Follows us on YouTube , Instagram and Facebook for more adventures 😃 I visited Ventura today and was very disappointed. Half of your attraction were close. All your rides, almost all you zip lines (except one , 2 slides and one water attraction close. This is not fun to pay for a park when half to stuff are close without saying it on your website. If I would know, I would of never went to your park. I would choose an other activity. It’s robbery. We come a lot to Cancun and will never come again. What a waste of our time and money

We loved this place... Although it looks a little bit outdated it's fun for a day. A lot of water activities, kids had lots of fun. Food was decent (incuded In the entrance) definitely good to spend a day. Zip line was top notch. Recommend!

This is now officially one of my favorite places on earth. We prepaid online and it cost us $43 USD per person. We paid for the PLANTIUM PLAN and added round trip transportation from ADO bus stop. The plan came with free food and drinks and all the rides. I recommend doing the dry activities first e.g. bungee jumping, canopy walk, zip lining, go carting, laser tag games before doing the water activity like the slides. The breakfast menu opens at 10:30am. The food was tasty. It's also good for kids.

4,5 stars. We had a great time at Ventura, we came twice with our children aged 3 and 6. There is plenty of water fun for that age category. For older kids and adults there at least 4 slides that are interesting. The park itself could use a paint job but still looks nice. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by the buffet. A good variety of options, hot and cold. They even have vegetarian/ vegan options. Two salads, vegetables and a vegetarian pasta. At different bars you can grab water or juice. A half star deduction because the bathrooms could be cleaner. Also we prepaid tickets and had to wait longer to get in than people who bought a ticket on the spot. There are lockers which cost 160 and 220 (I think) pesos to store your stuff. You can also pay in dollars. We would come again. Especially since this is really affordable compared to other parks.

If you book a dolfin swim a couple days before you want to go to the park the price includes admission to the park! There is an all day buffet also included in the ticket price and the food was delicious. There is an option to upgrade for a wider variety of drinks. The layout of the park is a bit odd, but everything is close together. There are slides, a wave pool and a lazy river. Thr assument rides were closed when we were there. The staff were very generous and went out of their way to help us with our ticket mix up. Not alot of shade so bring sunscreen and enjoy!

Fun place, I think the price is fair. The staff was friendly and the place and most common area were okay. We went on a not so busy day so it was perfect. Many water games and swimming places area.

The park is just okay. A small one, not much activities for a whole day. A couple water rides, a roller coaster, a wave pool, a lazy River, and a water play area for kids. The bungee swing was a nice addition. I wish it was on the beach side. The view was it was swinging into a jungle. The zip lines didn’t work when we went there. Bungee and roller coaster had limited hours, so we skipped the coaster. Overall, I’ll give it 3 or 3 and a half stars.

It was a great experience. We experienced the dolphins which was fantastic (at a price of course). The pictures were so good, you are gonna want give them all your money for them. They followed Covid protocol, everything was super clean, staff were friendly, not many spoke English but the did the very best to make sure we were accommodated appropriately. Super hard workers, safe if first and foremost, they take that responsibility very seriously which we appreciated. The layout of the park is user friendly, there are enough activities that everyone can relax, and enjoy yourself at the same time. Be sure you bring your towels, enough masks, water shoes, and enough funds.

The website clearly states to come on Thursday and pay $17 everyone. They said it is for locals only, then they said if you book online you can get the discount but you have to book 24hrs in advanced. NONE OF THIS WAS SPECIFIED ON THE WEBSITE! SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE $17 PRICE.. IN THE END THEY OFFERED TO LET US IN FOR $22 EACH. WHEN IT WAS ALL SAID AND DONE WE DECIDED TO LEAVE.. WHAT A JOKE! THEY THINK BECAUSE YOU'RE AMERICAN THEY CAN RIP YOU OFF! DON'T GO IS MY OPINION

