Pro. Museum wax figures were actually awesome, pretty freaky how real they look, the plastic ones (superheroes and others) not so much, I presume that you can "touch" them so it's easier to have a sturdy ones for this. Con. So you pay some pesos to enter this place, obviously you'll want to take pictures with the figures, but while you walk through the museum there is always a this person telling you that you can't take a picture of some characters, you have to buy them the pictures. We're in 2022, I don't need your camera, I already paid some money, let me take a photo of Sponge Bob with my 4yo daughter. No, they even threaten me to charge me for this. Update your business models guys.

I do not recommend this place. They follow you from start to finish with a camera for them to take pictures of you for extra cost for each picture. They only allow you to take pictures with one half of the wax figures, and the other half of the wax figures have to be taken by them.

Worst experience I have had in Cancun. Here's what sucks. 1st There is a guide constantly watching you so you're never alone. 2nd you have to pay money to take pictures with most of the figures, on top of the entrance fee. 3rd very few models to actually see. Overall COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

If I could leave 0 stars I would and i almost never leave reviews. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. There is like 30 figures in the whole museum and you have to PAY to take pictures with most of them in addition to paying for the entrance fee.

Get away from this place. The employees are rude, and if you want to waste your money this is the place to go to. They have a package which includes other museums, the only three worthy are the Tequila Museum, Mirrors and The Chocolate one, the rest please stay away.

There are some wax figures that are not similar at all to the real person like Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. But what annoyed me the most is that up to the second part of the museum a employee of the museum told us that from this part on we are not allowed anymore to take any photos by ourselves and if we wish to make a photo they can do it for us. It was quite obvious to us, that they would want to charge us after if we want to keep the photos. The employee followed us for the rest of museum to make sure that we won‘t make any photos by ourselves. What a disgusting way to make money when we already had to pay for the entry fee!

Being from Tennessee and having the Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge... This one was... pretty decent. It is a good place to go if you need something to do or have never been to a wax museum before. But overall, very nice!

The characters are okay, not all of them looks similar to their real. The Chavo del 8's section will never be available. They don't let yo take photos only to the characters in some sections, you just need to pay for the photo with you on it. They are not cleared with the information at the beginning, I think that the quality-price is not really worthless

This place is cool for something to do. It's about $10 USD. They have a photographer walk through the exhibit with you to take pictures of the off limit exhibits. I think the ones ropes off you could take your own pictures but the ones without the rope they took the pictures. At the end they show you the pictures you take with them and you have the choice to pay for them or not. Then they walk you to the gift shop to purchase everything. It's a nice small gift shop that's not expensive. They are really nice and helpful. The entire exhibit takes about 20 mins with pictures...... I think we spent more time in the gift shop buying gifts

Not worth the money. Characters don’t even look close to real. Very small and can’t take pictures with you phone. Have to pay extra for pictures. Staff was friendly but definitely not worth the money.

Well there’s about 30 figures if that in total…staff was super rude and rushed us out, it’s probably a 5 minute tour and staff gave us attitude because we retracted back to look again at the ones we already saw since there was only a few and not like as advertised. We were followed like we stole something and it just ruined the whole experience even more! The picture shown below are not even options to explore in the museum, NO HULK, NO BRUCE WILLIS, NO AMY WINEHOUSE Plus sooo many more…. Honestly it’s False advertisement, but if you get the package for 24.99 it’s just included … best part of package was Ripleys believe it or not, tequila tour and Farris wheel… the staff is sooooo RUDE we could’ve just skipped this part and left happy, which I wish I done.

Wax figures were nice but for the cost we expected to see more...(think Madame Tussaud's). Photo ops were great as well!

It was fun to see, although staff follows you around because you are not allowed to take your own pictures in most places of the museum. A bit small but its wasn’t all that

My Girlfriend and I did the wax museum in about 15 minutes. Took a few pictures. Not very exciting. Go buy a ice cream instead.

Terrible wax figures, that don't even look like the figures they're supposed to represent. Thought it was supposed to be a madame toussouds, but obviously not. No ticket person at the front, we just walked in and went through.

Small wax museum. Not really worth 15.00 but it's nice and cool inside. The workers follow you around and watch you like hawks so you don't take pics of certain wax figures so they can take your pic and sell it to you. All in all of your bored or have time to kill this is a nice little stop.

Not very good pieces. They will try to sell you pictures in lots of sets of figures.

It was fun and interesting however they don't want people taking thier own pictures and they follow you trying to take pictures for you to buy. Photographer spoke little to mo English which we spoke little Spanish. Would prefer taking our own pictures
