The services are really bad. The bus rhay takes you from the airport to the hotel never showed up, after waiting 1hour, after a 10 hour flight, i decided to pay an extra taxi, as no one answered either the reception or the email in the hotel. Once i got there, i wanted something to eat, but by that time, the hotel cousin was closed already. I decided to try and chill out on the rooftop bar, but there was nothing there, just some ruins of a swimming pool. I then asked about the transportation to the airport the next day, and they charged a taxi for 30$USD (and it wasn't even a private taxi). In the morning I had breakfast but it was really really poor. Just had some eggs. Overall, I do not recommend it, and if you are looking for a place to stay one night to catch a plane the next day, I would go to any where else.

One of the worst hotel experiences that I've had in my life: the hotel staff doesn't care at all about the customers. We booked a night and a breakfast included. The "breakfast" was a TABLESPOON of scrambled eggs and a tablespoon of beans. It's not a joke! This is the full portion provided for each guest and you are NOT allowed to ask for more (we did ask but they seriously refused to give more than that!). From this perspective, be prepared to have no breakfast. The second thing was the elevator which was broken down when we arrived but they refused to help with the luggage in any way (or at least offer a little bit of empathy). Plus even though it is an airport hotel, you need a not so cheap taxi to get there. If I knew all this before, I would definitely NOT book this hotel. I hope it helps other people to make the right decision.

Catfished hotel- pictures used are not the same when you are inside hotel. It's very closed to airport which we only spent 1 night due to a canceled flight. I'm not gonna lie I was scared to stay here. I used the shuttle from hotel to airport- got a charge of 25 dlls which was better than riding in a taxi.

As others have posted the airport shuttle is non-existent. Should have read the reviews before booking. Constantly having to haggle even for getting towels. Allegedly there is some area ordinance that “explains” why they can’t use the shuttle.

Room was ok but there is definitely not a free airport shuttle as advertised which was my main reason for booking this hotel in the first place. 100% false advertising on the Google page. Also the TV didn't work.

I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was included but worst. The tranfer company in the hotel they literally robbed us 600 pesos to the airport. Cause they said we have luggage. It’s should be a common sense people booking the hotel just for transfers they will have luggage. Not at all recommended.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. The inn is right off the highway in an industrial area, no security at all, anyone can just walk right off the street and get complete access to the building. I got there after midnight and there was no one at reception. I kept saying “Hellooo” for about 5 minutes, then you see this man taking his sweet time walking from the back. The room is horrible, stains on the blinds, stains on the linens and the towels are more brown than white 🤮 pieces of the wall broken out, it was an awful experience. The evaluator has no light also… Used the toilet once and it wouldn’t flush, went to the lobby to make them aware and the receptionist gave us a plunger…. YES! He gave us a plunger!! I didn’t even use there shower because of how afraid I was that something would go wrong…. The room phone didn’t work so we tried to ask receptionist for a call to get a taxi from the company we used from the airport, the guy literally said he wouldn’t give us a call because they provide taxi service! Yeah they said that. Then they tried to convince us that Uber is not always legit so we should not do Uber and take their taxi cab.. Thank God it was only one night! NEVER AGAIN!!

Staff is very nice but breakfast is horrible. The phone in the room doesn't work, the lock in the doors do not work. It's close to the airport but you still have to pay $30 for a 6mn ride. There is def a lot of improvements to be done.

Where to start…. - Faucet poured every where but the sink. - We had 3 total lights in the room. 1 bulb was shattered and another bulb was missing. - Shower sucks. - They say ubers are illegal and charged $96 one way for a taxi to town. - Dirty walls. - No soap or shampoo.

We chose this hotel only for sleepover as we landed at the airport in the evening so we wanted to have rest as soon as possible before start of our vacation. The hotel “offers” free shuttle from the airport. After we booked our night, the hotel sent us automatic message with whatsapp and e-mail contact where we can send our arrival details for shuttle. I contacted them on whatsapp, e-mail and booking, no response from them. After landing in Cancun I called them telling them where exactly we are waiting for the shuttle and they said the shuttle will be there in approx 20 min. After 1 hour of waiting, two more calls to the hotel and them saying the driver should be arriving now and us telling them again and again where exactly we are waiting, the hotel stopped answering the phone and was unreachable. After 1,5 hours of waiting in front of the airport, we had to pay 60 usd for taxi, naively thinking they will refund us that amount. Well, don’t be naive like us. When we arrived to the hotel, the shuttle driver was waiting for us, arogantly smiling with pictures ready in his phone to show us, that he was waiting for us, but we were standing on the wrong place and that the lobby told us where to wait for him. He knew we will be fuming and I guess they do this on a daily basis, he was showing me some pictures from the airport which could be old pictures, not from that day. He was laughing in our faces with such an arrogant attitude. unfortunately he was the only one speaking english at that point. Of course they didn’t refund us the money for the taxi nor agreed to drop us at the airport the next day for free (as we had a car rental in the morning, so we had to get back to the airport). The room was okay for one night after long journey, but there was a lot of noise coming from the corridor. Breakfast was a simple joke. The next morning during check out, I spoke to another receptionists, who spoke english. He apologized to me and gave me a mobile contact of the hotel manager. Turned out, it is the same number I was supposed to send my arrival details to. It’s been 2 weeks since this happened and I still cannot forget about that shuttle driver and his arrogance and non serious behaving at all. It was our first night in Mexico and he made a very “nice” welcome to their country.. So I definitely don’t recommend this hotel, be aware of it and book something else, this joke is not really worth your money. We thought we just gonna have one night of rest before we start our Mexican adventure, we have read the reviews, but were thinking its okay for one night.. well not even one minute! Just don’t if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

Booked only for 1 night as our flight arrived late. Besides being close to the airport that would be the only poaitive if any. Construction around hotel makes it hard to get to...immediately noticed roaches outside hotel. Upon arrival (had Booked months before). We were told there was NO hot water. We agreed to stay We had no choice. In room toilet didn't properly flush. There were previous people dirty socks in restroom. Overall it was a horrible stay. We said NEVER again.

