I am Warning you now, Do Not Book Here! This “beach club” is horrible, horrible staff, horrible beach location, the worst atmosphere on the in the area. The event to the right and left totally outshine and out perform that of mandala beach. You purchase a “private” beach package but you are 3 feet away from complete public beach from the front and back, not to mention the staff is absolutely horrible, demanding required minimum tip percentage for the worst service that we’ve experienced ever in Cancun. They take all of your stuff and have these stringent “rules” yet you are on a fully public beach spot, with access to everyone. In conclusion, I feel bad for anyone who gets swindled into this “deal” I would strongly encourage you to stay away.

Just look at all the other reviews and you'll understand why the beach is so disgusting. We spent 2 hours here and didn't stop picking up plastic and garbage from the shore and beach; not just Mandala beach, the public entrance next to it has a lot to do with it but also the hotels next to it too.

We went here on a Friday afternoon. It took a while to pick up but once it picked up it was fun. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were pretty good. I would say the music could have been better but the dancers tried their best to get us all in the mood. I would definitely come back here on another day or time.

I had an absolutely great time here. Perhaps the most fun I've had in recent times. All guests seemed determined to enjoy the party atmosphere spurred on by the amazing staff and dancers. Service was attentive, which meant we didn't have to wait long to get our drinks and food. I'm already looking forward to another visit!

The food is really good, but overall it's an obnoxious place with music that is too loud and not a place to "relax" at the beach. The staff tries to bully for tips, asking you for a tip before you leave. Asking for a tip is always bad form, and especially when the customer has not used all of their credit and you insist on the highest socially accepted (by western standards) amount. I decide what your tip is, do not try to convince me what it should be.

Music was too loud, entry tickets are expensive while you can enjoy the public beach with free entry.

It seems that the employees do the price they want so you kind of feel robbed sometimes - they started by asking us 1250 pesos, and then they closed the deal by 1000. Unfortunately this is the only place in that beach that rent spots. Positive points - the food is good and the prices are fair when compared to hotel bars. Also the service was good. Negative points - don't wait to get rest here as the sound from Mandala pool party mixes with the Coco Bongo Beach party and you feel like you're in the middle of two soundbars.

Super cool and fancy place, its a little bit expensive but its worthy for every dolar, it has nice chairs and beds for your relaxation, nice pools next to the sea so you can choose sweet water from the pool or salted water from the sea, always good music and great service from the bar waiters, its just perfect i love it a lot and i would be back again soon. Highly recommended

Favorite beach club in Cancun! Always great atmosphere, good music, interesting people and a couple of good locations for photos. Also the parties in here are super fun👍

The food is good and the view is spectacular. They have beach beds and a VIP area. What I dislike is that I had to pour out my water out of the bottle I had in my bag. Just to go though the building as we ended up on a public beach anyways. Senseless.

This is a really nice place and concept, I’ve been to other mandala beach clubs before. Unfortunately the staff make it unbearable to enjoy, there are too many people standing around, they try to consistently sell something to you and mention that tip is not included every time they serve something to you. It’s just too much!

High key terrible. If you're looking to have a good time in Cancun, this should be the last place on your list. Go here if you want to pay high prices for terrible service and empty dance floors. The DJ plays the same lazy set every day and it's just bad...

Our group of thirteen (ages 19 - 49) visited the Mandala Beach Club last Friday. We stayed in Riveria Maya for the week and was looking for a nice beach. We happened to come up to this beach club and we were so glad that we did. Antonio Florese took care of us for the day as we relaxed in the cabanas, private hot tub, beautiful pools, and comfortable lounge chairs. We never waited or was in need of anything as long as he was around. The drinks were the best that we had all week! I am hooked on the Strawberry Mojitos from this place. Yes, they were THAT good!! Not to mention the food. We ordered the tray of coconut shrimp and a sampler that had us talking about it two days later. The beach was beautiful and the water was gorgeous. Thank you, Marco for helping us set up this good time. You already have two more bachelor parties planning in the future. We hope to see you guys next time we're in Cancun.

It’s a nice place, probably the best beach club in the Hotel Zone. The DJ comes around 1-2pm and there really isn’t anyone here before that. At the end of the day it’s a party place with extremely loud music. The set started off nice with upbeat lounge/house music but after an hour turned to all hip hop and rap. At extremely loud volumes it gets annoying and isn’t the right vibe.

3 of us got a day bed and a few bottles and had an amazing time. The staff were very catering and security was great. They made us feel like regulars. When we go back we will definitely get a day bed every time we go.

It is a good place to enjoy in the afternoon and also in the evening. It is for partying, not a Beach club for relaxation. The food is very good and the cocktail bar too.

The food and customer service are excellent. Well worth the 1100 pesos $67Usd to get in for the entire day, which goes towards your food.

Super good deal. Prices are straight forward and no surprises. Ours was 60 US dollars per person (not counting kids) which was used as credit to order food with. With the 60 dollars we had access to a couple of nice beach lounge chairs, a large umbrella, table, two story swimming pool, bathrooms and showers. Food quality and portion sizes were excellent. Top notch food services. Food arrived reasonably quickly. You only pay more if you order beyond the credit of 60 US dollars. Would definitely go there again!

Perfect place to hang out on the beach in comfy chairs, get great and friendly service, while still being close to the cool kids. ;-)

It was very crowded and the sea was full of moss along with waves. Not a very good idea to swim and sunbathe.

It was a Friday when we went. The staff were great and very helpful. But it was not that busy. Only 60% of the booths were called for. The music was good. The pool is a good size but since the ocean is seconds away it's really nice. The shisha was not the greatest. Overall experience was good.

金、金、金。 金がすべてのビーチクラブ。 Sea view is quite nice but many seaweed, not perfect. Minimum 1100 pesos p/p we need to spend for food and drinks then we can use sun beds and swimming pool, it’s ok. Foods are not bad, we can eat. The most disappointed thing was the waiter demanded us 20% or 25% service tip. Normally, we can choose 10%, 15% or 20% in Mexico. 10%: not good, 15%: good, 20%: excellent. This beach club’s options are only 20% and 25%. The minimum option is Excellent (20%). What is tip? Tip is money for showing gratitudes to someone who cared me. They don’t understand the meaning of gratitude. Only money, money, money. We can eat one Taco on the street for 20 pesos. 20% tips of this beach club costs 440 pesos. This is crazy sense of money of service. His service was not bad but not excellent. It was worth as much as 15% but no choice. We had longed for coming to Cancún for long time. At the end of such a day when we could come to here from Japan, it was a disgusting day that made me feel human greed.

Easily one of the best places I visited here in Cancun, the view from the club to the beach are amazing - great music, food I didn’t really eat but round after round of frozen daiquiris! Would recommend at least getting a chair, maybe not a bed it’s a bit overpriced.

When you visit Cancun you have to not only hit up Mandala for a little nightlife but during the day on a weekend and find the poolside packed with a great party vibe ! Entry is like $30 loungers/cabanas to rent is $60-250. They have 3 pools and massage tables on site. The best part is that your money is applied to your food & bar table ! I love me some Mexico ! Was up DJ Omar ! See y’all in May !

We tried to go here today, they explained the charges for the beds 1000 peso each that you can use towards a tab. Then said we couldn’t take any bottled water in with us, the wouldn’t allow us to take any medication into the beach club either after searching our bags for ‘safety reasons’. Seemed pretty unreasonable so we didn’t stay.
