Great mall that has everything from H&M to food. One of those places you feel could be located anywhere. A good visit and most speak english.

Loads of different types of food choices. Furniture,electronics,groceries makeup ,laser hair removal, movie house and gift shops.

Very nice plaza, good options for food and drinks. There are a lot of shops and good prices. The only thing is the washrooms are very smelly and they smell a lot on the close shop areas

This mall is massive and literally has it all! We came in here to do some last minute shopping and I was truly impressed! The mall itself doesn't have air conditioning, which really sucks and that is the reason it is not getting a 5 star review from me! In a place where the weather is always sooo hot that is a must!

Lots of stores and everyone is helpful but there were no places to sit down and relax. It would be nice if they had some massage chairs or just an areas to kind of hang out and relax throughout the mall. Even a bench would be better than nothing. Other than that it was a great mall

OmG this is the biggest mall in Cancun almost, three floors, cinema, food court, olive garden and many restaurants and fast food, Starbucks ect... you'll get lost there, there always shuttle and buses in front , there a Chaudri grocery store in there too

It's a nice shopping mall that looks kind of old from one side, but really new and luxurious on the other. They have a lot of shops and food, and it's great if you either live here or are having a long-term stay for shopping.

Plaza las American is very good for shopping , for all of the people , and clothes and eating and drink

Beautiful place to do your all shopping or just tour. We went here a couple times when we went to Cancun there you can almost find anything and everything you can think about. Its like one huge shop with many different little shops in it of every kind from fasion to food, barbers almost everything. beautiful place to go. Will soon take my family on another trip to cancun. I was in Playa del Carmen and I travelled to Cancún to spend the day. This mall was my first stop and I was not disappointed in the sense that they have a lot of shops and you can spend a lot of time there. I tried some tacos and they were great (unfortunately I forgot the place's name) and I paid USD 4.60! Go to the supermarket to buy some souvenirs. If you wait til you go to the more touristic areas (where the hotels are) you will have to pay more! Btw the hotel area is not as close as you think (if you walk it will definitely take you a while to get there).

This is a large mall area having stores indoor and outdoors. Its very neat and clean. Lots of international branded stores. Women will just love this place!

We took a cab from our resort to this mall which was about 20-30min drive from our resort..it was a mall but the stores had older items in them like it was a second hand mall. We were happy to see some of our favorite restaurants but they tasted way different than back in the states, but all in all it was a good experience and good sight seeing.

Shopping mall is nice, good variety of stores, my low review is for parking ticket payment, few machines, don't take no es bills, require exact change in coins.

Great shopping mall with many American stores, a big food court and also a cinema. We liked it a lot, since you can shop for groceries or get anything else that your heart desires. The choice of many restaurants is great, from traditional Mexican to American fast food. Especially the ice cream rolls caught our attention and they were the perfect treat for afterwards (check out the photo). For many shops you pay a little less than US prices, but at the Chedraui you can expect normal prices when it comes to groceries and much more. The cinema also offers some video games or air hockey, so all in all you will find a lot to do.

Easy access from any where. We took small bus right to curb. Fun stores and everything you ever wanted. Had lunch in food court on second floor. Great day and great experience

Multi-section shopping mall would have been a lot easier to get around if there had been a map anywhere so that visitors could be oriented

Really nice modern shopping experience, with some nice souvenir shops. Plenty of choice for eating. We chose a lovely spot on the dock side , where we watched the boats and people on jet skis. Your view is beautiful.

Definitely a good mall to visit while in Cancun. Lots of food options and interesting stores to check out. Easy way to spend a day in Cancun. Finding a bathroom can be a challenge though outside of the movie theater.

Very Americanized as the name of the plaza tells you the whole story already. Mickey D's and other fast food places. We didn't go in to wander as it's probably just another mall, but it does have everything. The restaurants around the mall have a good selection including Hooters, parking lot plus parking spaces for motorbikes. The traffic does get horrendous around that area and all the construction works doesn't help.

Very nice and big mall alot of stores and restaurants definitely recommend.

Love it but either we can't find it or there is no AC in common areas of the apartment just the bedrooms. Could just be us. 😂 Still 5 stars location is perfect & it's clean & setup is great!!

Just recently went there to the movies and it is just like before. It's not the best mall around here but I guess it gets the job done if they have something you want there. Parking is never bad, specially the front ones. But overall it definitely doesn't look as nice as Puerto Cancun mall

Beautiful Mall in Cancun. Recommend. It's also very close to the laguna. So after you have enjoyed the mall, ask for the directions to reach the laguna. It's a beautiful view. Time to relax

Shopping mall in downtown Cancún. Good selection of stores, restaurants and a very varied food court. Good place to avoid the humidity of the day.

Just falling in love here during my travels. Falling in love with the area. Lot's to do and beyond cheap in comparison to other vacation destinations. I will consider an extended stay while I give back to humanity.

Always crowded, cinema inside the mall, food court with good restaurant options. Handicap accessibility. Hard to find parking space near the main entrances.

Confusing layout, no map with all shops. But nice selection of shops. I only gave 2 stars because the Center has to do something against the Taxi-Mafia in front of their Mall. We paid 50 peso to get from our place to the mall. But the guy that commands the taxis wanted 250 peso from us! Complete rip off.

You have a great array of options here, both to do some shopping and to eat some good local and international food. Exactly what you could expect.

What a fun mall! There is a good mix of chain staples that will be familiar to Americans and homegrown businesses that are based in Mexico. Shop employees were friendly and generally spoke English. There were some really great deals, and most places accepted our skymiles card. It was about a 25 minute walk from a bus stop along the line that goes to and from the hotel zone.

It was a huge mall, It felt like we did not leave America, a lot of clothing brand name stores, also Walmart, olive garden, chilis, Starbucks

My favourite mall because it has so many good shops in one place, internationals like H&M plus a big Chedraui, Liverpool, sears and more

The mall was right across the street from our hotel I'm glad we came here there's a lot of food to choose from in the eatery and a lot of cool stores and we really enjoyed the movie theater.

Big beautiful and diverse. Very clean, busy and well decorated for Christmas. This mall has it all, including inexpensive underground parking. I'd definitely recommend you check this place out.

We absolutely love going to Plaza mas America's!! Absolutely have fun shopping at vertiche, going to a movie, eating in the food court, or just walking around and people watching!! Lots of great stores!!
