I am 47 yrs old and finally...:) I am pregnant. I am glad I choose Fertility Clinic Americas. My experience from the start has been awesome. My first point of contact started with Alejandra last year and getting all the details about the program. On my visit to the clinic, I met Dr.Oscar Flores who has till date been very very nice, open, informative and very helpful all through my process. I am glad that I had him as my fertility doctor. We went for egg donor and whole process of choosing donor had been very simple. We got 13 Embryos out of which 8 of them we had sent for PGS and 5 came as healthy embryos. We did PGS because of our age, and got good results from it and glad that we went for the PGS. My first embryo was a clinical miscarriage after which Dr.Flores suggested Hysteroscopy and I am glad I did that. Now on my 2nd transfer, I am pregnant :). Leny and Ali have been of great help and support as well and even now always available to answer any questions. They all became like a cozy family. Nice & clean clinic. Overall, very happy with Dr.Flores and all the friendly and helpful staff at Fertility Clinic Americas.

I have been seen by Dr Flores for 2 years. My first encounter w/ the doctor and his staff was exactly what I was looking for: informative, precise, professional and caring. It was my first attempt to IVF, I am a woman on my own and I was 51. Throughout the preparation, i was always well informed and guided. My first IVF attempt was not met with a pregnancy . Dr Flores is the person who let me know in person that I was not pregnant and kept me in his office more than 30 mins so I could start my grieving process in a caring environment. 2 years later at 53, we started the process again. Though some of his staff had move on internally or externally the quality of care and information stayed at 5 stars. Whenever I ask questions an informed nurse will answer to me immediately. Dr Flores stayed very present during the preparation, explaining in details what he would recommend and why. He was changing tactics according to my first attempt and how my body responded. I’m happy to report that: We are very fortunate because at his time, WE ARE PREGNANT. In this tumultuous journey of wanting to become a mother, I can honestly say that finding Dr Flores is the best thing I could have wished for. I trust him with EVERYTHING and was once told by another American woman in the waiting room of the clinic in Cancun « If I could give you an advice, follow all the directions of DR Flores. He is informed and brilliant ». I am still in close communication with DR Flores though I left Mexico. He continues to guide me so I make the best decision moving forward to bring to term my healthy baby. Dr Flores is the proof that you can be a master in your field and a very caring human being. Both work to surround the patient and release any anxiety or unnecessary stress. I am forever grateful to Dr Oscar Flores and his team at the Fertility Clinic Americas. From the first moment they welcomed and treated us professionally. Everybody at the reception was kind and attentive. Dr Flores has been always there for us patently supporting us in every step in our fertility journey. He is very experienced and friendly in nature. Hands down this facility is the best one in Mexico, most likely one of the best ones around the world!! I was so lucky to have Doctor Oscar Flores by my side , guiding and taking care of me so gently that made the whole process such a big success. He and the entire staff were so kind , professional and supportive throughout my entire medical procedure. The medical center is super clean and most importantly well located ..very easy to get by. I want to thank Dr. Oscar Enrique Flores Soto from the bottom of my heart for achieving my pregnancy on the first attempt. My infertility journey lasted 10 years. Formerly, I was a patient for many years without success, first at a world renowned international infertility clinic in Panama and later at another very prestigious Mexican infertility clinic in CDMX. When almost all hope was lost, I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Flores. He was very confident since our first meeting, that he could offer me an affordable treatment option with a high potential for success, regardless of the difficulties of my case. The protocol Dr. Flores created was carefully designed to give my embryos the best chance at implantation. It was far from just progesterone pessaries and estradiol valerate tablets. Dr. Flores success rate on patients of advanced maternal age and/or with other complexities is remarkably high. His experience, knowledge, ethics, dedication and love for his medical specialty make him my doctor of choice for any infertility and gynecological treatment. I was so touched by his compassionate bedside manner! He personally answered all of my questions and has always been available for me. He gave me advice and support. He made sure I understood and followed all of his directions. Above everything, Dr. Flores is a genuinely fine doctor and gentleman. It has been a privilege and a luxury to be his patient.

I am so happy I found this clinic and Dr. Oscar. He assisted me with my ivf journey, when other clinics would not because of my age. He listened to me, and came up with a plan. He is so caring and knowledgeable . He also stayed in contact with me my whole pregnancy. My baby is 12 weeks old now, and I can’t wait to bring him Nancy to Cancun to meeet Dr. Oscar. He is truly the best!

