Hello, it’s been a few weeks post operation at CHR. I had a great experience for a first time hair transplant patient. I flew in from Montreal and have been researching the past two years different places to complete the FUE hair procedure. Checked out Montreal, Turkey and a friend who lives in Playa recommended I look at clinics in Mexico. After researching CHR and my family wanting to also double check it I booked it up. I stayed at a hotel near by the night before my procedure. The day of I got picked up and started around 9:30 it lasted about 6-7 ish hours. Every person I met was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions before we started. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and I was awake the entire time seeing the work progress. I hope this helps others who are on the fence in trying this out. The flight from Montreal was about 4 hours and the total cost with flight, hotel and procedure was more affordable than anywhere else I checked that I felt were legit clinics. Fernando completely butchered me! He ran out of local anesthetic at the clinic, and only did half of my scalp wasting half of my grafts. I was in severe pain! The worst experience ever! I asked for half my money back, but Fernando refused and blocked my number. Luckily Mastercard refunded my whole transaction with them. Was still a horrible experience. I highly recommend you stay away from this clinic. The grafts they did do, were far and few between.

Staff were very nice, place seemed professional, experience was fine, it's cheap, but after 1 year I have seen ZERO growth in the transplant area. Literally nothing has grown in. I'm not sure if the positive reviews are fake or not, probably are. Would not recommend going here, go to one of the well reviewed places in Turkey

Cancun Hair restoration is the BEST!!! I am from Chicago and was skeptical at first on traveling to Mexico to have this procedure done. It was one of the best decisions I have made and could not be happier! My initial contact with Alma was very informative and she was outstanding throughout the whole process. Always available to answer any questions and guided me through every step of the way. She even coordinated booking a hotel a few blocks away from the CHR office, which was a wonderful place to recover after the surgery. I just had the FUE procedure in December and everything was perfect. The doctors and staff were top-notch, very professional and the procedure was painless. Anyone looking and researching right now probably has the same concerns, questions, and nervousness as I did. I am here to tell you 100% that CHR is outstanding and you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to my new hair growth in the coming months and thank CHR so much for making that possible!

This team is A+. I had a great experience at CHR! I did a TON of research on many clinics in Mexico and Turkey and asked many questions, etc. I chose CHR because they had the best answers to my questions and were the only clinic to connect me with an actual previous patient who had hair follicle transplant surgery at CHR. I was able to speak directly with this person and ask them many questions about their experience and results, which were great! Fernando, Silvia, Samantha, Erika and the entire team was very helpful, patient, and friendly before, during and after my surgery. I got stem cell done all i can say they are the best & person who did it, she was very professional and i noticed difference in my hair within 1st week, they look more thicker., they should offer IV stem cell also.

I used the service in end of January. I've attached pictures before and after. I satisfied with the service. The difference between photos is around 4 months. The driver pick up myself from hotel where I stayed with my family during our vacation and next morning drove back to hotel. I stayed overnight in Cancun hotel close to the clinic. The driver was very kind and polite. The team was very friendly. This cost 100% of time and money.

