We would like to thank All the staff from Cancun Dental Specialists for all your help and attention. We spend a whole year back and forth with my dental situation. Three trips later and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. We had doubts and regrets. We had concerns and a thousand questions. We wanted to quit and look for other alternatives here in the US. But through it all we stuck through it and it all turned out above and beyond. We want to thank Dr. Daniela for her hard long hours and dedication to our case. We really appreciate her patience with us and her input on all our concerns. She made us be at ease with everything. All the staff where excellent but there will always be just one person to keep you informed and comfortable throughout your experience with the clinic. We had a complete teeth extraction and implant placement on top and bottom a year of healing and adjustments in between. The price compared to the US was cut in half if not more. We highly recommend Cancun Dental Specialists to all. Every case is different but worth exploring. We did it.

REVIEW OF MY FULL MOUTH RESTORATION. (CROWNS, IMPLANTS, SINUS LIFT) I am a 69-year-old engineer, retired 7 years ago from one of the best institutions in the united of states. I am a very meticulous person by nature and especially to anything relating to my profession and science. The last couple of years I have been looking / researching all over the world (Canada, Costa Rica, Turkey, Dominican Republic, Columbia, Mexico and a few other Asia countries) to find a respectable dental place to have my full mouth restoration done due to high cost and bureaucracies in my country USA. Finally, I decided to go with CDS Cancun Dental Specialist in Mexico. I am glad/very happy that I made the right decision. I had a great experience with the entire team at CDS, particularly with Erika the Coordinator, Maggie the manager, Dr. Salet Cabanas (Dentist) with her assistance Ms. Doris Medina and Dr. Oscar Calvillo (Periodontist). Everyone at the clinic speaks perfectly good English. The coordinator Erika did an outstanding job on my journey to CDS (Cancun Dental Specialists). She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of prior to my arrival in Cancun. She helped me with my appointment, breakdown payments, rides from the airport to the hotel and as well for my return to the airport. I will recommend Erika 100% to anyone who is seeking / deciding to contact Cancun CDS. Erika is an outstanding employee. Maggie is an impeccable/excellent manager, she is truly professional. She has a lot of patience, was so kind and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and at home. Maggie walked me through the breakdown of payments / prices and processes. I don’t say those words hyperbolically, take it from the 69 years old, I mean what I said about them. They made sure that I understood all the procedures, they listened carefully to all of what I wanted done in my mouth, then after that they knew exactly what approaches and directions to take on the processes of my mouth. And they delivered/provided an outstanding job. They really did an excellent / work in my mouth. Again, Big Thanks to all of you for your well-done JOB. Here are the 3 process work steps of my Full Mouth Restoration. Step 1 May 8-20 I had crowns on all my teeth, had a sinus lift surgery done, and as well one implant surgery. The team did an outstanding job. They gave me my beautiful smile back. All my friends and x-coworkers are very pleased with my result. They said they will contact the CDC in the future for their dental work. Step 2 This Coming November 2022, I will go back to have one crown attached to the implant plus an additional 2 implants surgery to be done after the Sinus Lift is cured that I mentioned on Step 1 above. Step 3 I will have to wait for another 6 months before I go back to have my final 2 crowns attached to the 2 implants on Step 2. Above. Finally, I have so much confidence with CDS and the team who had worked on my mouth, I can’t wait to go back to have them perform Step 2 and Step 3 above. I am very grateful to Dr. Salet Cabanas, Ms. Doris Medina and Dr. Oscar Cavillo for making me happy. CDS: JOB WELL DONE!!!

These folks are very busy and with good reason. They seem to specialize specifically in working with folks outside of Mexico through dental tourism. Initially, I was a bit frustrated at the long wait times in the office. But now that I’ve had the work completed, I must say I’m very pleased. And it is certainly more affordable than the United States. Their service is excellent and they were gracious enough to compensate me for the long wait time. They seem to care very much about their patients and their reputation. I will be pursuing ongoing treatment.

