Pretty fun place with the ATVs and Zipline. Everything was going well till the end where they tried to get our group to pay over $800 for pictures. We denied because we never asked for this service nor did we come prepared with Enough Cash for this. They began to hassle and get Angry . Finally after we left, we got an email to get it for much cheaper which we said fine we'll buy it. They sent us the files with the folder saved as "MONKEYS photos". We were majority black so obviously this was done with extreme racism undertones. I don't have the energy or I would have friends with thousands of followers expose this. DO BETTER

An awesome tour. You could ride slow or fast. Great sights to see. A beautiful cenote to swim in. A wonderful day trip.

I booked with them and sent a $100 deposit. When they came and picked me up they saw that my sister walks with a “small” limp. at that point the driver took a video of my sister and sent it to the manager of the company. the manager then texted me and said because she has a disability she can’t come. MIND YOU she doesn’t have a disability she walks with a limp! a small limp at that! we were 15 minutes away from my hotel, they said they couldn’t take us back to the room! we had to get off the van and get a taxi back to the hotel! he said it was no refund! all because my sister walks with a limp! we go on vacation every other month and do atvs in every city and country and we have never been denied. this was discrimination! they are not giving us our $100 back. when we were picked up and abandoned and had to find a way back to our hotel! on top of that the driver was soooo rude! i don’t recommend! you would think they would refund us seeing that they didn’t even take us back to our hotel and we didn’t even get to ride the atvs! i’ve never in my life experienced such a horrible encounter! it made my sister feel sooo uncomfortable and hurt!!

The staff is very nice but they would not give us any time to enjoy each activity, it felt very rushed. The driver was late on picking us up and when trying to contact customer service, no answer. The best part of our experience was the tequila tasting, fish tacos and swimming in the cenote. However, they are very shady. They don’t let you keep your phones for ATV and zipline because they want you to pay $20 per person for photos to get airdropped. For zipline, the maximum weight is 2 tons but they do not have the equipment for thick women and would not give a partial refund. The ATV was very short and boring with no views. It was weird that they would not confirm your reservation without an ID even though it was already paid for.

One of the best ATV tours I’ve been to in awhile. I was a little skeptical that this place would disappoint (or be a scam altogether), but I’m glad to say that it was so much fun and worth it, and would totally recommend and do it again! We did the single ATV rider tour, booked through WhatsApp with PayPal deposit to hold the reservation. You meet at the reception area in Zapote Cenote Ecopark. We drove the ATV to the first cenote about 1km away. First cenote was open air had a zip line (optional) where you can drop into the cenote plus a small platform you can jump from into the water. Then we drove the ATV to the next cenote about 6km away and the next cenote was underground in a cave. Recommend having water shoes or flip flops because as you enter the water, the floor is jagged and sharp. Lastly, we drove back towards the reception area again and did the 3rd cenote (open air) which is 250m deep and has 2 platforms you can jump in from (10ft and 30ft). Some notes from our experience - the location is at zapote cenotes park which is about an hour and a half drive from the hotel zone area - they charge 6% fee when paying with credit card - they have free parking - they have ample number of bathrooms - there’s a small shop that sells souvenirs and drinks/snacks (accepts cash & credit cards), including beer - no smoking allowed here - they take photos of you while you’re enjoying the experience, and sell you a photo package at the end (which we didn’t consider, and I read reviews about how expensive the photos were) - you can take photos during the experience except while you’re driving the ATV - pack a backpack with your extra clothes, towel, keep your phone & wallet, bottle water / drinks / snacks, etc - some ATVs have a small trunk to store your stuff - I read a review here that said ATVs were old, but they were actually nice (not beat up) - you can ride ATVs solo rider or shared with 1 other person - they offer lockers to store your stuff - they do a tequila tasting experience at the end of the ATV / cenotes tour, which seemed like it was included or complementary, but it’s actually run by a private company and has an extra cost - staff is friendly , shout out to Francisco & Martin who led our ATV tour - there’s not really any good restaurants around this area so make sure you’ve eaten before coming here or bring snacks - our cell phone service was spotty and we weren’t able to get cellular access when trying to navigate back to our hotel - the reception area has wifi, so you can actually get connected online and load up the GPS directions before you drive back Book this place with confidence! What an amazing time. Hope you can enjoy this too!

Listen hands up the very best experience. The entire system is set up to entertain you and draw you all the way in. Organized and amazing. It was great. I'd come back every year just for the experience ☺️

I have to express my frustration with our excursion. First of all, Cancun atv Tours is not the operator but rather an intermediate that collects the fees and signs you up. Pickup was fine at our hotel and timely, but we had to wait at another hotel for guests for 20 minutes. The confirmation explicitly stated that there would be no waiting. Then, when we get there and they said we have to pay for a small group and the group we would be in without had 95 people. That was an additional $35 per person. And everything costs extra. Can’t bring your phone to take pictures so you’re obligated to purchase their professional ones. The atv rides were short and barely worked while we were on it. We were on for 15 mins when the description said otherwise. We definitely did not get what we requested or was promised. It just seemed very gimicky.

This tour was one the best I've been on. Our tour guide, Andreas, was very good and kept things fun. 10/10 experience. This ATV experience also includes a tequila tasting, authentic tacos(as many as you want) and a private cenote swim.

👍👍 The airport transfer and excursion were the best deals I found online. The drivers were really nice. I felt like I got a lot of really good history information on the Chichen itzá tour . I will definitely go back again.
