They are amazing until they drop you in the last place for lunch and then you will find out that the "all inclusive" don't include your back to the Puerto Juarez, now imagine it that you are a woman, alone, different country, different language and find out this out from other people who were deceived and not by the captain, who is such a coward that he just leave without giving any information. My city is one of the biggest tourism spots and I've never pass through or heard any situation like that, this is definitely not work with tourism, you should learn more about how to do it, people are trying to have some good times and this is was the worst experience ever.

The tour is ok at best. The tour guides were awesome but since this is a shared tour, all boats were completely over crowded and the boast are in really poor conditions. In the snorkeling portion of the tour they only took us to the “hands” underwater museum which is the closes one to the port (lazy move). The place where they take you to eat is buffet style, the food is mediocre at best and doesn’t include water or drinks. In the past I have done two other tours to isla mujeres and this one is by far the worst experience I have had. I think 4.8 rating is misleading. Good look everyone looking around!

It was great the person on board were exceptional, take us snorkeling, Isla mujeres ,a buffet lunch we expend al.ost 7 hrs.i recommended 😀 👌

We were very disappointed. We booked this as a snorkelling tour and to visit the reef. The only place they stopped to snorkel was playa norte beach. You do not need a tour to visit a beach!! There were no snorkels or fins on the boat anyway. Buffet was not great and we certainly would not have chosen to eat there if it wasnt included. It is a much better idea to take the normal ferry and do your own thing when on the island. You will see and experience a lot more. We really feel we wasted a whole day taking this trip.

It was such a wonderful experience with Mario’s tour, great people, great activities like snorkelling, going to Isla mujeres and you have like one hour to spend on your own time then lunch is included ( choose between buffet or the traditional Isla Mujeres fish) for 500 pesos is worthy! Gracias!!

Well organized. Each activity was well timed. The staff were fun and friendly. The buffet was very good. Excellent value.

Great tour, my family had the best time of their lives. Ricky was such an amazing guide and even with the bad weather he made us have a great time. He knows a lot about the place and even suggested many other things. Communication was overall good since the beginning booking it and getting there.

To start off when we purchased your we weren’t informed drinks were not included.food at the buffet was not good at all. A couple of our group got sick from the stomach. Giovanni our guide was excellent and friendly.

You get what you paid. Very reasonable price but not very organized, buffet is not the best and full of flies everywhere.

Great tour, we had a really good time! but please do something about the food. I would rather pay a little more but have better food. We pretty much went looking somewhere to eat after the tour. Food was one star.

Booked a snorkel tour with them on Isla Mujeres. They were one hour late in picking us up, which had us waiting in the sun for an hour at the harbour. Then they drove out to the snorkel site, but they did not have any snorkels or fins, just a mask. 10mins in the water and they said: "That's it". 10 mins later we were back on the dock. 10mins in the water without a snorkel or fins for $40 is a rip-off. I would not recommend booking a tour with these scammers.

Best tour we did while we were in Cancun. We’ll worth to $30. Would definitely do it again

Island is very beautiful but the service is the worst. There’s a big lack of customer service, they told us to be there at 8:30 but they then have us waiting for almost an 1 hour and half in the sun. Everything is very unorganized and we were so crowded in the boat we just decided to not even finish the tour but get a ferry ride back to Cancun.
