False advertising. Used Expedia for booking, Booked 4 nights, nice pictures and amenities. The units that were offered to me and my family are converted storage rooms in to sleeping rooms Located under the tennis courts Full of mold and not a single window. Amenities listed are false, 1. Beach view, none remember no windows 2. Kitchen is shared with 2 other units. 3. Parking is 1st come 1st served by the street. 4. Pool access, sure Pay extra and we will place some bracelets that you must keep the entire stay. Like to go to the pool walk 300 feet to the parking entrance show the guard to allow you in to the community. Walked out and booked another place. Expedia said sorry we can not do anything. I told them to review my pictures and video they there not interested. It is unfortunate that some clients will be forced to stay due to limited funds or time of arrival. I failed to read the other reviews here that gave a 1. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

This motel is located at the beginning of the hotel strip. This is part of the Brisas condos. You are about 3 to 4 miles from the main tourist area. You are ocean side of the Caribbean, torrent waves. Red flag swimming area. Some seaweed in swim area. Not a very friendly staff, you get one towel per person staying in your room. No towels for floor mats, small towels to wash and wipe, no towels for the pool area. The one towel is replaced every two days. No safe to store valuables. The staff will enter your room every day even when told not to. You get one key on the rope to lock your dorm room, that means your partner will not be able to unlock your room unless you leave them key. You have to use the key to lock and unlock your room. Fire safety concern, if you can't unlock the door without a key. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the conversations around you. Security chooses when they want to close the pool, it should be 9 pm. Security choose to kick people out by 8 pm because the pool guy had to add chemicals. Security doesn't let you drink by the pool. Kitchenette is a community area, you have to hand wash your dishes, are the dishes truly sanitized? Spend your money elsewhere, when you rent a room, you want basics, not paper thinwalls, some privacy, daily, clean towels, a way to unlock a door without a key and not to be harrassed at the pool. The owner's response was you saw the pictures on the internet, this what you get. Okay, this what you get with my 2021 July review.

If you want to rent a shoebox under a tennis court this is your place I didn't like I felt claustrophobic and prices o my God so expensive for the dirt hole this boxes are terrible stay away of this!! It's better to rent the apartments that are there not this

Do not stay here! Disgusting customer service. We wanted to change our booking and contacted the hotel a month in advance, they did not get back to us and ended up charging us for changing one nights stay. No flexibility, no communication!

No one should rent these.. ! our room had NO window OR fresh air intake, plastic doors seal any air coming in.- It was a nightmare to try to sleep here. Towels or shower wasn’t drying either and started smelling after couple of hours. Guy at the beach (which is tiny and dirty) refused to give us a beach chair (that’s included in the price). This is not a hotel! Really NOT worth it for $100 /night!

Horrible. No windows. Dark and smells bad.

Hotel room was clean; however, very small. Pictures on booking website were misleading. Looked like a small apartment studio. It was actually more like a dorm room with a tiny bathroom. Air condition worked nice. Only had one key for two people. Door locked with key so was basically locked in if hubby used key. No windows.

Terrible place. Very very low budget place. Room is like a box. No view of anything because there's no windows. Room smells like mildew. Dirty towels & bedding. No place to store your clothes besides some shelves. You have to share a kitchen, utensils & fridge with others staying at hotel. Only nice thing was the beach, but you have to walk across the parking lot to get there. Stayed one night & they were supposed to refund my money for remaining 5 nights i didn't stay there... never got my money back. Terrible customer service. If you don't speak Spanish... good luck communicating. Would never stay here again!
