Horrible and completely unprofessional experience trying to book a reservation here for my birthday. We called several days ahead of time to get a reservation and we were informed that they only take same day reservations and to call at 3pm the day of. We called at 2:58pm on August 27th, my birthday, and we were told to arrive in person at 4pm to make a reservation for the evening. We arrived at 4pm and no one was there, and the hotel itself told us that we had to have called before 3pm in order to get a reservation? The hotel staff then notified us that they had already been fully booked for the night and furthermore they don't take reservations for the restaurant from guests not staying at this hotel. No matter how good the food is, being treated like this is not worth it, especially when the system they have in place for eating there is actively hostile towards potential people wanting to give them business.

It was a really nice experience, with really high quality Food. I felt like I'm in the center of the attention, always. All dishes started with spectacular serving wich gives a nice look of the meal, and finished in an extreamly good taste. The down side that you need to make reservation in the same day, and have to be there 30 min. before reservation starts at 16:00. BUT this worth it.

Amazing service when at oasis/ pryamid hotel cancun its a must place to eat.If you are in si'an kann class all- inclusive room the restuarant is included free.In the states this class of restuarant easily over 100 a meal..

Best restaurant at the Oasis Pyramid!! Daniel happened to be our server all 3 times we visited. He was very attentive and did a great job. There was incredible team work. The food was some of the most amazing food I've ever had. Highly highly recommend!!

Horrible experience with booking a reservation. I hope it was easier I planned to take my boyfriend here for his birthday all week. Poor management

The food and the entire experience were absolutely wonderful! This was the food highlight of our trip to the Grand Oasis Palm. We did have to wait in line for 45 minutes, and another time missed getting a seat after waiting in line for 60 minutes. But each of the dishes were exquisite.

Food was extremely delicious and the service was excellent. Perfect place to have a fine dining experience inside Grand Oasis Resort. Must go and well recommend 👍🥂

Fantastic food and service. Try the grilled octopus. They are very strict about their dress code.

This place exceeded my expectations, it was amazing , the bread and seafood was one of the best I’ve tried , the steak has to be one of my favorite tasting steaks of all time . The service was amazing . The atmosphere of the restaurant was very elegant , luxurious and beautiful. I would 100% go and experience this.

Grand Oasis palm.... 45 minutes waiting in the queue from 15.15 on the day you expected great things. As part of the guest stay adult only reservation Table booked for 20.30. Various courses available to a limited menu with a couple of items not available. Starter was wonderful then went down hill from there... Lamb ribs, two cutlets size of golf balls prepared left under the lamps until we were ready and came out warm only then to be covered in molè sauce which completely overpowered the meat. After eating the lamb covered in sauces we was ask for our feedback straight away I said it could be better and they was surprised... I also ask for the lamb rib again, neither dishes came with vegetables or offered but was a lot better the second time as it didn't need to wait to be served. Desserts looked wonderful tasted ok.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in my life! For an appetizer, you must try the steak tacos. Best I have ever eaten! I got the filete as my main course and the steak was so tender it melted in your mouth! The wait staff is also amazing. Very funny and nice! The ring leader, Gabriel, is hilarious! The service is amazing, they are there at the exact moment you need something, it was like Raul could read our minds when we needed another beverage! We didn't have to ask for anything! This is the best place to eat in Cancun! If you are celebrating something special, this is the place to go!

Birthday Dinner You are NOT going to want to skip this place. Staff, service, food, atmosphere, everything was a 20 out of 10. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff for making my birthday so special and being just SO nice. Muchos Gracias! I can't wait to be back. I also highly reccomend the seared tuna chefs special and the brie and berry salad! AMAZING! Gracias!

Gourmet seafood & grill. Definitely gourmet - a beautiful looking restaurant, attentive personable service with gorgeous, looking tasty meal. One of the nicest restaurants on site, yet not as busy as many of the others. Definitely worth checking out while at the Sens. Note - no children allowed

Just be warned, they will not sit you in dress shorts. But jeans with boots is fine. The dress code is a bit bizarre, the only real rule is that men wear long pants which unfortunately we did not pack for a beach vacation. They did sit us in golf attire but made quite the fuss about my husband’s attire being unacceptable. He is a surgeon and knows how to dress but could only work with what was in the suitcase on a beachy vacation. Food was very nice though. I’m glad we succeed in convincing them to serve riff raff like us after all.
