CrossFit is trained in the box, the routines are varied, the colleagues motivate everyone who arrives for the first time and that makes you feel the good vibes.

It has great advisors when doing routines, it is located in a central location, although the avenue is busy. But other than that their prices are very good. Although the premises are being remodeled.

It has excellent coaches, a good atmosphere, the hours are long, there is a 10pm class, the parking is quite good, I don't like that they constantly run out of water in the sinks and that they are not flexible with payments as if it were a contract, my monthly payment expired , I took the opportunity to travel, I returned the following week and they did not reschedule the date, therefore I lost a week of that month

It is a good place, the instructors are very attentive, they should pay more attention to the bathrooms perhaps.

Super interesting classes, good prices, personalized training

The activities and schedules are great, however they require better cleaning in both the bathrooms and the exercise area. Also, the bathrooms sometimes do not verify that they have paper or flavorings... many people bathe there and there is a lot of sweat from all the routines. I think they should improve that part a little. Apart from that it is a super place. Recommended for exercise :)
