The doctor drew my hairline and kept asking if I was satisfied with it before beginning. That made me very comfortable because I understood that how they care about me. The local anesthesia was smooth. Melody talked to me throughout the procedure, explained all the steps, gave me breaks for the bathroom, and had a nice lunch. Supervisor always say hello and check if everything was going well. I was picked up at 9am, done around 3-4pm. Recommended.

I live in NYC and I traveled to cancun to visit harmony clinic. I was very pleased with the service. They had a shuttle from my hotel to the clinic and the office was clean. The turkish medical team were professional and they kept up with the pre surgery and post surgery process. I highly recommend them. My hair looks great and I feel great what else can anyone want.

This is 6 months after procedure. These people are great! Great service from the time you are picked up from the airport, transported to and from your hotel, during the procedure!!! But most importantly look at my results. I decided to wait to give them a review until I saw the outcome. The girls who perform the procedure are Turkish and don’t speak much English. They do have translators who are very profesional. Life changing!

I am pleased with the initial procedure I'll update on a few months, but I can say they run a professional operation and seem to know and do what they promise. I was told I had to wait 5 days when they 1st shaved my head because I had a rash on my scalp. if I was at a less experienced clinic they might have just done the procedure. they gave me a medicated shampoo and 5 days later My scalp was perfect. I already see a little growth.

I had an overall good experience with them. They are honest and if you can handle to be realistic with your expectations, then for sure you would be happy. Such a service in US can easily cost 10 times more!

I got my transplant 1 year ago and decided to finally leave a review. Friendly place with nice people but I can't possibly reccomend it. One of my sides turned out much worse than the other side. The technician kept saying the Turkish word for "poop" while working on it. They sell the package as a how many ever grafts you need all inclusive but I needed roughly 3-4k and they can only do about 2k. They said no reputable place goes over 2k but I see successful hair transplants of 4.5k grafts all the time on reddit. So I only got 2.3k grafts when I needed more and accepted cause I didn't know any better. So I was expecting it to be sparse but one side about 50% of the grafts are only sprouting 1 hair out of it. The other side done by the quicker technician had decent results albeit still thin which is fine because I accepted it. All in all I can't recommend a place that sells as many grafts as you need as a package and then when you get there they try to give you a very high hairline since they can only do 2kish grafts. The hairs were out of my head for a long time since they take them out then go to lunch. It's definitely better than it was before and I was alright with having to get another transplant down the line. I just didn't think I would need one after 1 year. Looks alright if I comb over my back hair at least.

The problem with finding a clinic in Mexico is that all the positive Yelp reviews say that the bad reviews are fake, and all the bad reviews say the positive reviews are fake :/ So how do you know who to believe?? Also, since it's outside the US, there is probably nothing you can do if you don't get what you paid for (e.g. what's their incentive to give you 3,000 to 4,000 grafts if they can give you 1,500 with no consequences for giving you less). It felt impossible to make a good choice, and I really didn't want to pay 3 to 4 times as much in the US, or have to fly all the way to Turkey for a great procedure at a great price (Turkey is famous for providing high quality procedures at great prices; most Europeans fly there for hair transplants, but it's a very long flight from the US). Anyhow, during my frustration, I stumbled on Harmony Clinic in Cancun, Mexico. There are over 70 reviews, and other than about 3 or 4 reviews, the rest are very positive. The 3 or 4 negative reviews had complaints that appear to be avoidable (e.g. 1-having to pay $500 extra because they used a credit card...Harmony already informed me of that ahead of time 2-having to walk back to the hotel, Harmony said if you use their hotel you get free transportation, but in any case, they advise against being in the sun for 20 days). So the problems in the bad reviews for Harmony are much better risks to deal with than the other Mexican clinics who have many reviews about botching procedures and/or providing many less grafts than patients are charged for (e.g. they pay for 3,500 grafts, but only get 1,500). So why would this clinic be better than other Mexican clinics? Well, this clinic states that they are a Turkish company with Turkish employees, that are operating this clinic in Cancun, Mexico. I haven't had a procedure yet, but so far, I've seen a much higher level of professionalism and attention to detail than with the other clinics I've communicated with (especially the ones in Tijuana). Also, they're the only clinic in Mexico that charges a flat rate for as many grafts as they can possibly provide. This is exactly how all the hair clinics in Turkey operate that strive for patient satisfaction so that they can get more patients by word of mouth (Turkey is the most popular hair transplant destination in the world). Also, so far, my communication with Harmony is identical to that of the Turkish Hair Clinics that I communicated with extensively (and are arguably the best in the world). So up to this point, I believe Harmony's claim that they are Turkish employees operating in Mexico is true. This maximizes my chances of getting a high quality procedure at a great price. I haven't had a procedure yet, so that might change, but I will continue to update this post as things progress to let everyone know. So far, everything has been ideal!