I cannot explain enough thru typing how absolutely AMAZING CDS is. I want to start by thanking my dentist Audrey.. she is the definition of going above and beyond. Audrey is so thorough she sent my veneers back twice because they were not perfect, even though I thought they looked fine. After she placed the final ones on it was truly perfect. I had and a other procedure done while I was in Cancun and she grabbed me blankets and adjusted me until I was comfortable. The BEST dentist/doctor I’ve ever had! I was there 1.5 years ago to get veneers to all 16 teeth. After meeting Dr. Cindell she informed me because of my alignment the veneers would look really bad and break off easily. Of course after hearing that I was devastated because I avoided braces my whole life. Thankfully I listened to her advice and got braces placed. She did offer me a discount for when I return for the veneers. She remembered me this time after I returned and greeted me with open arms. After the braces I only placed veneers on my top 8 teeth, gum contoured my teeth and whitening my non veneer teeth. Paid less than half the price with my discount that she didn’t forget about. Ben has been in communication with me during this entire time and his responses are very quick. He helped me with the planning and checked up on me. He was there for me whenever I needed him. Sabrina and Melissa are the dental assistants that where there everyday with Dr. Audrey. Sabrina is so funny and so smart she’s only 20 and was very knowledgeable. She assisted me to the pharmacy and waiting with me for my ride and even went to forever 21 with me to find socks. She became a friend to me! I wanted to steal her to the US but Dr. Audrey said no 🤷‍♀️🥺 Melissa is definitely very experienced she did my Zoom teeth whitening and oh my word had no discomfort during the whole process. She is very very sweet and definitely a hype girl! Sofia and Itzel and scheduling coordinators they scheduled all my rides no matter where I had to go and like Ben had very fast response times. Every time I came into the office they were so positive and also hyped me up. The drivers are so kind and helpful, I never felt so safe being out of country by myself. Which brings me to my favorite drivers Ricardo and Eduardo picked me up the most and every they were so joyful and had no problem stopping by the stores before taking me to the hotel and even waited for me when it was only 2 minutes away. Needles to say everyone there makes the experience 💯 and I definitely will go back if any dental work is needed. Totally worth every single penny.

I had full mouth reconstruction, and cannot be happier. Everyone in the office is wonderful, but the care I received from my primary team of Dr. Salet Cabañas and assistant Doris was exceptional. I explained my fear of dentists, and they made sure I was comfortable at each step of the process. They speak excellent English, and are simply the best in the business. If you are considering dental care in Mexico, please give Cancun Dental Specialists a chance. You won't regret it!

I had a great experience. I had to come to Cancun 3 times to get everything done and even with travel, it was less than half my cost in the US. The staff here is great. Most everyone speaks English, because my Spanish is rudimentary at best. Everything here is top of the line. The equipment, doctors, dentists, techs... Appointments were easy and they provided transportation to and from the airport and from my hotel. They even helped me find the pharmacy each visit. Located in the hotel zone, the offices are convenient and clean. Only had to wait once for any length of time in all my appointments. The end product? Fantastic. Of course, I don't have anything to compare it to, but I have fresh white teeth and a beautiful smile. The final smile provided by my last dentist is amazing. I can't say enough how happy I am to have found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My mother had a full dental implant procedure. I had done research on dentists in Cancun but wasn’t 100% positive that I had made the best choice. After arriving to the clinic I encountered several satisfied customers in the waiting area that eased my concerns. My mother is very happy with the results. They look great and she is happy with the bite. It was an involved procedure, but the staff was always professional and friendly, the drivers providing transportation were on time and courteous. I would recommend Cancun Dental Specialists if you’re seeking dental services in Cancun.

I came in late February 2022 to have numerous crowns installed. My time constraints had them installing crowns on the last day of my visit. I've returned in April 2022 being unhappy about the bulkiness (which I did express at my last visit but was told adjustments could be made) of my two front teeth, pain on my back left, upper crown (Bite was off), and another round of teeth whitening (laser initially, Zoom this time around). They stayed true to their word and removed and reinstalled the three crowns in question at no extra cost. This time around, the procedure was scheduled as soon as arriving so that plenty of time could be allocated to make any adjustments as necessary. I am very happy with my outcome this time around. I had Dr. Salat and Ms. Dori. They had excellent bedside manners and they wanted to make sure I understood the procedure and that they knew what I wanted in terms of aesthetics. Both times, they had excellent bedside manners only difference was that this time around we had much more time for revisions and I had Dr. Salat & Dori! Everyone at the clinic all speak English. The shuttle they offer is a huge help. The drivers were courteous and respectful. I was a big fan of the big shuttle buses sometimes we had small suv's or cars but they were all clean. Pick up/drop off times were scheduled accordingly. Price was properly explained by Maggie beforehand. Half due upfront, half when procedure is done. I will continue to use CDS for future work. Great value, cleanliness, technology, and quality of work.