Stay away from this place. Most of the reviews they have here i believe are fake. Decided to give this clinic a chance while in vacation in cancun early 2021. At first Erika was very friendly and helpful to find out the following year that a lot of lies was given to me . Everything went well the first time and sylwia was the tech who did 80% of the work ( was told the surgery is going to be done by the experienced surgeon ) but he only did about 10% of the work. Sylwia was very polite and friendly as everyone else was when you come give them the money . At end of surgery a found out one area that they were supposed to work on wasn't touched and that grafts were so far apart from each other which won't give the thickness for good results and when asked they said yes it will grow and everythingwilllook good . Didn't want argue and decided to wait until i see the final results after 9-12 months which confirmed my concerns and results were very bad and nowhere near the grafts or the results they promised when they took the money with a big smile on thete face . After contacting erika again i explained to her very well my concerns and they agreed to fix it the following year . After getting there the second time and wasting my time and flight i was greeted by Fernando the main surgeon owner with an angry face who started yelling at me saying he doesn't have time to fix everything unless i pay for another surgery. And when i told him why you didn't tell me this upfront before i decides to comeback he got very aggressive and almost wanted to fight with me. His younger partner surgeon got involved when he heard him screaming and asked him to leave the office and was able to calm me down after showing me respect and was very polite with common sense and convinced me that he would only fix one part and if he can do more he would do during the surgery so i accepted because i was already there in another country and because the other surgeon was the one doing it . Been 4 months now since my second mini surgery that was supposed to only fix one area out of 3 but results looks again the same with grafts being so far from each other. Had friends planing to go for the same surgery at this place but now they all planning to go to turkey as i was planning to do the first time before making the mistake going with this place . Also the office is so small and filthy . Im planing to get a lawyer involved to sue them for the damages and fraud and contact the Mexican health and tourism department.

For a good while I had been brewing in the back of my mind the idea of getting a hair transplant in Turkey some day, and by chance this thought came back to my mind while I was on vacation in Cancun. I naturally wondered about Mexico, and after a quick search I found CHR right there in Cancun! The good reviews convinced me to contact them via whatsapp, which easily resulted in an appointment. Dr. Fernando was very professional and patient, explaining everything I needed to know (I basically knew zero), and he was able to do it in both Spanish and English if I needed help. They were also very accommodating of my tight schedule before my return to the US, managing to fit me in for a procedure on that same trip. Naturally it's only been 2 months, so I can't vouch for the final results yet, but so far everything is going exactly according to what Dr. Fernando described so it seems promising. I will return for a final review once my process is complete. Their practice is in a designated medical building, where all offices are on the small side at least compared to American standards. However I have only positive things to say about Dr. Fernando, Dr. Nicole, Dr. Ortega, the anesthesiologist, and Silwia. They were awesome!

This is an obvious scam Do a quick google search on the “hair restoration network” website and search Cancun scam. A post by FLEngineer and that’ll say more than enough. You’ll thank me later. Tips: don’t get hair transplant in Cancun. But if you must there are others there that don’t ask for a down payment. Remember there are some clinics in Mexico with good quality work and some with average quality and then there is Cancun hair restoration the lowest. They have fake before and after pics. They claim dr Fernando has 20 yeas experience but no proof to show it. The pictures they do have all post operation show bad work. Do your research. Don’t fall for these guys or you’ll cry later. They definitely are faking it till they make it haha. Don’t let them use you as a learning tool. Your donor area should be precious. most of these posts could be fake and also it’s not difficult to convince someone to write a positive review immediately after post op. From the moment I showed up in Cancun everything went as planned. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and thorough in the service. The first procedure went as expected and I plan to return for another due to the level of hair loss occurred through the years. Will update after the second procedure.

Stop looking, this clinic is the real deal. I had two separate procedures done (FUE), one for the hairline and another one for the crown. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The team is super professional and I would recommend CHC any day. I’ll do another procedure with them in a year or two.

Probably the worst clinic in Mexico. I paid for 3000 grafts, but it's pretty obvious that I only received around 1000-1500 grafts. It seems they've done the same to many others. I had to go to Turkey to have it done correctly.

Cancun Hair Restoration was an excellent experience. They did an awesome job in communicating the procedure, post-op, pre-op, and transportation. Fear of coming from the United States to Mexico to have a hair transplant without speaking really any Spanish was quickly replaced with comfort as there was enough people working there (Erika and Dr. Fernando Navarro) that spoke English. Fernando did a really great job talking with me and answering any questions I had. I would recommend Cancun Hair Restoration to anyone wanting to have a hair transplant for half the cost we see in the United States while also enjoying Cancun. I called the clinic yesterday, Erika called and scheduled my apointment for today at 12 am, I came and my first contact with Dr. Fernandez was incredibly professional and pleasant.