This place is just fantastic and my experience with them is beyond all my expectations! My hair transplant procedure is planned to consist of 2 Steps/Parts as my donor area is not the greatest. I had Step 1 of the procedure in May 2022 and the results after 4.5 months are unbelievable - these people created a miracle! So, I am planning to arrange Step 2 sometime in 2023 (I was advised to allow at least 9 months between the Steps). I myself work in healthcare and I can confidently say that my experience with them was the best combination of quality, professionalism, organization and care. You feel this in every member of their team. Add to this the best available price! I was visiting Mexico with my son and visited the clinic itself twice (for the procedure and for follow-up). We were provided with transportation to/from the airport and to/from the hotel. On the day of the procedure, they offered lunch to me and my son. After the procedure, they gave me all the required medications, shampoos and lotions to use as well as the necessary instructions to follow for 6 months after the procedure. Everything was planned and organized at top level! I unreservedly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs hair transplantation. I am sure that there will be no regrets!

My procedure was 17 days ago. The staff is very concerned with your comfort. It was about 6 hours from start to finish. I had two folks working together mostly simultaneously and they were very pleasant, courteous, and as I mentioned before, regularly asking me about how I felt, well-being, comfort, etc. I paid $3750 and it was worth every penny. The surprising thing to me is the almost total absence of post-surgical pain. So highly recommended.

I was at the harmony about a year ago for hair restoration after a recommendation from my best friend that had the same 6 months before. Serken was very helpful and answered all my questions.Transfers, hotels and clinic was all organized very well. I had 3700 grafts which in the us would have cost more than $10k-15k. They were attentive, connected and always in touch. I am extremely happy with the result.

I was very pleased to have met the Harmony team last year for my second hair transplant. They were courteous and attentive. Melanie was knowledgeable and gave me all the support I needed post operation. The surgery was very fast and mostly pain free. The results were fantastic. It did take a year to see full results. I didn't panic at all since I had gone down this road before. I would 100% recommend this clinic for its value and professionalism.

I decided to write this review because of the excellent experience I had with Harmony Clinic in Cancun. There are many reviews out there and some are inaccurate so I decided to share my experience for others who are considering doing an FUE hair transplant. FYI: I am not getting paid for this review or related to this business. 1. Office, Staff, and Operating room The office is a new clean and modern medical building in Cancun. I was impressed by the lobby and building itself. The staff is very kind and accommodating, their number one concern was my comfort and happiness. I must note that the entire staff is from TURKEY and they speak Turkish and limited English. Google translator will help with any misunderstandings so bring your smartphone. The operating room was sterilized, clean, and very organized. 2. FUE Procedure This clinic uses the latest technology using FUE and sapphire blades. In the morning they will draw your blood and test it. They also have PRP, which not all clinics provide. My cousin who went to another clinic, was not provided with PRP which is very important in my opinion. Harmony Clinic takes your blood and spins it in a centrifuge to derive the blood plasma which carries all the nutrients and cells for reconstruction. Then, after the transplant is complete, they inject your scalp with the blood plasma, which has a significant effect on recovery and growth in the new areas. I love that they include this process at no additional charge. The staff will go over your donor and recipient area with you and discuss your hairline and number of grafts. My hairline was receded approximately an inch and half and I had loss in my temple. Both these areas were addressed to my satisfaction. 3. Pain and Operation Lots of people here talk about the pain being unbearable. It really is not that bad. The only pain I experienced was 5 minutes total when the local anesthetic was administered and it was like a pinch. However, after a few minutes, you don't feel anything at all.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Harmony Clinic Cancun. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My surgical team took very good care of me and made me feel safe and well cared for. The pace of the procedure day was very relaxed. I did a lot of research before choosing this clinic. The value was outstanding at 25% the cost of most places in the US i considered. I paid $3590 USD which included transportation in Cancun, 2 day hotel stay, breakfast and lunch the the day of the procedure where I received 3250 grafts. From answering all my questions before arrival, to the driver transporting me between the airport, hotel and clinic, to the personal translator and the skilled medical team the whole experience was extremely professional. I recommend Harmony Clinic to anyone seriously considering hair transplant surgery.

These guys are pros! The entire thing went as planned. They picked me up from the airport. The driver was friendly and told me about the area (restaurant and stores) I would be staying in. Checked into the hotel without any issues. Picked me up the next day and off to the clinic. My procedure took about 5 hours. The fellas that did it were cool. We talked about food, music and culture. They brought me back to the hotel. Did my post op check up then back to the airport. I did a lot of research going into this. My results were WAY better than I expected! Month 3-4 the transplanted hair really took off. I was shocked. I’m going on month 7 and it’s still getting thicker. My donor area is fully healed and you can even tell. The only real pain was when they numb your head but that’s expected. I followed the pre and post op instructions closely. They say don’t drink booze 24 hour before the procedure. I would go 48 just to play it safe as I did bleed a little more than I thought I would (I drink Friday night and procedure was on Sunday). Total cost was around $4,300 (with taxes and credit card fee) bucks for 2600 grafts with room and board. Bosely wanted $13,000 for 1,700 grafts. I’m going back soon to get the back finished as they can only pull so many grafts depending on how low your thinning area goes on the back of your head. Straight up 10 out of 10! I highly recommend Harmony Clinic for anyone looking for a FUE transplant!