I returned home this afternoon after flying down for my first series of appointments. I can honestly say that I am beyond impressed with the service, professionalism and overall quality of work! My dental work was thoroughly explained to me and I felt confident in my decision to begin. I am most grateful for Greg Sanchez who helped me book my initial appointment and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot). He quickly responded to every call, email or text and he went above and beyond. I look forward to returning in 6 months to complete my treatment. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice from the drivers to the techs, receptionists and dentists…all are top notch!

I absolutely love their dental work. I had there several crowns, root canals and extractions couple months ago.Their pricing is very affordable with the service they provide. They also provide you with transportation service starting from picking up from airport, hotel to clinic. Everyone working in the clinic they are all awesome and answer any questions you have. All around, had an amazing experience with CDS. I flew to Cancún from Calgary to get three wisdom teeth and a molar removed. The price I was quoted was more than six times cheaper than back homw, and the level of aervice and convenience was beyond my expectations. The clinic took care of ourtransportation from the moment we stepped out of the airport, to the moment we left. The doctors and assistants were extremely professionals and knowledgeable, and the surgery went off without a hitch. Will definately be back for any dental work I may have in the future!

After seven months of having my lower arch replaced, I couldn’t be happier. The entire team at Cancun Dental Specialists are extremely competent, professional and courteous. Every step along the way Anna , front desk patient coordinator, arranges for airport and hotel pick-ups and drop-offs and ushering you to the various dental professionals. She’s amazing! I have had a great experience with CDS. On July 2022 was my second visit to complete dental work I started on January 2022. I did a couple implants, crowns, some tooth extraction, root canal done and the bridge replace. I was lucky to be a patient of DR. Oscar, great surgeon with great personality. My all time favorite are DR. Maria Fernanda and her assistant with fist name Fernanda. Very nice young professional up front and a lot of helpful hard working drivers Rogers and many others. Thank you very much guys! They really busy on months of July and August more than I experienced on January. Happy with my results!

Fantastic, they set the standards for customer service. The entire staff was great to work with. I needed extensive work and they scheduled all the work over 4 days. I would recommend them it anyone. Plan ahead and let them know what you need so they can get you scheduled. Between visits I was able to enjoy the beach and sun . Thanks Brenda for giving me my smile back. You are the best.

Absolutely fantastic. Everyone working there are great people.From the dentists, staff, admin, and consultant. They all go above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Great communication and great work. I came for veneers, but had other issues which they solved in a week and few visits ( tooth extraction/ root canal/implant/ cleaning/ bone graph/ multiple other things- numbed for everything completely painless besides a few 2 seconds of pain with shots but they make sure your comfortable. irritable after for few hours but 100% worth it with amount I had done( I will be doing a return trip to finish the rest which im excited for the return). Vacation + dental work on a discount compared to USA prices with professionals is a big win. I would recommend to just trust the staff with the best options of what needs done to prolong health and give you the best results. They know best. I didn't question anything. I just agreed with everything and happy I did. When landing they will have a sign with your name for pickup if getting picked up (I missed it and walked all the way to the end to flex driving company) but she found me very quickly. From the hotel they were always on time for pickup and if minutes late notified. Waiting time in the office seems to be max 30 minutes before appointment but usually took few minutes (very organized) If you don't speak Spanish no problem. Most of the staff has really good English.

