Recently
just
returned
from
Cancun,
I
visited
the
jungle
tour
with
my
best
friend.
Overall
our
instructor
turned
out
to
be
quite
rude
as
he
told
me
to
shut
up,
language
barrier
was
definitely
a
problem.
You
have
two
hours
with
them
but
a
jungle
tour
guy
decided
he
needed
to
go
and
help
a
colleague
of
his
to
pull
out
a
really
big
lady
from
the
water
which
took
them
10
to
15
minutes.
There
was
only
four
people
in
our
group
which
we
was
all
unhappy
with
the
amount
of
time
it
took.
Our
guide
then
told
us
he
would
make
it
up
to
us
by
given
the
time
back
which
he
did
not.
As
I
was
discussing
it
with
him
he
got
frustrated
and
then
told
me
to
shut
up
which
I
then
made
a
complaint
at
the
end
to
his
manager,
I
think
she
was
she
definitely
said
she
was
the
manager
of
that
facility
she
was
wearing
a
pink
top
and
had
curly
hair,
which
other
end
I
found
her
to
be
quiet
manipulating.
Once
I
complained
about
what
happen
I
didn’t
ask
could
I
speak
to
the
boss
or
somebody
quite
higher
up
I
was
not
happy
with
the
abuse
I
received
in
the
middle
of
nowhere
in
the
water
just
me
and
their
instructor.
It’s
been
on
a
whole
week
and
I
haven’t
had
any
email
back.
The
manipulative
manager
did
offer
us
a
free
picture
which
I
wasn’t
interested
in
my
friend
took
the
picture.
Make
sure
you
book
online
for
cheaper
access
as
paying
$85
there
is
100%
not
worth
the
experience.
I
will
give
an
update
if
I
hear
back
from
them.
