My
wife
surprised
me
with
an
anniversary
getaway
in
September.
She
told
me
about
the
hotel
and
its
advertised
amenities
and
the
great
reviews.
When
we
arrived
we
were
very
pleased
to
discover
all
of
it
was
true!
Our
room
(jr.
suite)
was
fantastic.
The
ocean
views
were
incredible
and
unfortunately
all
our
pictures
do
not
do
the
colors
of
blue
their
justice.
All
of
the
hotel
employees
are
friendly,
approachable
and
ready
to
help
in
any
way.
Their
English
was
way
better
than
our
Spanish.
The
bed
was
extremely
comfortable
and
the
air
conditioning
worked
wonderfully.
(Outside
Temperature
+-88
F,
humidity
+-75).
All
inclusive
resort
sounds
too
good
to
be
true
and
often
is
with
poor
food
choices
and
weak
drinks.
Here
the
variety
of
dining
options
was
impressive.
I
will
be
truthful
and
found
the
buffet
to
be
my
least
favorite
of
the
dining
choices.
The
service,
cleanliness
and
organization
of
the
buffet
was
top
notch
but
some
of
the
main
dishes
were
just
so
so.
But,
as
there
were
many
other
choices
we
always
found
a
satisfying
meal.
The
coffee
cafe'
was
a
hit
with
good
cappuccinos,
fresh
tasty
desserts
and
brioche
sandwiches.
Both
dinner
houses
were
wonderful
experiences,
no
crowds,
amazing
views,
and
fresh
delicious
food.
There
is
a
swim
up
bar
always
hopping
but
the
bartenders
are
quick
and
I
never
had
to
wait
for
a
drink.
The
beach
was
the
reason
we
came
and
that's
where
we
parked.
The
service
to
our
shaded
chairs
was
friendly
and
quick
too.
Nothing
like
sipping
a
mango
margarita
and
staring
at
the
turquoise
ocean
and
feeling
like
you
are
the
only
people
there.
There
are
tours
and
activities
available
but
we
chose
to
stay
put.
My
wife
and
I
were
very
impressed
with
how
many
people
were
working
at
the
resort
and
seeming
to
enjoy
what
they
are
doing.
It
was
a
pleasant
change
form
all
the
businesses
in
Southern
California
running
on
skeleton
crews
and
dropping
the
ball
on
customer
service
and
cleanliness.