My rating is 5 because the results of the dental work has been done during 10 months is beyond expectation. I received the crowns over three different visits to Cancun. The price is fantastic compared to USA. When it was necessary, they completely corrected crowns. Despite tight schedule or change of appointments, possible long days in dental chair, or pain of the too aggressive involvement, the results are outstanding!. The staff is fighting the clock to get everyone and everything done. Due to my tight work schedule, I had very limited time to stay and happy to be able to accomplish all I have planned for the trips. Fortunately, dozens of young energetic dentists are very professional and responsible. I would return if ever necessary and highly recommend these dentists to all my friends and colleagues. From first contact to final checkup the team at CDS has been friendly and professional. The only hiccups have been flight delays and late cabs and these inconveniences have been completely out of their control and didn’t seem to bother them at all. My first contact was with their rep, Greg Sanchez. Greg was amazing at answering my questions and assembling my initial package. The website was extremely helpful and I found watching their videos very reassuring. Greg remained a valuable resource throughout my stay especially when assembling all the needed documents and figuring out getting to and from the hotel and clinic. My flight there was delayed 90 minutes but Dr Nestor put me at ease and we did the initial assessment on the day I arrived. Day 2 I had off. Day 3 was 8 hours long but there were frequent breaks. All the teeth were ground down. Pain was managed very well and with temporary caps in I was able to eat pretty well. At no time did I have any difficulty sleeping and pain was managed with toradol only,an anti inflammatory. Day 4 was with Dr Thelma for three root canals. This was as close to a painless dental procedure that I have ever had. She was great and I was there for about 5 hours. Day 5 the lower crowns were placed and the impressions of the root canal sites were done. This was about a 4 hour day. There was some concern that my gums weren’t recovering enough so I was given a chlorhexadine gel to apply frequently. Day 6 was Sunday and I just chilled at the hotel and gave my gums a day to heal. Day 7 was the final crown placement day and everything went smoothly. It took about 4 hours. And today, day 8, was the final checkup and bite adjustment. The bite guard was demonstrated and fit perfectly. I can’t forget about the support staff and front desk staff. Hanna, Ari, Maria and Janeth were friendly, professional and along with the dental assistants went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. Their care was much appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the care I got at CDS and would urge anyone looking at going to see CDS to be assured that they are dealing with a very professional organization who will go out of their way to provide you with an excellent dental experience. In Canada the same procedure would have been spread out over 6 months and would have cost 2.5-3x as much even when I include flight hotel and meals. So from all aspects I feel very satisfied with my CDS experience and would recommend them highly. You can trust that you’re in good hands with CDS. The pics dont show the extent of initial wear as it was mostly rear molars.

If you are traveling and have ever wondered about getting dentistry done in Mexico this is the place to go. I went during my vacation and the resort was very close. I messaged back and forth a few times to let them know what I wanted and to schedule timing. They were always responsive and set up shuttle pick up and drop off during my stay which was included for FREE. The staff were all lovely (especially Dra. Martha and her assistants Danna and Ivonne). The facilities were clean and I also spoke with return customers who had visited multiple times for years while on vacation to get various procedures done. The pricing was incredible compared to the US. They also have an ocean view! I recommend taking any x-rays or documentation if you had previous exams so they can review.

The experience at Cancun dental specialists was exceptional. The staff and the procedure was very friendly and professional knowing that Americans flooded the office with business allowed me to feel more comfortable knowing that I wasn't the only one there. Going to Cancun for the first time is a major endeavor but the staff made me feel very comfortable and secure knowing they knew what they were working on 28 teeth and removed them with crowns. I’m so glad I decided to go to Cancun to get my teeth worked on! Ive always had spacing issues on my top 6 teeth. The reviews are just as amazing the people that worked there. I made the right choice in choosing them. From contacting them through the what’s app to the drivers (to/from appointment and airport), receptionists, and dentists! Everyone was so sweet and kind. They made me feel comfortable and were very detailed in their work! I’m looking forward to coming back in 6 months for a cleaning and another round of whitening! Here's my experience- I booked ahead with a clear instruction from my specialist in the US for the surgery I needed. I was told I was confirmed for a certain day- Great! I planned my trip around it, giving myself rest time and the like for after the scheduled day. Lo and behold, they did NOT get me in for treatment that day, and my plans were completely disrupted as a result. But that's not what really bothers me- what bothers is me is how they forced me to pay for a procedue I did not need to get the one I did, and how many things were added on. It ended up costine me MORE to come get this procedure at this clinic then if I had just stayed in the USA. The price list is deceiving, watch out! I will say that I liked my dentist, he was kind and I'm hoping some issues were resolved. However, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my own experience. There was very little patient care time with the doctor, and it is a dental factory for foreigners. And other issues I still have were NOT addressed in a caring way. So, I made a trip to Cancun for 5 days, and unfortunately still have to find another dentist once I get back home. Hope this helps

The staff at CDS made this journey to get implants seem so effortless and almost worry free with the staff at CDS. They definitely take the time required to do the job right and make you feel confident about the process. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable and especially compassionate to your needs. I would definitely recommend a Cancún Dental Specialists, whether you need a Crown, dentures or full on implants like in my case.

