I went here on vacation with friends. I personally loved it. The overall experience was completely satisfactory. Your room provides basically everything for you to live comfortably for days. The place has a very rustic finish, might look old to some, but for amazing pricing and view, you can't complain. It's great. Some things were off; elevator failures and TV screen issues, but I would recommend and would for sure come back.

First off, no wifi you must pay for it ( if you can even find someone who knows how to do their job to take your payment) Second there is a 13yr at reception who couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone wasn’t able to resolve any of my questions and told me to leave. The restaurant was the worst, as rude as they can be I had to leave in the middle of eating because of their attitude towards my mother, they had no sympathy or patience of seniors. Only positive thing was the location (which is the bare minimum). If you like getting treated worst then trash and throwing away money this place is for you.

well, if u want to do worry-free eat, play, lay on beach, this might not be your best choice. try some all inclusive (expensive) options. but we found this place quite nice and fitting our need. Good: spcious room; low price option with pretty good beach; staffs are friendly; not so good: need to buy your own food but it is ok.

Very rude workers and Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was locked out of my room over night until 11a the next day because of a malfunction with the door key. I Wanted to end my stay early do to the poor quality of the property ( being locked out, no WiFi , uncomfortable bedding, terrible experience overall) and they held my passport hostage so I could not go to another hotel. I had to call the policeman. When I was given back my passport so I can leave they refused to refund me for the nights I didn’t stay. So, I was charged for 5 nights when I only stayed 2 with one of those night being locked out of my room without my belongings.

3.5 stars. For $110 CAD I can't really complain. We only stayed one night and had a big bright room with a King Bed as close to the ocean as possible. Our room had a quiet heat pump air conditioner, a little food prep area with a sink, minifridge, and a few dishes. The building is definitely older, the bed was too firm for me, and the bathroom was small. Again, for a one night $110 stay, no complaints.

Wow any 5 stars are paid well. This was the worst stay ever. All the 1 starts are right. We lost electricity for 3 days. Lost all my food in the refrigerator and was told they would report it but no compensation of any kind. The water was off for 2 day. Me and 3 kids used the bathroom everyday and the toilet had no water. And the shower too. Beautiful. Staff was so rude. Kept saying they couldn't do anything since they are not a hotel but privet owned rooms. What ever that means. Take a long look at other resorts and save you vacation money for somewhere worth it.

My belongings were placed in storage at the check in counter. When I went to pick them up, they were gone. The staff said they would locate them for me and return them. I sent several emails, but never heard from them again. How disappointing the rest of our stay in Mexico was incredible.

We stayed 7 nights and wished we had more time here. The beach is right on the property and felt secluded and private. We loved the old style building and feel. The only thing we wished was there was a hot tub!! Would stay here again!

Loved it ! The view it’s amazing. The staff so friendly and helpful -we were 2 adults and 4 children and the suite was big and spacious. Location is great and convenient. The restaurant really lovely , the only thing is they didn’t have glasses of water when in México is a most that all restaurants provide water free of charge. They only had bottles, that was only at the restaurant but had excellent views and bar tender made very nice drinks. Definitely going back again. Beach was clean and pool was great and had great views. Turtles come at night at the beach so you can see them, so romantic !

Terrible experience! The hotel charged me the whole amount prior to my arrival, but when i arrived at the hotel they told me that they dont accept my payment method althouh it was charged and i saw the voucher. They wanted to charge again and refused to make my checkin. the recepcion and management staff are very rude. plus they charge a ridiculus 100usd deposit for that smelly place. I dont recommend at all. No wonder why it is the cheapest in the region. Stay away

You get what you pay for! Views: 5/5 Comfort: 3/5 Drinks: 3/5 Food: 4/5 Pool: 5/5 Price: 5/5 My brother and I stayed here for only 24 hours while we waited on our cousins to arrive to Cancún. First of all, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. The balcony view is honestly breathtaking and the infinity pool makes for great instagram photos. The back also has a restaurant and direct, private access to the beach with the rest of Zona Hotelera. I can not emphasize enough how pretty it is. The hotel itself, as all the other hotels on this strip, is hated with security personnel at the entrance. You can only get here by taxi, rental, or a personal vehicle. Ubers don't really work from the airport or most of Cancún. There's an Oxxo (think 7/11) nearby that you can buy water, snacks, and alcohol which stops being sold late afternoon on Sunday's! We had a blast. Drinks where good for us but not a giant variety as others might expect. Food was also good but nothing spectacular. My main complaint was the room itself. The beds were not very comfy and the hot water wasn't the best, but that's also an issue in most of Mexico. Again, you get what you pay for and based off the views alone I feel like it was a steal. If I wasn't a broke medical student I surely would have picked a fancier hotel.

