There is some good stuff, specially the tall guy from Venezuela, but other people like the Manager or a pregnant woman are just bad and closed minded.. A friend of mine and I wanted to firm a year contract/membership, but only because of no having fisically my passport, they couldnt accept me, not even make an excepcion, or giving me a week first, and later when I bring my passport, to change the membership, but no, the had no option to help me, only NO WE CANT.. Poor Managment..

This bank is making people sign contracts and telling you that you must uphold your part of the contract but when you go to cancel they delay it and delay it until it's "too late" and then charge you again even though you canceled. Then when you ask for a refund they refuse and their customer service gets very rude and hostile and starts yelling at you and cussing at you. This place is the biggest scam, do not do business with them!

SCAM ! Once they get you in contract they refuse to cancel it and keep charging you. Then when you confront them of that they refuse to cancel it as well. We had to call our card company back to get the money back. California fitness was so sure they would win that charge back but obviously they are very in the wrong. They also delete all bad comments and ban anyone on their social media who leaves bad comments. They disabled the review section on social media as well because it was non stop bad reviews of the same thing I am stating here. If they are that close to bankruptcy that they need to try and steal $50 from me every month I will ensure they get exposed and lose much more money in the process for being a unethical and shady company

This gym tries to make you wear a mask while doing intensive cardio, this is not only illegal, but extremely dangerous to your health and Is well documented by organizations that are highly respected like WHO (World Health Organization) who says to not wear a mask during working out heavily due to the danger to your health.

The worst gym in cancun, don't let the location or its size fool you, once your in contract they treat you terribly and refuse to let you cancel and will continue to charge you. They need to be shut down for their illegally ran practices.

@David Garcia, The penalization fee is wrote on the contract you signed to get the membership. Gym is crowded but is big and with lot of machines, you never actually wait to get one. If you are not used to gyms, you better shop your own training stuff or pay for a gym 4 times the cost of this one. Staff is always friendly and the gym monthly payment is cheap for all the things it offers: A/C, kindergarden, free lockers, nice big and clean restrooms, top of the line training machines. Seriously, look for another gym at Cancun with all of that at such low payment , you wont find one.

Very Nice Gym, with lots of room and variety of available choices for workout, pluses > Hydro massage bed, cardio theater, however not a lot of free weights though. Over all it's an 8+

Excelent service and cutting edge vip installations. The Beauty Angel is a "Must Try" no other device can help you recover more after a workout.

This place is amazing All brand new equipment and all the amenities you can imagine. My favorite is the cardio theater. Every time I’ve been there it’s super clean and the stuff is super friendly Highly recommend 👍

It’s a big scam. I haven’t been going to the gym in years and wasn’t allowed to go in one day cause they couldn’t charge my card, now that i haven’t gone in years they decide to charge my card. Lost thousands already. Wouldn’t sign up if I were you.

Amazing customer service, not to mention how clean everything is! Came to Cancun for a small getaway from Canada and this gym made me feel like I was at home. Amazing equipment as well, 10/10 recommend!

Amazing quality equipment and customer service. Came to Cancun on a vacation and the experience at California Fitness was amazing. Extremely clean and wide variety of machines, cardio options and free weights. Definitely coming back when in Cancun again !! 10/10
