Andrade who was very professional, understanding, kind and patient with my mother. They speak excellent English and the service was superb. Dr. Ulises took his time to assess the wrist and explain the best course of action. They provided all the detailed bills and medical reports generated that can be submitted to your insurance upon return to your country if you can get a reimbursement. We are so pleased with el Doctor Gilberto Lopez. He arrived in less than an hour after contacting the clinic through what’s app. It was an after hours call and he arrived promptly. Price is very reasonable. He took his time explaining everything to us and prescribed the medication and we bought it directly from him. I have never received this kind of service in America.

My kids got gastroenteritis while on vacation. We were able to schedule an appointment for doctor’s visit in our hotel. Very professional doctor Andrade with good English explained everything and prescribed some medication to help them recover. If you are not able to reach them via the call, just text them on Wats up, they responded quickly. Highly recommend!

I texted them on WhatsApp to enquire about getting some xrays done at their clinic. They informed me their clinic was undergoing renovations so they couldn't do it in clinic but could come to me to do the xrays with a consultation. But I told them that wasn't necessary as I just needed xrays of my feet for my doctor back in the states to look at my arthritis and they referred me to Hospital Azura. The woman in the messages said she could even enquire on my behalf an appointment and cost. She told me I could be seen in judt 2 hours and the negotiated referral price would only be $75 USD at the hospital. I thought that was great service on behalf of Kukulkan to make the reservation for me and enquire the pricing for me since my spanish is limited. I was in and out of the hospital with my xrays in hand in less than an hour!
