No they don’t the reef was roped off as was your snorkeling area.. you may have a few hundred yards to snorkel which being from Florida was BUNK!! The park offers a VIP SWIMMING AREA.. which the water looked stagnant and cloudy .. filled with little kids. The park offers a ZIPLINE.. which was the most Uneventful zipline in the world! This park was a complete waste of time for my teenage kids the beaches were roped off, too many rules, unable to drink or eat anything and unable to snorkel the reef .. if you have teenage kids.. your better off just heading to the island go shopping and rent a golf cart .. don’t waste your money

Wow, what a beautiful island! We thoroughly enjoyed our day here. Came to Garrafon Park after taking the ferry over and spending time with the dolphins. Really liked the fact it's an all inclusive package. The buffet lunch wasn't amazing but good enough to fill our stomachs. The staff looked after us really well, bringing us numerous glasses of "Mexican Water" :-) A great mix of relaxing in the sun, snorkelling, kayaking, exploring and also paid extra for the zipline which my family said was a lot of fun. If you are in the area I think this is an essential trip!

The setting is nice .We did a half day VIP with food and drinks included. The food is a basic buffet style. The drinks are okay. The problem is so many people. The pools looked very dirty. We decided not to do the pools or jacuzzi, but we felt like they were in serious need of some chemicals. I would highly recommend this spot. Def arrive early to really enjoy every minute you're there.

We purchased the Royal VIP dolphin package. The experience with the dolphins was magical and they appear to be healthy & very well cared for. Would give a solid 5 stars if the photos weren't ridiculously expensive. You are not allowed to have a camera or cell phone with the dolphins, so if you want a picture (and they are high-resolution, professional-grade) it will be $40 USD/each or $220 for all of them; and that's only for the privilege to download them onto your cell. Covid safety: All staff wore masks (even dolphin trainers); you are required to wear a mask when inside buildings, but didn't see many patrons wearing masks outside & social distancing wasn't happening. I guess it was as safe as you could make it for a water park.

Hands down, one the of the best views I have seen in my life. The royal garrafon park was an awesome way to enjoy Isla Mujeres without having to deal with the busy crowds at Playa Norte. Their lunch buffet was really good and not to mention, the open bar ❤️ it was so relaxing looking the spectacular view while just lounging around. They also have different fun activities. We did the kayak and snorkel on the beach.

I only have bad things to say about this park I do not recommend anyone to come here waist of money! Super expensive and the activities offered you don't get to do them horrible experience.

Garrafon is my happy place. People are great, facilities are wonderful. Food could use a little help, but I didn't go for fine dining!

This place is great. A few different things to do, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, relaxing pool, so different options for those who may not like to do a certain activity. Food is included in admission, buffet style. We snorkeled and it was fun, just make sure you stay within the roped in boundaries. You can take a short walk to Punta Sur while visiting here which had some more beautiful views.

We visited the park on Sunday! It was a sunny pleasant day of second week of March! Blue sky with azur color of water! I loved the park and amazing time we spend during our visit! Such a safe, beautiful place to visit! I highly recommend visiting this park if Cancun is your destination!

Garrafon is fun and so beautiful. Many activities in the park to choose from. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island to visit, amazing views all around.