Be careful. This hotel is a desperate tourist trap. If you arrive at the hotel without a reservation, they will try to rip you off. They will ask for a lot more money for the room than it actually costs and if you pay cash they will take your money for themselves. When you ask for the invoice, you find obstacles to get it delivered to you, they do it after much insistence, and when you review the invoice, it does not reflect the amount you paid. They rob the tourist and they rob the hotel owners. Then you want a Taxi and one of the people who apparently works there tells you that he can get the taxi to the hotel zone for 50 Dollars. Unfortunately, many Mexicans will try to scam you constantly and in all places. I was only there for two days, a forced vacation because my flight was cancelled. A lot of scam in Cancun, and that makes it lose its beauty. Particularly I will never return.

This hotel is close to the airport but is in an awkward location for Uber pick-ups. The cost changed upon arrival. The rooms are not nice, in my opinion. The mattresses were stained. I only reserved a room for the night before I left and I couldn't wait to leave. Low water pressure which caused the toilet to stop up. I would not recommend this location.

Do not stay here! We discovered bed bugs in our first room (luckily before touching the bed), the second room was bug free but had a cockroach. After traveling for 25 hours, didn’t have the energy to find a different hotel. The beds are comfortable, I didn’t have a sound sleep though with all the bugs in mind. Shuttle service not available as promised on the website. Only one person of the staff spoke English. At least they immediately gave us a new room and were nice about it. Glad to only stay one night and never coming back to this place! It is an inn but definitely no comfort

This was a budget, friendly hotel for a one night stay after a late, arriving flight and hitting the road early the next morning. It was clean enough, but worn. Breakfast was included, which is nice, but not much selection. Wouldn’t recommend for any extended stay as the location isn’t great and there’s not a pool.

No any place to eat after 5 pm. You have to take taxi (500 pesos one way) to get dinner. No bus stops or shuttle. Restaurant at hotel is very expensive and poor. I ordered salad with chicken - 250 pesos, very expensive for Mexico. I hardly could find chicken in it. Waiter charged 15% tips that is illegal in Mexico. When I said service was not good and I will not pay tips, they called manager who said tips are mandatory and we have to pay additionally 10% tax. So all together 25% addition to receipt. It was the first restaurant in Mexico which charged tax! My husband agreed to pay 15% tips! Our breakfast was included in the price of hotel. Our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast is served from 7 AM. When I asked waiter to prepare some breakfast bags he said he should ask at hotel office. It was before dinner. However after the dinner waiter said no breakfast bags could be prepared. I asked hotel receptionist about outrageous fees and service and get answer hotel is not responsible for restaurant. Comfort Inn location is very inconvenient. No public transport is near by. You have to reserve shuttle from Cancun airport to hotel at least 24 hours in advance. You have to order taxi - 500 pesos or to walk 1.6 miles along highway to get to CUN airport. Room 215 was quiet. Had 2 bottles of water and coffee machine but no coffee bags… Free parking is available. Young man at reception was upset when I asked to give me coffee bag. I certainly Do NOT recommend this hotel.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed.

Should have read the revews before booking here.. It is indeed all a scam, no internet in the rooms, no TV and an extremely rude employee at the front desk, they truly don’t care about you. If you are desperate though, book online through a mexican website, we saved 1000 pesos.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed. One one person who at the recepción desk and had to take care of everything, so he was never around. No light in the elevador, no security at all. Anyone can walk in and access the rooms. I spent more than 10 minutes trying to find somebody at reception. It was empty of staff. No toilet paper in the bathroom . Lousy towels. Dirty Windows. No coffee. Don't go there

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. I made a reservation almost 2 weeks before the day we had to come and immediately contacted hotel because of our transfer. Nobody replied to my message. Probably two days after our reservation was made I got automatic message that I have to send an e-mail to the reception, what I did, however I did not expected that the transfer will be just from the AirPort but to the AirPort as well - that is what the automatic says. I should not forget that the promised transfer is available just till 9pm which is not mentioned before you make the reservation. Few minutes after I sent the e-mail I got automatic e-mail from Google that the dropbox of the recipient is full. I decided to contact the hotel via Booking.com again but nobody replied - surprise surprise. Then I decided to contact Booking.com - did not help me either because hotel did not reply to Booking.com either. Summary since the day I made a reservation to the arrival: -Impossible to reach the hotel -False information about transfer -Missing information about possible time when you can use the transfer We had to have transfer included. Instead we paid $27 per each transfer = + $54. Must say that we booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and transfer was included! At the end we spent $80 + $54 = 134$ for horrible hotel without any interest from the hotel’s side! When we got to the hotel nobody apologized for our troubles, no one cared. Our room had shared door with room next to us where we heard EVERYTHING! We came around 10pm, had to wake up before 4am and expected calm. Instead of calm we got noise. Also in 4* hotel I do not expect dirty bathroom (attached). And cherry on a cake - when we came to the hotel they promised to arrange a taxi for 4am next morning but when we got to the reception no one was there so they let us walk to the AirPort.

The shuttle came for us 50 minutes after we called them and it was a 5 minute ride to the hotel. The hotel is very basic in a very industrial area with next to nothing nearby within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable but really nothing to write home about at all
