Like what everyone else is saying, I have the same problem. I shipped a very important package as an overnight delivery on the 18th of April and as of today it never got to me in Playa Del Carmen. I am now back in the USA requested a return back to the USA and it's still in this Cancun location. All the FedEx people who I spoke with throughout the country and the USA are very helpful, but they can't do anything about this location. This location should have been shut down by FedEx a long time ago. Shame on FedEx that they keep this place open.

This Shipping Center is good and it is located in Plaza Real Kabah. It consider the parking spots too small, but if you want you can park on the roofed parking area, you walk a little bit more but it is OK. If you are in a rush to ship something, this is a good option.

Horrible! Never have system after 6pm should change the time service time to just mornings. Disgusting, tried two times on the week and both system wasn't working to send

There's little to say: they are as efficient as possible under both pandemic rules and inefficient customers. And they loaned me a dolly to deal with a very heavy thing I ordered.

The place is kinda small. Only allow 3 at a time. Good service as usual.

The attention needs improvement. Regularly open at different times than those indicated on their websites

Completely overdelayed delivery. The package is for a week in town and they dont manage to deliver. The customer service is not helpful either. Already had a couple of calls with them and nothing, the report I made also didnt help. Surprisingly bad service for a global company.

If you can avoid it! Could not be worst! Do you want something expedited? They will take your money, but it will for sure take longer than regular mail and there won’t be anybody to give an update on your package. Worst service. Avoid at all costs. unreliable! Waste of money and time