It's very small, but it's fun and the facilities/rides are clean and safe. It's worth it if you're using something like resort credits to purchase tickets. It was very empty when I went, there were practically no lines whatsoever. It's not in the hotel zone so it's a bit hard to get to. I recommend taking a taxi there and then taking a bus back because not all buses go that far and they are hard to find. A taxi will cost 200-300 pesos and a bus ticket will cost 12 pesos. It's mainly a water park. If you don't bring a swimsuit you might not have much to do. The wave pool makes waves very often, maybe around every 10-20 minutes. Apart from that there is 1 rollercoaster, 1 go cart track, 1 carousel, as well as multiple zip lines and a ropes course. The food from the buffet is good, especially the pasta and tacos. You also have the option of upgrading to an unlimited food and drink ticket.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately some of the programs were closed, I assume because it is not peak time. It would have been great to stay a bit longer but the park closes at 1700. But anyway, great place to visit.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids – 7 & 8 years old) from Toronto, Canada and just completed a 2-week vacation (Dec.7-21, 2022) at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun, Mexico. One of the off-site activities that we did was going to Ventura Park, about 15 minutes south of the hotel. It is an amusement park, and our Platinum package included a water park (pools, wave pool, slides, lazy river, etc.), a zip-line, a small roller-coaster, a go-kart track, and food and drinks (alcohol included). There is also a dolphin experience area which was not in our package. We had booked online the day before going. When we booked, all the info was in English, but the final message was only in Spanish and looked like an error message, but it actually was a confirmation message. I mistakenly rebooked and then realized I had booked and paid twice. I immediately contacted them by phone and email to explain the problem and was told I would get a refund for the extra booking (still waiting for that!). Our main reason for going there was the waterpark, the go-kart racing and the roller-coaster. When we arrived at the park, we were told that the go-kart racing and the roller-coaster were not working that day (no indication of any of this when you book on the website) and that, to compensate, they would include the Underworld, a high-tech arcade (which we felt was not an appropriate compensation) but we were there, so we went with it. Although we had a fun time that day and made the best of it, we were disappointed, and also the food and drinks (alcohol included) were clearly sub-par. So this was a 2 out 5 for us!

Bad maintenance, bad service, bad food, since the arriving all the road is full of garbage and abandoned old buses. Not worth it at all. Beach beds dirty. Bad system to attractions long files and signing in every one. Go carts no nice too boring everything nothing exiting

Place is okay. Equipment is a little run down. All inclusive drinks and food & ice cream but, they limit you to 2 flavors on the ice cream and 1 per person. No towels and lockers are extra. Drinks are good.

Ventura Park is an affordable option to the large eco-parks located along the Riviera Maya coastline. At about $25 per person to enter, through in another $7 for unlimited adult drinks and it is a nice place to refresh yourself from the Yucatan Peninsula heat. But keep it real, you get what you pay for. Only 2 of the 4 zip-lines were in operation during our visit. There's only one food court and the wait can feel longer than normal due to limited staffing. The water park and slides were definitely the park's best features. If you can splurge on the big parks, do it. If you're on a budget, this park is for you. Date visited: 12/20/20

We saw all the good reviews so we thought we try. Well we were so wrong. Got to the gate and he sold us on the park platinum level with everything unlimited, until we had paid and he told us only two slides were open. Place is very outdated, only 2 slides were open, half the park was closed or on a schedule to shut down, and food tasted like yesterdays plus cold within minutes of getting it. Was horrible 👎🏼 Also, You have to pay for the tubes$12 ( they should provide) Zip line is only open til 230 Roller coaster till 230 Gokarts open at 230 - Tree house fun not open at all- Parks only open Wednesday- Saturday… shouldn’t that be the maintenance days??? The kids water slide bubble is for anyone under 4’9” even though my child is under 10 yrs and tall they said “NO”… how does that work? All in all, not worth the cost at all- and make sure you check to see if everything is working before you pay.

It's a fun place to visit. Its not that big of a water park . Price is $30 usd so you would expect more for the price. But It was a day to relax for us and my son loved it . It's very clean , great lazy river. The food was good and the drinks as well. It was a fun day.

Place wasn't very crowded, and the free food was delicious. Drinks are free, and alcohol is only 40 pesos per glass. When I went 2 of the zip lines were closed and the bridge was closed as well. Other than that, the price is worth the money.