I had the greatest team work on me. It makes me happy and made it that much more worth the trip! 5 months ago I did a hair transplant at the clinic, and already seeing good growth. My hair line is already back. I'm very happy with.

Very friendly crew they know what there doing. Don’t try to compare it to anything in the states with all the bells and whistles and white glove treatment. It is different protocol, they perform the surgery finish and out . they’re very qualified that’s what counts I’ve had experience in the states and this is my first overseas obviously for the money reason. It was the confidence that I had built up in the office we did the procedure. The only drawback because they are dealing with mostly gringos they really require somebody that speaks fluent English. They don’t have that yet . All in all I’m satisfied I’m only two days out.

They provided an explanation of the procedure and the different options for me prior to booking my flight. I was able to communicate with someone while I was in the US to make sure I had all the details and what to expect. They picked me up from the airport right after my flight and provided a personal ride to the hotel. The provided nice hotel accommodations in Cancun that was 5 minutes away from their office. When I made it to the their office, I felt very comfortable and had complete faith in the service. The staff was extremely friendly and considerate while discussing the entire procedure. It is great to have this option close by instead of having to travel overseas a long distance. I highly recommend this service.

What a great experience right from being picked up from my hotel. Very caring and professional owners and medical team. I even fell asleep while the transplants were going in. I would recommend harmony to anybody. I did my hair transplant in December 10th 2021. Patient care, activity planning, facilities, accommodation, all of the highest quality. I felt very accompanied and safe. It is a great clinic, with an incredible medical staff, you can see the quality results from the first day.

My husband had a hair transplant done at this place. They did an amazing job. Very hospitable. Communicated very well but most of all, his hair came out amazing and its only been 4 months. Can't wait to see it at 6 months because they said it is still growing. Highly recommend this place. A much affordable alternative to Turkey.

Everything went as promised. I met with them at 8:45am and went over what I wanted. I paid the agreed-upon price and they started right away. It took approximately six hours with a short break for lunch. My hair transplant team was a little young, but they seem to do an amazing job. Now I guess we wait and see what it looks like in six months or so.

I just had my procedure done this week, and, I can honestly say this is one of the WORST experiences I have been through. I was quoted a price of $3850 and was charged $4366. A difference of $516. When I called back, they came up with charges that were never mentioned on the emails with them or even giving you an itemized receipt. I had sent them the pictures of my head and was expecting to get the top part of my head done from the front to the back/crown. Instead, they only did the front and left the back/crown undone. When I tried to talk to Serkan, he never took blame for anything and said I would have to go back a second time and pay again to do the back/crown. A person expects to get their money’s worth and instead, I felt I was LIED to since the beginning. Instead of trying to solve the situation, they continue to make excuses in order to get more money out of you. Wow, it is truly amazing to see how far they are willing to write an explanation and cover their tracks. What they don’t tell you is how they mislead the customer and come up with excuses. They want to put the blame on the customer and take no responsibility for their actions. The video they sent me with the receipt was from the credit card machine and not the detailed item list of the procedure, two totally different things. Serkan has never tried to resolve the situation, but instead makes the customer feel that it is their fault. What kind of customer service is this? At no point did he put himself in the “customers shoes”, but instead sent reply after reply email of how it is the patients fault. As far as the other patient, their statement is FALSE. I came in with more hair than the other patient, as the other patient had no hair on the top of their head. They took less grafts from the back of my head even though I had more hair. How can they compare a completely bald person to someone with more hair? Indtead of making the customer feel BAD, they should try to remedy the situation. SEE REPLY BELOW AND EVALUATE FOR YOURSELF THE SERVICE YOU WILL BE GETTING. THEIR RESPONSE SAYS IT ALL. DONT TRUST THEM. THET ARE NOT TRUE TO TGEIR SERVICES..

Had the best experience with clinic and the staff. Everything from the consultation and booking was great and easy. Made my first trip to cancun a wonderful one from the airport pickup to the hotel and office. clinic gave me my self confidence back and my hair back which I wil forever be grateful.

Got a transplant done back in July!! First and foremost one of the best decisions ive made in my life! was very skeptical first months cause it is a slow and steady progress because follicles will shed and fall back out and it looks like nothing is happening but it was after my 4th a 5th month i started seeing quick results now its my 6th month and my hairline is back to how it was 10 years ago!!! and still going! thank you so much 😃