I came to CDS initially in Jan 2022 with a lot of anxiety about the process of dental implants but I had a great experience and was very impressed with the level of dental care I received. There wasn't one time I felt uncomfortable. My next visit was in April 2022 in which my initial dental implants work was completed. I can't say enough great things about this practice from the level of care to always making you feel comfortable and addressing any concerns I had with my treatment. Follow-up care and checkups were very appreciated. They are always available to assist you with post questions, concerns or advice. I have one more visit in the fall of this year and I am so much looking forward to completing my care and I am confident my next visit will be as good as the first two. To be honest, I didn't get this type of care at home. This is my dentist for any future work I need done. A++++

I only have good things to say about the folks here. I have to mention they made the whole process of me starting my implant journey go smoothly. The office staff were very helpful at every turn. Dr. Brenda and Angel were an awesome team that fixed my fillings, replaced 3 of my crowns and encouraged me to come back before the end of the trip for slight bite adjustments. They were patient, personable and very caring. Dr. Javier was precise in his evaluation and implanting. Thank you so much! I look forward to coming back in 6 months to finish the implant with the crown. Also, they took care of transportation to and from the airport as well as from the hotel to the office and vice versa.

Had root canal and crown done! The entire team is super efficient, courteous, caring from start to finish! From front desk team ( Ana, Frida and Mohin)coordinating appointments and transportations to patient care : Dr. Gomez and Dr. Valeria were well versed and gentle on treating my root canal. Dr. gris is a perfectionist making sure the crown has both function and esthetic. Dental assistants Ellse and Luis are skillful and attentive . Patient comfort is their top priority which iam thankful for! Their facility is top notch, all high tech equipments imaginable ! In house lab is a plus! Last but not least, drivers take you from and to their dental office… please remember to tip your driver(s) and lastly , a thank you to the staff members is never outdated! Oh did I mention you get to enjoy the beautiful Cancun too!

I have done technically entry mouth restoration in just 4 business days. 20 crowns all together. I’m very pleased with the work that Dr Nestor has done. He went above and beyond to give me a great smile. They aren’t there just to take your money, initially besides the crowns they thought I needed two root canals and two fiber posts, but the Dr Nestor advised me to get one root canal and not to change the fiber posts. In the end I saved few hundreds dollars. Girls at the front, Maria Ari she Janeth were very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 costumer service.

Don’t think twice!!! I can not say enough good things about CDS they are professional, kind , fast, gentle and did extremely good work! Going to CDS is one of the best decisions I ever made! The front desk ladies greet you with a smile and are willing to help you in anyway they can! Janeth and Anna took very good care of me and the doctors as well! They picked me up from the airport and brought me straight to the dentist. I was sitting in the chair an hour after I got off the plane and after my appointment they took me to my hotel! After everything was all said and done the did the final check up and drop me back off at the airport to send me on my way home! I will be back!

Five stars. I don’t even know where to start…. Maybe with the drivers: everything is so well organized in this place - working like a clock. The office organized transportation for me over the course of five visits: drivers were always on time. This office really respected my time. The receptionist (Ana) was always responsive and very well organized. It was a pleasure to work with Ana! The doctors were friendly, polite, and highly professional. I wasn’t the easiest of the clients because I had multiple cavities in hard to reach areas, and doctor Martha was very patient and hardworking, and always made sure that I felt comfortable (as much as someone can in a dental chair) and didn’t feel pain. At this point, the operations were completed days ago, and she still keeps in contact to make sure I do all the right things. If there is a dental heaven, it’s this one. I’m planning to come back for my needs and my family’s in the future.

Our visit to this clinic was a last minute decision, and I will say I was completely thrilled. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Even before we were in Cancun, but were just ordering tickets, Carolina our appointment coordinator made sure to reach out and make sure everything was okay. The whole time we were there everyone kept in contact and was so sweet. Even after all the visits they made sure to reach out and make sure everyone was recovering well. All I’ve got to say is good things about this clinic and will definitely be back shall I need it.