Our room was sleep 4 but we had to pay $900 pesos more for another person (total of 3) we tried arguing back and forth that the room was sleep 4 but we still had to pay. So if you are planning to bring someone else might as well add them upon booking there might not be a fee. They have a really small elevator with no AC. The first time they gave us our room it was the wrong room (king size bed) we had to go back down to get the right room. The AC works really slowly & they advice to turn it off if you aren’t in your room. The pool closes at 9pm and you are not allow to play music on a speaker, you can play music on your phone but no speakers. You can’t have a cup or drink in the pool. We will definitely won’t be coming back! We are on vacation!! Too many restrictions.

Fine to cover one night between Airport arrival and departure. For longer vaccations too far away from city center. Pool and access to beach available. Rooms with aircondition.

I would give them a 5 star review . But unfortunately I can’t given that the beds provided were a stiff as sleeping on the floor. Furthermore if you are taller than 5’6 ; your feet will hang off of the bed . Oh and make sure you bring pesos “if the card machine doesn’t work” or they will over charge you for food if you use the USD. Bartender claims they don’t go based off the dollar to peso exchange online .Which I get it they are trying to get the money for a living but that’s not the right way . Overall it’s been a great stay nice people and fun time .

Do not book! I booked for a night and in the middle of the night the room was infested with cockroaches, there were everywhere I was basically in the room for 1 hr. When I tried to contact the administrator they went silent and never replied to my messages or calls! I moved hotels in the middle of the night and the security staff said that there were a few people that have left because of the same reason even the taxi driver said the same. The staff even mentioned that they will charge me with the deposit since that's how they operate... scammers!. They ask you for a huge deposit (£200) which they take from your account and never give it back. I went to return the keys before check out and the admistrator and cleaner were already in the condo without even given any warning, violation of privacy. The worse place, is to the time that they haven't answer calls, emails or texts. Avoid having a bad time while you are in Cancun and go somewhere else! good luck if you go to the swimming pool they put you a guard behind you! They scam people. No one will help you even if you book through a 3rd party platform.

I have read all the horrible reviews and I'm convinced it's just a bunch of complainers. My room is great. The fridge and microwave are brand new and both work flawlessly. The TV also works fine and they have a few English speaking channels. The views are amazing, over looking the pool and ocean. I had lunch at the restaurant and it was great. The only thing the complainers are spot on with is the internet is garbage. I have TMobile and as soon as I landed I had 5 free gigs and unlimited calls to the US. So the garbage internet is no big deal to me. Just in front of the hotel they have beach chairs with shade. There are a few rocks that pertrude out from the sand, but if you walk 30 yards to the left or right you can walk right in the warm water no problem. The reception girls were professional and kind. The security personnel are also kind and professional. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that is solo or has a family. The pool is great and the kids are enjoying it. Hope this review helps out.

I had an amazing time at Bsea! Cannot emphasize enough how nice it is to stay at a Cancun beach hotel. The pool by the beach is paradise. It totally makes up for the ways that the hotel is lacking, which are several. There's not actually any wifi, despite how it is advertised. They claim there's wifi in common areas, but it's just a singular garden that has a functioning network. The beds are not comfortable, the shower runs cold, and the small Tv doesn’t work. The hotel restaurant is mediocre at best--unexpectedly, the hack here is NOT to get Mexican food. It's quite bad. But the basic American food is fine and convenient, and there's a a well stocked convenience store onsite. And bottom line, is cheap, it's in the beach, it's beautiful. Great value even with its shortcomings; I had a lovely time. The beach is JUST THAT NICE.

We booked this hotel because our flight was canceled and it was great. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Although it’s an old hotel and needs to be very much updated. The room was very clean, we received great service in the restaurant/bar and front desk. The only complain is the beds very a little hard, but the view was amazing.

