Worst LV shopping experience ever. They force you to choose, buy, and decide what you want ASAP. Worse service than the Mexican market seller. They really made me uncomfortable.

Every time we come to Cancun we visit LV. Their customer service is top notch. Our associate was, Gener, he is very attentive and took his time showing us all the pieces we wanted to see. We highly recommend you ask for him. A lot of pieces are sold out in the US and grateful the Cancun store has a great selection of pieces you cannot get in the US. We can’t wait to come back in November!

Not perfect service! I bought shoes there after wearing few times they broke they told me to come Back after a week so they could investigate but was then told the system was down I had traveled from Mexico City to Cancun but the assistant was not concerned, I have three pairs of Louis Vuitton shoes that I have bought in Europe and have never had a problem, my concern now is this shop is selling over priced fake goods to tourists as they feel they can get away with it be aware people Louis Vuitton las isla Cancun

Christina M is an angel. Because of her every time I’m in Cancun I stop at LV and buy a bag. She’s not only my client advisor but she has become a friend. Her customer experience is like no other and yes some of her coworkers should learn how to treat customers even if they aren’t dressed to impressed because I do spend tons of $$$$ there.

The worst representation of Vuitton on the planet, set up for robbing tourisms. Let’s discuss: - the store has no phone. A number is listed, they admit it’s not real. Had an issue and had to spend hours texting Latin America corporate office - they don’t mention they don’t ship internationally. So while the website does, the store “cannot”. So if you buy someone and want, say, a monogram, you have to travel back to Cancun to get it. And you can’t call to check as they have no phone. - they asked for my bank account information for a repair. A salesperson, with their personal what’sapp #. Hmmm. No thanks happy to wire or pay card. - the tackiest selection. Net net NOOOOO.

The staff is very rude. In Mexico City, specifically in Artz Pedregal, people are extremely friendly, 100% pet friendly. In this place they do not let you enter except with your pet in your arms, even when my pet wore a collar and leash from the brand. Of course, it is not the brand, it is the zero trained staff of this branch.

Me and my husband recently had the chance to come to this store where we were greeted with nothing but kindness and knowledge. Jimena was amazing to work with, she was not pushy and she knew a lot about the bags and helped me pick out the right one when I could not decide. We came back a couple of days later and were ecstatic that we were able to work with her again to pick up some gifts and accessories. Her patience and smile made this a wonderful experience and we will be visiting this store again when we return to Mexico. Thank you Jimena and LV Cancún!

Nice location The store is very clean and very secure. The doors are locked and you have to be let into the store by a personal LV store representative.

So we decided to come here even after the bad reviews and give it a shot, once we arrive we where greeted by a guy... turns out he just started working at LV. He was the most attentive, kind, and positive person I have encountered at a high end store. He did not bug or try to make me buy items I did not want. Overall the store is great with great selection!

Really nice store and very helpful staff

Staff very friendly and nothing was a problem. Cost is dearer than the UK LV but a good range of clothing, belts and bags.

If you’re going to request your customers to wear a mask then at the very least you should be providing them, especially when the average customer spends thousands of dollars in your store.

Nice staff, but they don’t have the handbag I wanted to buy. Also more pricy than in Canada so I end up shopping in Toronto Holtrenfrew

We visited the store on Feb 7, 2022. The sales staff was very nice. They didn’t have the exact bag I was looking for, but the SA showed me the bag in a different material so I could check out the size, etc. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in Cancun and an LV fan.

Went here in July of 2021. I bought this bag for my spouse. Went today to get her name engraved in it at a LV store here in atlanta GA and they said the bag was fake. Be careful buying from them!!!!!

I had a terrible experience. When trying to purchase a bag I made the mistake to use a debit card instead of credit card. When swiping the card the person assisting me said it didn’t go through. Called my bank and they said that they approved the purchase and there were no issues and recommended me not to swipe again. Spoke with manager who repeated himself the whole time saying it didn’t go through that it’s my banks fault. Never apologized and showed no empathy. I was beyond upset. I left without the purse and they charge my card $1,900. Update:this store is still denying in having the payment and they do not want to assist me whatsoever. I honestly feel like this is something they do to tourists and I probably haven’t been the first person to be scammed by them. Beware!!!
