Beautiful shopping plaza. Has a great selection of stores, and the fashion harbour just takes it to even greater heights. The Zara has great selection and perfect for last minute buys you forgot. The Starbucks was a treat and love the aesthetic of the plaza. The restaurants were great too, we loved Thai!

When you're in the Zona Hotelera in Cancun, this is a must do stop. You can't spend every waking moment on the beach, and this is a great way to have a change of scenery. It's up market, clean, and has a great selection of shops, entertainment, and restaurants to suit every budget.

Pretty good mall overall. Be careful of all the scammers that trying to get you in the tour. They will appear friendly but will try to screw you over. Just get the tickets better either online or at the destination.

Loved it! Simply amazing semi-open-air shopping centre with a lot of shops. You will find here especially the fancy stuff as well as some tourist oriented shops and services. We have visited only few ice-cream shops and an beautiful aquarium. You cam also stroll to the port and have some meal in restaurants at the pier. Or just enjoy the sunset, that is simply amazing. For demanding shoppers, there is also Prada, Rolex, Cartier, Hublot and many more luxurious brands.

Some of the shops are now open. Please wear a mask.... It's required. At every entrance, you will be required to wipe your shoe soles on the mat, have your temperature checked, and use hand sanitizer. In Gucci, they will provide you with gloves and a mask. This area has a lot of large scale stores and smaller souvenir shops. There are a few restaurants. The average cab fare is 160 pesos each way from most hotels.

Good shopping mall with luxury stores. It's like a shopping mall in the US. There's even Starbucks in it. Pretty safe with armed security guards around. If you're looking for authentic Mexican Bazaar this is not the place though.

Had a meal at Thai restaurant with my wife and 2 close friends for a special occasion and booked one of the over the water bungalows. I don't say this lightly but the experience was world class. The food, setting and service were second to none and would highly recommend. Unfortunately the Dolphin Bar is no longer open but didn't detract from a great evening. The shopping village looked excellent with many designer shops so a visit to both would form an excellent day or early evening

Low key shopping plaza next to the Canopy by Hilton. Was only there for one night. A few restaurants available. Lovely art work, seating and scenery along with a gondola ride on the small canal. Lots of shady spaces too. The larger Plaza I is next door with more upscale shops. I think this plaza is finding its place during COVID but I expect more shops to come. The Cancun Wheel is also here. There is a dancing troupe that performs from 3-9 pm daily with a nice free show. Be sure to tip. Unless you are coming to the Cancun Wheel, you probably wouldn’t/shouldn’t go out of your way. But it’s nice nonetheless. I don’t know how much parking was. It was free for Canopy guests. Note: Wheel Photo taken at the Canopy Rooftop where we were staying. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks

The shopping area is ok (expensive and confusing to navigate... which is common), for tourists the parking situation is terrible. You can only pay in cash pesos or an app that requires a Mexican phone number. We were stuck and the parking person didn't speak English. Luckily we were able to use Google translate and exchange USD for pesos, but this took a long time and was unnecessarily stressful.

This is my second time going here. If you want a break from your resort this is a cool place to go. I mean who doesn't love a good mall. You can catch a movie, go to a wrestling show, buy souvenirs, etc. Easily accessible by bus if you're staying in the hotel zone.

Bring your pocketbook and open it for all of the luxury stores you could ask for plus some shopping you didn’t know you needed. There are many places to shop here and had a little something for everyone. Make sure you stop her if you have time to browse around.

Beautiful shopping mall. With many different stores. Everything in the outside area with rivers and bridges designed. Various food corners and a beautiful view of the lagoon with sunset.

Most greedy and commercial place in hell. In artificiality nothing compared to this one. Only for absolutely ignorant tourists living in caves that love being ripped off by greedy merchants. Looks like a cheap knockoff of Las Vegas and any second grade US village mall together. Hated it. Nothing to do at all with real Mexican ,food, life or hospitality. A disgrace. Starbucks and cheap pleasures around the corner…

This is the place to shop if you’re looking for big brand name shops. It’s also the place to shop for tours, as you will immediately find out when you enter. We we inundated by tour companies bidding for our business. Just be careful as the very best price will require a hard sell seminar to a hotel chain or a similar program. But it will include a free breakfast. Lol

Nice mall, many fun things to do… all shops are brand names but absolutely priced for tourists! I don’t recommend shopping there.. but sky wheel is fun.. Aldo’s ice cream is a must visit place… believe it or not might be fun for a lot of people.. and the aquarium is pretty cool!

Mall is 5 minute from hard rock hotel in Cancun in taxi. Huge many name brand shop as New York. Same price in US dollars. You can get souvenirs better price than at the airport. Or if your hotel has a shop. There are hotels right by the mall I’ll post two that was visible

Beautiful outside mall setting and cool atmosphere but way overpriced across the board. Every store was priced way more than what I would spend in the states. Häagen-Dazs ice cream was $23 for two cones which is ridiculous. Lego was even overpriced. Better off shopping at home.