Initially, I was worried given the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the installations of the hotel. It's an old hotel, granted, but by no means it's falling apart as other reviews suggest. The rooms are great, the view is gorgeous. The pool and the beach front are excellent too. The only reason I dropped a full star is the internet, as others have pointed out, the WiFi is only available on common areas, and even then it's rather poor. It can definitely be a deal breaker.

SCAMMER ALERT! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! NO WIFI IN 2023! This hotel staffs are big time scammer. They would do anything in their power to blame you to get your deposit. I was allowed to smoke in the balcony ,I followed the rules to close the balcony door when smoking. They still blamed me that I smoked in the room and they can smell cigarette. My husband belt leaked color and it went on their towel. They charged us for both which was out of our control.. we explained to this morning staff but she won't listen ,I think if we wouldn't wait to get our deposit refunded they would have taken it all , they still charged us around 150can dollars. The hotel building is totalling worn out! Our balcony door had non functioning lock, cracks all around the building. They gonna give you a note to say they need to do room inspection for insects so they can check what they can blame you for at check out. If they know u smoke (ur room will smell cigarette for sure). Lmao I thought I would come back again in few months with my kids. But they lost me!! SCAMMER!! Room service did our room 3 days ,no one ever said it smelled cigarette until is our checkout time. Watch put guys ur deposit is gone as soon u check in.

We booked this as an overnight stay before going to the airport, so it was only one night. The view was as described and beautiful. The room however was dark and dingy, not like the photos. There was a kitchen with a microwave, but no coffee maker. There were red marks of some sort on the wall in the washroom near the mirror… wouldn’t want to guess what it was. When we pulled the sheet to get in bed, there were black marks on it, so we put the top sheet back and slept on top with a separate blanket. I know it was a good price compared to other hotels, but I would expect for $171 US, that we would have a clean room. The pool and restaurant we’re great and the service was really good.

We only stayed for a night but wish we could have enjoyed the view a little longer! We got in pretty late but it was only 14 min drive from the airport. Friendly staff! We absolutely love the older style of architecture. The rooms included a mini fridge. You can Park your car right after pulling in after the gated area. My Only complaint was the Wi-Fi was a little iffy. Over-all, I would stay here again!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. VERY affordable! Nice, big, older hotel, great location on the water. Has a nice pool. Our room has a small kitchenette. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definately go back.

This hotel is a good option for someone who is looking for an affordable stay. When searching for hotels in Cancun, I came across this one which had nice photos, the view seemed great, and it was right in our budget. We spent 5 days 4 nights in this hotel. The beds were comfortable but not super comfortable. The dining place had amazing food, but small portions. The staff were amazing and very kind. There was a place in the hotel to book trips, the person there was helpful too. Be careful there, don't get ripped off, check tourist attractions online and then compare to what you are being asked. Now for relaxation and partying. We booked a tour to go so Coco Bongo, and it was okay. Nothing spectacular yet very expensive, even for the cheapest tickets. I Wouldn't go there again. Then we booked Mexican floating fiesta which was awesome. Loved this one so much. Lastly we booked a boat ride to La Mujeres. Not the best tour, but at least we got to do some shopping at the flea market. Needless to say, this trip was definitely worth it, the water at the beach was so warm I didn't want to get out, the hotel pool was clean and warm also. Cancun is very clean, some small areas had trash but overall a very clean place. I'd give it a 5 out of 5 for the hotel, tours, and overall experience. Would go to Cancun again, but this time to a different more of all inclusive part. Hope you find this helpful. Cancun is safe and this hotel is safe also!!!

Junior suite is acceptable, but other rooms are absolutely terrible. Small, dark and noisy. The stuff is too much spoiled Breakfast is not included, what you can buy is crazy expensive but uneatable. Never try their pancakes 😱 But they have best Margaritas 😈

My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is the internet it states online they have wifi I was there 5 days and the wifi worked a total of about 1 hour over the 5days. Really bummed because I went there working remotely and struggled. Other than that it place is clean and nice.

VERY affordable! Nice, big, older hotel, great location on the water. Has a nice pool. Our room has a small kitchenette. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definately go back.

Are all the negative reviews to save this spot for yourselves? I almost didn't stay here, but I am glad I did. Clean, super safe (solo female traveler here), pool, gorgeous beach. A little far out of the hotel zone, nothing much within walking distance, and only resto on site closes at 9pm. Otherwise, great spot!