Just arriving was complicated even with google maps. Lady at the front desk charged us the wrong amount, didn’t give us a receipt and told us to pay them at a different place which is weird, probably she wanted to keep the money ? Park was fun for children. Had one fun slide and a river pool. But besides that it wasn’t amazing.

I'd say for the price this place is bit run down. The buffet food was good but choice is very limited. Apart from that, I actually love the place and it's were we had the most fun in a while. Go karts are awesome. Other activities are good too.

  • 3/5 Connor M. 11 months ago on Google
Pretty fun place to spend the day at. You can tell it's not what it used to be when it was known as Wet N wild, but still plenty to do. Access to the food buffet is included with any ticket purchase and you can go as often as you want between 12:00 and 4:00 pm. Food it pretty good! There is a general lack of up keep in the park. Several areas are missing large portions of paint. Grime accumulates between tiles on the pool floors and bit of algae or slime can be seen floating in the main wave pool. Not sure if that is because it is right next to a beach or because of lack of cleaning though. However, the grime accumulation in some areas is obvious to have been there for a while. I don't think there is any chlorine in the water at the park. Some attractions are down on a somewhat regular basis and some areas have been abandoned. Several restaurants are empty and there are only 3 places you can get food (the main buffet which is a free, a small burger grill set up in the corner of an empty restaurant, and an ice cream/snack stand. You have to pay for the latter two). A few areas were rides once we're are cleared out as well and are just empty and unused. There are some pretty cool attractions thoughts sick as a suspended bridge course, zip lines, go karts, and a roller coaster (that was down when we went). There are three ticket categories that you can purchase (fun, vip, and platinum). we did VIP. The latter two include dolphin interactions that are pretty lackluster in our opinion. You do it groups of 8-12 people and the interactions are pretty limited. Not worth the extra money in our opinion. VIP and platinum also include access to go karts, and underworld. We didn't end up going to those though. There are other things included with each ticket level as well. We bought our tickets ahead of time and got a slight discount, but it's just as easy to buy them at the park. We actually missed out in a mother's day discount where mothers got in free because we bought ahead of time. The park has some weird rules like not allowing kids past a certain point in the wave pool at any time even if they are wearing life jackets and requiring shirts and shoes on everyone before going into the buffet. Overall it was a fun way for our family to spend a day in Cancun, but we wouldn't go back to it again. The park has a kind of outdated feel to it and we felt like it was a poor reflection of what it probably was while still known as Wet N Wild. If you have been to Wet N Wild in the states, it's not the same and you can expect some differences, but if you are going for some water fun it can be pretty similar.

Not busy during our visit so a few areas were closed, likely because of covid-19, but still amazing! Swimming with the dolphins was amazing and the water wark was a blast for the kids!

  • 5/5 mrs z. 11 months ago on Google
It was a great day . My kids love all the water activities and rides. The only complain is buffet . The food could have been better than this. Better start your day early as there are lots of activities. We went late so we did not have chance to take a zip line. And it is not too far from the hotel zone.

  • 1/5 mohammad tarek y. 10 months ago on Google
1- The roller coaster opens a limited hours only! 2- The carting opens only two hours! 3- The buffet is garbage. 4- Very expensive and not worth to pay all this amount. 5- They allow the kids 5 minutes for the ballon game! 6- Take Care!!! Nothing free, you need to pay for the wheels that you need to use for lazy River!!!! I recommend you book an all inclusive hotel instead of wasting your money. 7- Everything open late and closed early, you can’t do everything… it is impossible!!!

A little expensive and many of the ziplines or rides closed due to covid or broken down. We liked it but id give it 5 stars if covid wasnt around. Waterpark and unlimited food was great. Servers amazing.

Fun for a day to kick around. Like most places in Cancun they do the best they can with distancing and masks, however, it is difficult to swim with your mask on. Some slides are not open or are still under maintenance but most areas are open. Don't expect much from food or alcohol. Time when you want to eat because the line moves slow even when they're aren't a lot of people.