I want to thank Dr. Eunice Zabala for her professionalism and her personal caring touch. She has always been extremely attentive in responding to any and all questions I had regarding treatment and I never felt rushed or that my concerns weren't being addressed. We would highly recommend this clinic. The process we experienced was excellent, we were well informed and felt very comfortable throughout the process. We would like to thank our Dr Eunice and the team for their professionalism and the care that they showed. I will be turning 53 in a couple weeks and this is my 2nd successful transfer that Dr. Flores performed. He cares and primary focus is to help woman achieve their goal of pregnancy. I strongly recommend him he is understanding, kind and always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Despite his busy schedule he is always checking in to make sure you are doing well. Dr Ana is an excellent surgeon who performed my second hysteroscopy and endometrial scratch. She also removed polyps that may interfere with the embryo transfer. My 1st review is listed below: A friend referred Dr Flores to me after she had a successful pregnancy with a little boy. I had my first embryo transfer in June 2021 it was not successful. October 2021, Dr Flores performed a hysteroscopy and endometrial scratching. One month later with my second transfer it was a success. I am now carrying twins thanks to Dr Flores. Dr Flores is extremely professional, he is always available for calls or texts, he truly cares about his patients and is passionate about helping women achieve their pregnancy goals. I strongly recommended Dr Flores to be a part of your IVF journey.

Based on the high recommendation of a friend, we got in touch with Dr. Flores and Fertility Clinic Americas. Our initial consult was very thorough and they answered every question that we had and were even knowledgeable about a rare condition that my wife had and had a solution to monitor and counter it. We had previously spoke with several doctors in the US, but none were as educated as Dr. Flores. We felt very comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward with him as our IVF doctor. On our first visit to Cancun, Dr. Flores found a cyst on examination and we were able to schedule an outpatient procedure for him to remove it. Everything went smooth and was a success. Throughout our process, Dr. Flores was available at all times to answer any questions or concerns we had. He customized the treatment and medication for my wife and closely monitored our progress and stats. Without hesitation, I would 1000% recommend Dr. Flores to anyone considering IVF. As others have noted, he is incredibly knowledgeable, competent and a genuinely caring person. I fully trust in him and could not have seen such a smooth process with anyone else. Our contact with Dr Flores has been more than GREAT! I had a history of miscarriages and when I found out I was pregnant in Mexico I panic because I was afraid of having another one. I google and found Dr Flores and had exellent help. He gave me the right medicine so my pregnancy could go on. He has been available whenever I needed help and helped us through the most delicate time. Today im in week 27 and much of this is thanks to Dr Flores and his team! We are so thankful and I highly recomend him

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money in my opinion. Came from the US and selected program with New Life Mexico where eggs and fertilization included in program. After paying for PGS testing — all eggs came back with genetic defects. Wasted over $20k in this experience. Was told that “this happens” and to switch from frozen to fresh eggs. No solid rationale was ever provided for why. Told that in order to try again it would be another $15k. We immediately came back to the states and found an organization in LA that did the exact same procedure and we have three viable embryos after PGS testing. We will be inseminating shortly. Silence from both organizations since failed procedure. Now they are reopening wounds by wanting us to fill out additional forms because they did not get them filled out over 6+ months ago. Wish they would just leave us alone.

I want to start by expressing how GRATEFUL we are with FCA, it is 100% recommendable!! Alejandra was our point of contact when we first started our journey, she was nothing but the BEST, she gave us detail info, had meetings via web cam, I called her many times on days off/weekends/holidays AND NOT ONCE DID SHE COMPLAINED. We also met with Doctor Eunice in person and via web cam multiple times she is absolutely AMAZING, GRACIAS A ELLA HOY TENEMOS AQUI A NUESTRA BEBE!! Our pregnancy care coordinator was also VERY GOOD until halfway through the pregnancy and towards the end we had a few disagreements. With all honesty the negative experience with the coordinator was the least favorite but at the same time we tried not to focus a lot on that since at the end of the day our journey was very successful, and we give her the benefit of the doubt that she was overwhelmed with tons of work and other patients trying to balance work and life. We tried to not be judgmental or hold grudges at all because she was someone important in our life at some point especially during this process. Liliana was absolutely amazing as well she was there for our daughter's birth and even after her birth too; over all I give them 5 Stars EVERYONE DID SUCH AND AMAZING JOB AND ALL HAVE A SPECIAL ROLE, WITHOUT THE STAFF NOTHING WOULD BE POSSIBLE FOR MANY FAMILIES THAT HAVE A DESIRE TO BECOME PARENTS!! We would do it again without hesitation!! Estamos infinitamente agradecidos con la Dra Eunice y el equipo, gracias a ellos hoy tenemos a nuestra hija!!