Loved this place. We'd been at our resort hotel for a few days and wanted to explore the local shopping spots, and this one definitely made the experience worthwhile. It's a very typical, somewhat upmarket shopping mall, with hundreds of retail stores, tourist shops, clothing boutiques, hairdressers, sweet shops and restaurants. It also offers a wide range of adventure experiences, including a Ripleys believe it or not, an aquarium, a ferris wheel and much more. For the adverturous shopper and keen explorer, this is a great stop along the way 👌🙂

A shopping center resembling a small Venice with canals and small bridges. Countless shops for both richer and poorer customers. Everyone should find something for themselves here. Inside there are a few restaurants, Starbucks, a cinema, an ice cream parlor and even a bench to take a nice photo.

Perfectly structured, has everything you need in order to spend a whole day there! Amazing open air shopping mall with lots of green, lakes. Many activities inside, restaurants, bars etc. And last but not least, not that crowded!

Lovely place for a day out. There is also Ripleys believe is or not, aquarium, and dolphin swim. Plenty of places for food and drinks. People selling excursions or promoting shops and restaurants were not pushy or overbearing but in fact very polite and helpful. Taxis are easily accessible and you can hire a golf cart to ride around in just outside the shopping village

La isla is a mall perfect to walk around on a nice sunny day. The mall offers shade, and many places to take a nice picture, you find starbucks, Jonny Rockets, among other places to stop and just chill. It also ofers entertainment like a movie theater, Ripleys museum, the wheel and the acuarium (closes at 5pm) go early to take advantage.

Lovely place to visit while in Cancun , you can get all your designer clothing and a great selection of souvenir shops to choose from . Plenty of places to sit and eat with a lovely area around the docks where you can watch the boats and water sports while taking a break from all that shopping .

Gorgeous shopping mall with set prices and good selection of name brand stores and activities for all ages and price ranges. This mall has the 2nd largest Ferris Wheel in Latin America, and the only aquarium in Cancun! (Prices are extremely reasonable, i think $25 for a pass into the aquarium...) Not here with the kiddos? You can get your hair (and/or beard) braided, stroll hand in hand enjoying the beautiful canals, or just relax with a Starbucks coffee or some tacos y cerveza. The bathrooms are all clean and well maintained, but a few don't have toilet seats which surprises a lot of women...lol! ***Note: the excursion/timeshare vendors are as relentless as any merchant you will find in Mercado 28, and are located all throughout the mall. They are just doing their job, so be prepared and expect some of them to follow you around to get your business. While it can be exhausting, they are harmless and mostly respectful! 🤔 ***Note 2: 99% of them are truly nice, genuinely friendly, speak fluent English and will help you find whatever you need if you ask. (There's always a couple of aggressive ones that will cuss at you in Spanish though ... 😅) This is definitely a great place to stop and find some unique Mexican trinkets or normal American goods - they have whatever you are looking for!

Huge and very clean. If you like being in the outdoor mall, you will love Plaza La Isla . You will find anything. Enjoy and come if you are visiting Cancun Mexico, also there was a lot of security as well. If you want to play there is also a Casino it is new.

Great big and clean shopping center with a lot of varieties. From souvenir shops to high end stores such as Louis Vuitton, Fendi, etc. They have it all. Some of the restaurants also has a nice view of the water. For people who are looking for something to do, there is also an aquarium and a wax museum.

Though the shops are a bit pricy for my budget, this is just a great open air mall to pass the time with family or friends. I feel the 5-star rating is deserved for the ambience and fun activities such as a giant ferris wheel, an aquarium, and a Ripley's just to name a few. Worth the trip!!

Odd mall. Some parts are beautiful and trendy. There is a new section and an old section and a luxury section. There are different maps for each section. Outdoor air mall for the most part. We drove & parked in a ramp for 20 pesos. The ramp took us to one area of the mall, you have to walk around to get to the other parts. We got a deal on some tshirts and other touristy items. My daughter was followed around by a shop attenant who only wanted to hold her items. (i think) Many stores were not open/ boarded up and closed. I'm american & when i asked for directions to the Lego store, she told me 'in the new part.' To find the new part you travel up an escalator, down a long hallway and you end up at the 2nd level of the 'new area.' Bathrooms were clean and modern. In a dark parking area though. Not the place to go for nike/adidas. Higher prices than what you find in US stores. $45 for a simple nike tank top and $100 for a basic nike hoodie. We can get that stuff at home and not have to haul it through the airport. This is a better, cleaner shopping experience for souvenirs than Mercado 28 though. They have food too, but we had food included at the resort. The luxury shops had armed guards along with shop attendants decked out in their luxury garb. We just walked by.

If you're in Quintana Roo then I suggest you take a drive to La Isla. It has many designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dolce Gabbana, Yves St-Laurent, Gucci and many more. You can also claim your 9% tax returns on the spot on the 2nd floor above Gucci. They require that you wear a mask at all times and your temperature will be taken and sanitizer is provided. There's coffee shops, currency exchange and restaurants on the premises.

Great mall, lots of stores with great brands. Prices are no different than the USA so shopping is simply for pleasure as all the brands and pricing are similar to the states so no savings or anything significantly different but a first class showing experience.

(Translated by Google) A very nice and great place to spend the afternoon quietly. It is a place where you can find anything you want to buy in terms of clothing and accessories, since there are stores of all brands. There are also very nice restaurants. It is built in a way that invites you to stroll and walk around the place and inside it seems much bigger than it really is. To highlight the aquarium, with very good prices for what they offer and also in the store you can see the dolphins swimming from a large window, being without a doubt one of the best places, if not the best in the entire square. Of course, it is not a place for all budgets.
