Okay…So
if
you
are
looking
for
an
honest
review
you
will
find
that
here!
I
stayed
at
Golden
Parnassus
from
1/5-1/9.
I
booked
this
stay
weeks
ago.
I
was
super
excited
when
I
arrived
to
find
out
my
reservation
was
cancelled.
The
girl
at
the
front
desk
was
super
rude
and
did
not
know
much
about
anything.
I
asked
can
I
just
rebook
with
her
because
every
other
hotel
did
not
have
the
dates.
Instead
of
booking,
she
sent
me
to
the
website
where
she
helped
guild
me
to
the
room
that
was
available
in
her
system.
After
paying
them
$2,300
she
told
me
i
had
to
wait
for
the
reservation
to
clear.
I
did
so
but
when
it
took
extremely
long
I
went
back
to
check
it
out
where
I
was
told
I
had
to
pay
an
additional
$324.
I
did
so
to
get
us
to
our
room
because
at
this
point
they
ruined
the
entire
first
day
of
our
vacation.
Long
story
short
on
1/8
i
was
contacted
by
priceline
where
I
originally
book
who
told
me
they
confirmed
with
the
hotel
that
I
still
had
a
reservation
and
had
no
idea
why
the
hotel
charged
me.
When
I
went
to
the
agent
she
proceeded
to
act
like
she
had
nooo
idea
what
I
was
talking
about
and
that
I
never
created
a
NEW
reservation
with
them
on
1/5
with
her
directly!!
It
was
the
same
agent
that
helped
me
whenI
arrived!
Now
regarding
the
resort
itself.
The
room
is
dated
and
because
it
was
windy
and
we
were
on
the
top
floor
there
was
a
vent
in
the
ceiling
that
made
noise
all
night.
We
stayed
in
a
club
ocean
view
suite.
The
jacuzzi
was
useless
because
it
was
dirty
when
turned
on.
The
bathroom
came
with
a
tiny
bar
soap
and
the
towels
and
rags
were
all
stained.
Our
bedding
was
stained
as
well
even
after
being
changed.
We
had
to
go
out
and
buy
our
own
everything.
The
best
thing
about
this
room
was
the
view
of
the
pool
and
ocean
which
was
breath
taking.
All
restaurants
close
at
10:30
PM
but
you
do
have
access
to
late
night
snacks
for
room
service
which
can
take
45
minutes
which
is
expected.
Old
barn
is
open
on
specific
days.
They
have
free
breakfast
in
the
morning
you
can
go
down
and
get
or
fill
it
out
for
room
service.
They
run
out
of
beach
towels
often
so
keep
that
in
mind.
The
drinks
are
watered
down
so
you
will
need
a
lot
to
feel
anything.
There’s
really
no
night
time
entertainment
and
the
only
thing
that
could
be
ok
is
the
tiki
bar
and
sixties
to
play
pool.
The
food
wasn't
really
too
good.
We
had
salmon
most
times
and
chicken
and
rice
and
maybe
a
salad
here
and
there
because
everything
else
was
bland.
The
customer
service
from
bartenders
and
room
service
plus
the
taxi
men
were
amazing
and
made
this
terrible
experience
a
little
better.
The
elevator
was
old
and
I
thought
it
would
break
down
every
time
we
were
in
it.
A
max
of
3
people
could
fit
on.
There
were
leaks
all
through
the
building
and
the
ceiling
fell
apart
in
the
6th
floor
where
we
were
located!
I
would
not
recommend
but
if
you
decide
to
stay
here
I
would
advise
bringing
your
own
towels,
rags,
bedding,
soap
and
conditioner.
Also
tip
in
USD.
This
resort
was
such
a
horrible
experience
for
the
price
that
I
paid
that
I
wish
I
had
just
went
to
an
airbnb
instead.
Ruined
my
entire
trip.
