After 4 years of struggling with infertility both my husband and I had done our research and decided to choose FCC as our clinic, we reside in Canada and thought if we were to go through for IVF why not go to a place that would also serve as a mini vacation. Planning had definitely taken quite some time with plenty of emails back and fourth and a few phone calls, I will say that Dr. Torres was more than helpful in answering all of our questions ( I definitely bombarded her with many, this was before anything had even started) I would highly recommend anyone going through for treatment of any kind please know that nothing is 100% you need to go into it with an open mind and open heart as it's not an easy journey. Both my husband and I spent a good month in Mexico and recommend staying at either hotel One( bare minimum, but still nice) or at four points by Sheraton (definitely upgraded but you will pay double) - But if u intend on keeping medication that needs to be refridgerated the rooms supply a tiny fridge. With that said both hotels are across the street. Dr. Gaytan was the doctor who we delt with right up to our transfer, we really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and and he was always upfront. We did have a couple set backs (unfortunately our bodies sometimes do their own thing and in our case we were confronted with a cyst that had no desire in leaving and in order for us to start treatment it had to be gone. We were not prepared for the news but also had to make a tough decision about getting it aspirated or returning another month, we chose aspiration not knowing there would be a cost. Somewhere along the lines communication was lost and we felt like we had been thrown for a loop and even though we weren't impressed we had already come so far we figured we'd go through with it. (mistakes happen, you move on!) We fully trusted the Dr's and their recommendations after all was said and done my hormone levels were far too high for a successful fresh transfer, hearing that was hard as it was our original plan, with that said we felt it was best to listen to the advice we were given and to fly home and return the next month if my ultrasound looked good. When returning everything went smoothly, everyone who works at this clinic were very kind and comforting (they had been the entire time not just for the transfer). The transfer was quick and painless and I was well on my way. Before leaving I was offered a progesterone injection in addition to the progesterone I was already on to give my embryos extra support (I did pay for this) it's not mandatory! A week or so later we had the wonderful news that we indeed had gotten pregnant however shortly after I started to miscarry, as heartbreaking as this was to experience it had nothing to do with this clinic, I'm still forever greatful for the chance, as everyone there are caring individuals who are great at what they do and do want to see people achieve a successful pregnancy. I will say that even though my treatment was over during the time of my loss this clinic did not ignore me and kept In touch, so thank you for that Dr. Torres! Just an update- less than a month after this happened we went on to concieve our first child naturally, so for all those struggling keep up those positive thoughts!! Miracles can happen ☺

Seven years ago we went Fertility Center Cancun for IVF. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and friendly and there was no language barrier despite the fact that we don't speak much Spanish. The facility is really beautiful, far nicer than any fertility center that I went to in the US. I came home pregnant with twins. I highly recommend it!

I started the process of freezing my eggs in the US and when I found out that it wasn’t covered by my insurance I started to think about what other options I have. I was also not impressed with the client service I was receiving from the clinic I was at, and I had heard that abroad they tend to treat the patients much better and the conditions are nicer. I was not disappointed! The minute I contacted the Fertility Center Cancun I was put in touch with Cynthia, who gave me all the information I needed and was always accessible and responsive via WhatsApp. Once I arrived at the clinic, I felt the same kind of care and attention from the entire staff, including Dr. Ray. He responded to all my many questions and was very responsive on WhatsApp, even after office hours, if I had a pressing concern. I did two cycles of egg freezing and I am very happy with the results! I am even considering another round, just in case..

First time was a success! Everything went perfect and my baby is due tomorrow! I can't thank everyone enough. From the receptionist to the Doctors. Everyone was 100% accommodating in every way and was only a phone call away for any questions we may have during the 3 week IVF process.

I have Done 3 IVF in the past few years, The first ivf was in Mexico🇲🇽 @ new hope Fertility. Was a disaster and I was younger (only 30 better eggs that what all the drs says) Not recommend!!!!! Don't go through this pain go to an expirance. 2 ivf in my home town fort Lauderdale It was horrific experience. After andomitriosais surgery I try to do my 2 ivf and spent a lot of $ on medication, a lot of $ on the cost of ivf in Florida. I was over medicate It was dangerous amount of medication and a lot of pain. For no reason the end result was horrible. I got only 4 egg Out of the 4 only 1 made it to day 3 And the only embryo I had didn't make it🤔 After we transfer . Let not talk about the fact that in the us you feel like an ATM that all. The dr will never give you the care and attention like you will get here . I decided not to give up, after speaking to dr ray. I fly with my family to Mexico for almost a month. And I glad I did @dr.alfonsosuastegui & dr ray @fertility_cancun made this presses very easy @fertility_cancun And made me feel like a queen 👸 There is no question that they will not answer!! thank you Dr Ray and alfnso @fertility_cancun for making my journey easier . And hope to update this post in one year and let everyone know that it works out for me and my husband 😊 God bless you all is not an easy journey But choose the clinic and the drs that will be there for you and give you the support you need .

I wasted 3 weeks trying to find out basic information on their donors and on necessary tests. I m now back to where I started because their coordinator simply disappeared. They do not want any customers.

We were looking forward to working with the clinic, the consultation went amazing with the doctor. However there was missed communication and life. My contact at the clinic was rude and when asked to work with someone else, I was told I could only work with her as my contact. Now we have to start over. I am on the search for a new clinic in Cancun to do our IVF at. Very Disappointed.

Dr Suástegui I can not say it enough, Thank you for taking the best care of me. This was Exquisite Care as if i was Royal. You treated me like family not just a patient. I needed 2nd opinions and labs before my laparoscopy and you made sure I was treated fair by other nurses and doctors. I had a mishap at the pharmacy and my Dr showed up & even translated for me. I have never in all my life had a Doctor that went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and treated fair before during and after surgery. My husband could not make the trip but Dr Suástegui kept him informed every step of the way. If Anyone needs IVF I stand by Dr Suástegui 1000%.

I’m writing today about advanced fertility center Cancun with full confidence. I travelled all the way from US after I had unsecceful attempt to have a baby. I have an amazing experience with good results. The staff and the doctors are very helpful and speak fluent English which facilitate our journey. They are very fast to reply our concerns via either text messages and emails. They explained us in the bigining what we have to do and we don’t. Thier instruction was a reflect of experience in the carrier. Dr. Victor was my supporter all the time. Very smart, full of confidence and very helpful. I personally recommend this great reputation center to those who lost hope. With them the make the impossible to be possible.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cojab and her team at FCC. My wife and I live in the U.S. and have gone through 2 failed surgeries on my end and a failed IVF FET cycle from The Reproductive Care Center in Salt Lake City. The clinic in SLC was the worst medical/ professional experience I've ever had, and we are still in dispute with them over several different problems. FCC is the complete opposite. FCC was terrific at communication, always there for questions, the Doctor maintained regular follow up months after we left and had a few scares, they were extremely patient and accommodating with the million questions we had, and most of all- they succeeded! We are now 12 weeks pregnant and entering the second trimester. We spent 3 years and $40k dealing with 3 doctors that were always too "busy", non-caring, and/ or incompetent (you can see a previous review on this clinic on my page); then we went to Mexico and got it done in a few months at half the cost of a normal cycle. They were honest and realistic with us, where the American doctors were always just watching out for medical malpractice and limiting the information, they would give us to protect themselves. We also have 2 more embryos that FCC was able to freeze, so we will likely be back in a year. The vacation in Cancun was a little bonus as well haha. I 100% recommend this clinic.
