Never believe that they are closing at 11pm. Smart employees already closed at 10pm because they think like nobody will come. You can see in maps it shows 11pm obviously. I'm really disappointed. Casual day in mexico we came all this way for nothing, thanks

Great place for have fun

Modern cafe, super spacious, indoor and outdoor seating. Great Location. Different from other Starbucks. A pleasant surprise, definitely worth a visit.

This store does NOT credit Starbucks stars or points. The USD to MEX conversion rate is 15.50!! That is not good… Pay in local currency. I think the training here is not to par with other Starbucks locations. My latte was made differently 3 times on 3 separate days. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and this has never happened. It’s fine, but it’s not what I expect from Starbucks. Your coffee will probably be fine, but don’t expect it to be exactly identical to Starbucks coffee other places. I would avoid, but the parking is convenient. And Antoines has terrible espresso… 🤷🏼‍♀️

It was fast and the food was good, but a lot of noise, the treat also good

Brand new Starbucks MX and the bathrooms were already terrible. The ladies 1 rest room was occupied for the whole 25 minutes we were inside, had to use the mens restoom.

They have a wide variety of drinks and they do have dairy free drinks. They have a nice patio seating.

Excellent service and a great place to work remote

Really good coffee shop with a lot of places to sit and not a lot of line but everything was really expensive.

Not the biggest Starbucks but still has enough seating in and outside, wonderful staff, great location by the Cancun marina and the best chocolate donut ( just make sure you try the Classic chocolate donut).

Great place , the indoor space is very comfortable as the outdoor sittings. The service meets almost the expectations 100%

Very clean location at the mall. Great selection of coffee. Baristas are very friendly, along with the cashiers. Clean bathrooms and nice, cozy outdoor seating areas.

One time I ordered a ice tea and they gave me a wrong one so I ordered a new one and had to pay it again... I gave the wrong order I that i payed girl in Line and she was happy to have a free drink but the Starbucks staff took it from her and threw it away.... Why?I payed and gave it to her!

Worst Starbucks ever. I ordered cappuccino with soy a milk, and then they gave me another. Which i needed to change. There after the cappuccino was tasting only to water with sugar, which i ordered without any. They couldn't make a simple cappuccino. Definitely worst experience after being in different cafes.

Armando (I think is what his nametag said), a 2-year partner, went out of his way to connect with every customer. He checked in on guests in the lobby, and catered to their needs. He is an excellent example of what Starbucks stands for in creating an overall experience that includes, but is NOT limited to, an incredible, hand-crafted cup of coffee. This location is clean, quiet, and cozy; very much recommended!
