Went here to watch a bullfight. It was very much geared to American tourists, much like the rest of this city is. In addition to the bullfight, we were treated to a show of traditional Mexican cowboys and dancing women, which was very nice. When the bull came out, it already had some swords in it and a guy on a horse cut it some more before the matador came out. At first the crowd was cheering for him, but by the end, we were all cheering for the bull who by that time could hardly charge any more. I realized why they use a black bull in all of the pictures of bullfights. Ours was light gray and by the end had shed so much blood that it was red. Bulls have gallons of blood, gallons. It was worth seeing just to say that I have seen one, but if I had the opportunity to go back, I won't.

Super nice arena in Cancun, boxing fights international level, great vibe. Must visit on any other event.

Super ghetto but it provides a very authentic atmosphere for what the locals enjoy doing. Friendly and safe had no issues. Prices are cheap if you purchase directly from the website.

There are several restaurants surrounding this establishment. You will have many to choose from. If you want something quiet, something romantic, something lively, a party atmosphere... you name it they've got it.

It's a bullring, so don't go thinking your going to the Madison Square Garden. The place was great and a little bit packed. Security was a bit rude, but they never stepped out of line. I went for a concert and had a blast. 5 stars.

There are lots restaurants in the area and plenty of shopping near by. A lot of bars. Right next to the mall. The convience of everything being so close also means lots of ppl trying to sell you things. Food is more expensive then the surrounding areas as a whole. Beggars and sellers will walk right into restraunts and ask for money. Very English friendly area. Places either speak English of have English menu. If I could I would give 3.5.

The venue is cool as long it doesn't rain, or else you will be running for your life trying to stay dry inside the. venue. But it's a cool experience to go see any even. Overpriced in snacks, but then again what venue isn't. Check out the website to see what events are coming and take advantage of the low price.

Went to the long awaited concert of Leon Arregui. The sound system isn’t great, hardly professional for an amphitheater setting. Considering the importance of the venue, Plaza de Toros must invest in better equipment to be successful.

It's a large indoor bull ring. With restaurants and clubs open 7 days a week. There's concerts, Mexican wrestling, boxing and a annual bull fight, throughout the year. Tickets for all of them are very inexpensive.

Always wanted to see a bullfight so we went and watched one. Never want to see a bullfight again. Apart from the actual bullfights, this is an interesting place to go to see the locals come out and fill the stands. All the traditional bullfight fanfare and music is not too different than what you'd remember from a Bugs Bunny cartoon. The restaurants outside are lively and the Barbacoa place is great for getting your fill of meat-stuffed quesadillas.

It is absolutely worth for a trip. Amazing historical site. You need to bring lots of drinks since the ruin surroundings are so hot. We had an umbrella provided by the tour which helped.

I was sleeping in a hotel close from Plaza de Toros and due to the super loud music all night and every nights it was impossible to sleep. The music is really really loud it's unacceptable, I don't understand why people don't complain and do something about it. It's a lack of respect for people who are staying or living near this place.
