Nice public beach. We went on Sunday minimal seaweed, went on Tuesday total opposite. Beach was clean, white sands & blue water! Purchased beer & recyclable cooler at the 7Eleven. You have the option to rent umbrella near Grand Crystal Lifeguard station.

Pretty cool beach with plenty of space. You can literally walk around for miles and the water and sand are absolutely amazing. You can even do a bit of surfing if the conditions are right. I'd usually just get drinks and food and chill on the beach for hours, it's pretty much what most locals around do. However , don't walk around at night, it gets very dangerous, especially for girls.i wouldn't stay around later than 5 PM.

What a beautiful beach! So many places to sit and chill. You can walk along the water and play in the warm water until you’re heart is full :) They have many public beach umbrellas you can use, and also small ice-cream and mango stores/vendors nearby so please carry cash!

Incredibly dirty beach. All human action - not talking about sargazo. ***SHARDS OF GLASS IN THE SAND*** It makes me so sad to see the state of the beach… so beautiful and so punished by the drunk, irresponsible and horrible tourists that visit it everyday. This has become a hazardous beach and I warn families with young children NOT to visit this area. See the photo attached, I almost stepped into this shard of glass and it is no surprise to me as everyone comes here with beer and other alcoholic bev bottles every single day. They party until they blackout and there is absolutely no control and no respect for the tourists trying to enjoy the beauty of nature and the sea. I really wish Cancun would do something to protect its natural beauty but they care more about the profits that uncontrolled party tourism brings for them. Such a shame! Makes me truly sad.

Very beautiful beach. At was cleaner than most public beaches I've ever gone to but it could still have used a little more attention. I wish there were more snack and drinks vendors on the beach

This is the beach with the party vibes! Music and bass bumping from Mandala and Coco Bongo. White sand that never burns your feet. Beautiful turquoise water. It's a world-class beach, in my opinion!

Nice public beach. It was a little bit crowded but we were there for only a couple hour so didn’t mind. Close by everything and lots of restaurants around

It's easy access, not enough parking before 5 PM. Alot of seaweed at this beach. Theres alot of high end restaurants and clubs. I recomend for couples and adult groups. My kids still had fun, although they had seaweed up their butt. The beach is clean, meaning not trashy so they take care of that. The picture of the alley is next to Coco Bongo.

It is a beautiful beach. Aqua blue water. We watched the sunrise from here. It was phenomenal. So clean and pretty. Haa small rocky structure which makes it more dynamic compared to other beaches on hotel zone. It not just flat. I loved it.

The worst beach I ever been my life, I walked there in direction of playa delfines and a lot of people working in those hotels didn't permit me to exit the beach as there were no any public exit there towards playa delfines I had to move back where I came from. In many of those beach bars I couldn't even order water as I was not guest of their hotels. Horrible people and infrastructure

You must try this beach. It's shallow and the waves are not strong. Also there are no stones. So, very good for families with kids.

Beautiful beach 🏖️ enjoyed the weather the ocean is amazing the colors are so beautiful will be coming back. Also crowded but well worth it. Parking is hard to find but right underneath Hooters if you pay 10 dollars you get parking access for the whole day night clubs are also nearby like coco Bongo and many others nightlife is also amazing. Also very secure as you see military and police actively patrolling the Beaches.

A beautiful beach to go with restaurants and toilets in the mall available, better than beach toilets.

Overrun with people and it was really dirty both from trash and algae. It is still a nice beach, but there are better ones nearby.

Is there a better place on earth. Beautiful water, white sand. Rescuers monitor safety.

Very fun beach with waves for both the big and the young kids, nice and long, if you hate the noise from the clubs just walk a bit north and it gets quieter, busy but not overcrowded

Really enjoyed it, though the sea weed on the beach made swimming not that appealing. I'd go again earlier in the day, as we went quite late and only had a few hours of sunlight. The city was extremely enjoyable to walk around though, with many shops and restaurants available.

I hate to give bad review but we went recently and though color of water is gorgeous, there is so much seaweed it is hard to stand or swim on beach, we had to come back and were disappointed. Hopefully the seaweed season goes away.

Full of Sargassum, glass and plastic. Probably good enough for "I'm on spring break and my dad is paying this vacation" tourists though.

Beautiful beach, calm and clear water due to the geography of it, but be prepared to hear music blasting from the Coco bongo beach party. You essentially get free dj mixes if you come to this beach. There are no umbrellas or chairs to rent here, something to keep in mind. Also, watch for drunks that have a little too much to drink falling over, sometimes their family members are nearby but didn't keep track of them. I encountered less foreigners here, mostly national tourists. I gets packed Saturday and Sunday.

This place was great. Beautiful beach and clean ocean. Plenty of police and military patrolling in case anyone feels unsafe. Mixed crowd of families, singles and couples and friends here. Plenty of options also to jump on a chair and get drinks at some of the most popular bars/clubs.

👍👍 The only public beach in the hotel zone. The beach is beautiful and they have free umbrellas if you find one empty and you can rest. I so love the color of the sea it’s much more nice and astonishing to see in person then in the photos. There is also a CANCUN sign beside the road parking lot people...
