Even 1 star is too high, waited 30 minutes for the drinks, and one more hour gone the food is not even close to be on the table. Don't waste your time here.

The location is awesome and prices ok for the area, easy access to the beach, but you won’t get much sleep, there was loud music, road noise and I assume drunk guests partying till the morning. The bed was really the worst i have ever slept on. Metal strings pushing between your ribs. And two windows w light from outside that you cannot shut off making the private double room bright till the morning. Also quite some mold around. If you wanna party amd be central it’s an excellent choice, if you wanna get some rest, I do not recommend.

second time in Cancun and Natura hostel does not disappoint. if want to party you'll find party but if just want a calm place in a hectic city this also the place to be at. one block away from the beach, and a couple from all the clubs. the staff will become your family, everyone is nice and outgoing. always up for a drink and dancing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a hostel, so it can be noisy depending on who is in your room. They also play music on the rooftop in the evenings. I brought earplugs and slept fine, but I fall asleep pretty easily. If you’re a light sleeper, you might have trouble. I stayed for a week, and I don’t think you can find anything cheaper in the hotel zone. Very close to the beach, and the restaurant downstairs was good, plus you get 20% off at the restaurant if you’re staying at the hostel. They also provide free breakfast every morning. There are many other restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The rooftop is a great place to hang out! If you’re on a budget, this is a great option!

One of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed at! The bed sheets were dirty, the staff was not helpful at all. When we checked in they mixed up our beds sonde had to move, our back packs got locked in a locker where the key mysteriously disappeared from and we had to wait until morning to get them back. Breakfast was supposedly included from 8-10, but staff was again nowhere to be seen. They tried to charge us double the amount of the dorm room we stayed in!! The restaurant downstairs was nice though.

Stayed here two nights in a private room with a friend and my dog, as it seems to be one of the few places that's pet-friendly. Private room was on the front side of the hostel and as such there was some noise from the traffic, as well as the bar nextdoor that plays music through the night. The airconditioning worked fine. Room was a bit small and simple, especially considering the price of 77 USD or 1400 pesos a night. There also wasn't wifi available in the room, though they gave us the option to change to another room with wifi. For the dog they charged an additional cleaning fee of 25 USD or 450 pesos, which they dropped after the dog behaved calmly and hygienically, which was sure appreciated! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was good and stable inside as well as on the roof terrace. The roof terrace has an open kitchen with some seats and hammocks; ideal to chill despite the noise from traffic and the downstair bar. Breakfast is included and quite simple: eggs with toast and a plain waffle with syrup. There's also coffee. Bathrooms were good. Lots of toilets and showers available and shared. The shower had stable warm water. Location of the hostel is great with the beach two minutes walking away, as well as a nearby supermarket, small shops, clubs etc. All in all a good experience. The hostel was more expensive than I'm used to, but it seemed that most places around here are expensive to Mexican standards. Everything was reliable and enjoyable! Thank you for the nice experience!

Very small private room, smells funny all the time, restaurant and bar downstairs. So if you want to get some sleep "don't stay here". Breakfast takes a while to get organized. For me not the moneys worth.

DISGUSTING ROOMS! Bed sheets smell like feet and are clearly not maintained. Although the rooftop patio is fairly nice, if you plan to sleep at all the beds are so nasty. Any review otherwise is a lie.. you’ll see for yourself. Ew. And no hot water.

If you want to sleep here, it is the wrong place. There is a bar close with a very loud music. Now it is 6am, the music played the whole night. Impossible

Please stay away from this horrible hostel! We paid (2900 MXN or €150) for a private room with bathroom. From the start, we noticed that the staff was rude and didn't care (except for Santiago, he is a cool dude :)). We were horrified woth the room. Stains on the bedlinnen, mattress, towels etc. I even found a piece of old gum on the side of my nightstand. Also dust everywhere, not only in hard to reach places, but also in plain sight. AC also didn't work well and was really gross. There are windows in the room, but you are not able to open them, so the room has a funny smell. At some point we accepted our faith for the next 2 days and tried to sleep. That's near impossible though. Since the bar next to the hostel blasts music until 6 in the morning. It's so loud that it feels like you're actually in the bar itself. We woke up sleep deprived and went to the rooftop for breakfast: eggs from a dirty pan, toasted bread and plain waffles. This was the breakfast every day btw. But you should wash your cutlery before you eat with it, since the drying rack is as disgusting as can be. This is definetly in the top 3 worst hostels that we have ever stayed at! Please, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We arrived at Hostel Nature fairly late. The concierge was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was not what we expected from the pictures. Space was at a premium, there was a faint smell of damp, and no hot water. Despite this, the value for money was good, given the good location. One pet peeve was that air-conditioning is controlled from the front desk, and shut off during the day) and so it was necessary to take a trip to the front desk to adjust room temperature.

Worst hostel experience in my many years of solo traveling. Unhygienic bedsheets, cramped spaces and loud music…. To top it all the staff has no idea what they’re doing. Specially, the front desk Chilean dude( don’t remember his name) but he was basically there to romance with girls that walk into the hostel. He looted $200 pesos, for eating bread, apparently, which I have no recall! Making it one of the most expensive loaf of break I have ever had. If I wasn’t willing to pay, simple, he literally blackmailed not to return my ID, that I gave during check-in.

Fantastic place. It's hard to get a decent vegan or vegetarian meal in Mexico but this place was good. Drinks include things like homemade lemonade and mint/lime water which were incredibly refreshing. Some of the dishes were better than others but the mushroom quesadillas were top notch. Really nice setting, particularly when the traffic was gone in the evening.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location (2minutes from the beach, atm in front, convenience stpre next door. And there is free drinkable water and a nice rooftop. But it is hard to sleep because of the music thar never stop nect door. It is located next to a restaurant/bar that does not close and has the music extremely loud, even at 5 AM. No noise isolation in the hostel so it is like being in the restaurant/bar. Also the staff doesn't really speak to guests and people don't talk to each other, it's not a place to easily meet people.

If you are a solo traveler and you want to socialize with others, then you must choose mayan monkey hostel over this. I think there were just 2-4 people staying here and rest all were volunteers. If you just want a place to sleep and save money then this is perfect. Volunteers are really nice and helpful. Mayan monkey has dj nights , free yoga sessions at the beach, yacht trips to isla (paid) and other group activities which gives you a chance to meet other travelers. Back to Natura: Bunk beds are good, there is an ac and small locker under the bed, limited breakfast was provided. December 2023: Construction is going on which kills the vibe of the place.

Cheap hostel, run locally. Unfortunately the private room is located at the front of the hostel that overlooks the busy kukultan boulevard. Loud noise from the street throughout the night. Room smelled musky and moldy Breakfast was fine, staff helpful

If you are over 6ft tall, you're gonna have difficulty sleeping on your stomach (small bed). There's free breakfast but you have to make it with eggs, bread, jam, butter, coffee, oil and sugar & salt. The beds are fine and you have a private little fan too. Worth the 10$ i paid
