What an amazing experience! We loved everything about outing, from beginning to end. The staff and tour guides were funny, courteous, and helpful. The paperwork was simple. The boating instructions were easy to understand (they spoke English and Spanish). The boating was amazing! To the coral reef and back, we boated for about 75 minutes total. The snorkeling was so much fun and it lasted for about 45 minutes. We definitely got our money's worth. We would do it again and we highly recommend.

My husband and I went on the Jungle Tour and had an amazing time. Our guide, Pablo, led us on a captivating boat ride along the Mayan River, filling us in on the local ecology. Once we reached the coral reef, we went snorkeling. The team emphasized the importance of not swimming over the coral to protect it, which we appreciated. Hands down the best jungle tour in the entire Cancun area. I have been to other agencies for the same tour but these guys absolutely blow others out the water. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our guide Jose even took extra time to take a couple loops around the lagoon to have us enjoy the boat ride. The pricing is also very upfront and competitive. We booked through their online website and they tell you outright about the tax ($20 USD) before the check out. There are no other hidden fees which some of agencies take try taking advantage off of new travellers. I would definitely return!

My wife surprised me with this amazing tour! It is absolutely a must ,if you like speedboats and snorkeling. Our guide was Arturo and he helped us, whenever we needed him. All staff members are helpful and friendly. They took us to a coral reef and we got lucky and saw 2 turtles 🐢. Don’t be afraid if you didn’t drive a boat before, it was my first time as well, and if you follow the safety rules nothing can happen. Have fun guys!

Valdo provided an excellent tour. Very fun trip. Both the boating and snorkeling were great. Best snorkeling I have done so far in Cancun. Driving through the mangroves was almost just as fun. Might do the tour again just to get access to the snorkeling spot.

Great tour! You get to see the underwater statues and beautiful fish. Valdo was an awesome driver and snorkel guide.

This adventure was fricking awesome! My wife has rode a boat through mangrove, stunning views. Than we had a snorkeling, which was amazing (I saw a sting fish for the first time). And in the end they showed us photo and video taken by the drone, so we also bought that.

It was our first time of snorkeling. Thrilling and exiting! It’s also a fascinating trip of driving the motorboat by ourselves! They did a nice job of photographing and drone video which was out of our expectation.

Awesome boat tour! Got to drive our own boat for a long time around the water, went swimming, saw iguanas and alligators, everyone who worked here was amazing and super helpful!! 10/10 would do again Arturo was our guide and he did an amazing job showing us around!

This was a fantastic tour. Palbo was our guide and he was awesome. He showed us great areas to view in the ocean, lots of fish and we even saw a stingray! Customer service here was great too. We got some great pics too!

Excellent service. This jungle tour is definitely highlight of my trip. Guide provided excellent attention. Mom and I don’t swim well but he was able to make us feel more confident and comfortable snorkeling!

After couple of dull rainy days in Cancun, ventured out on Barracuda's tour of mangrove forest and snorkel. Driving the boat was lot of fun, staff were very friendly, the facilities were very clean, the activities were done on time. The waters were still rough from the weather pattern that passed Cancun the previous 2 days, so snorkeling wasn't a good experience as I had expected (not Barracuda's fault of course). The reef we saw is too small and not much of an active ecosystem, saw a beautiful school of fish, that's all. I have seen much larger, colorful and beautiful reef in the carribean. But the guide really helped us spend more time driving the boat, showed us a resting crocodile on a broken dock. There was no mention of underwear museum during the tour although it was mentioned in the tour title. May be I should have asked about it then. I totally recommend these guys.

This experience was amazing. Driving the speedboat over the waves is great experience. As a person who can’t swim, I was afraid to get in the water, even with a life jacket on. Valdo our guide helped me have the experience of a lifetime. He gave me personal attention to help me be able to see all the beautiful marine life. I would highly recommend and would go again.

It was a great experience! We booked the Jungle Tour directly on their website. We went with a speed boat through the Mangroves out to Punta Nizuc to snorkel through the underwater museum. It was much fun and our guide was friendly :) Parking is a little bit difficult but we got help from Barracuda people to find a place for our car. Before the tour started we got a spontaneous, professional photoshooting (obviously to buy these nice pictures after the trip). As a special guest we saw a crocodile inside the Marina. Can definitely recommend Barracuda!

My family originally were going to do a jungle cruise with another company but they were already booked and we happen to see the Jungle Tour Barracuda and were so lucky that they took us on the last trip of the day. The crew were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us!! Enjoyed it so much!! ❤️

Voldo was amazing as our tour guide yesterday! He was funny, respectful and so nice. It was our first time out to Cancun and he made that experience the best. We saw so many fish, sea turtles, and much more. I would 10/10 recommend!

Amazing boat ride with Baldo and the snorkeling was so much fun! The boat is sturdy and safe throughout, the equipment is great, and Baldo was an amazing guide!! 10/10 recommend!

My family and I took the jungle tour which included driving our own boat and snorkeling! I didn't snorkel because I wasn't prepared. None the less I enjoyed it tremendously. It was so much fun! When you visit Cancun make sure you do the tour. You won’t regret it! Oh and btw the video from the drone was the best and Valdo was the best!

My friend and I had THE BEST time on this tour. We didn’t realize that we would be driving our own boats but had a great time doing so. Our guide took us around the reefs and showed us a bunch of fish and a sting ray. We saw a little puffer fish and that was my highlight (on top of driving a boat for the first time lol) 10/10 recommend!

The tour was incredible. All the staff and the tour guide were very helpful and knowledgeable. Having never driven a boat before, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The tour through the mangroves out to sea was spectacular and the snorkelling experience was also the first time we had ever done this and it was outstanding. Seeing the coral and the underwater museum was outstanding. Would recommend this tour to anyone, we absolutely loved it, the highlight of our trip. Thank you to all the staff and our tour guide!
