Horrible, Horrible, Horrible SERVICE... Had to WASTE Over 8+ hours... trying to have them (FEDEX) Deliver my Small package to the Correct FedEx "Centro de Servicios" in Cancun, on Ave. Tulum @ the ADO Bus terminal... EVERY UPDATE SENT said "your Package is in-transit to Mérida... which is almost 3 hours NorthWest of Cancun... for "Int'l PRIORITY Service" costing $117. for a Cel phone, WEIGHING UNDER 16 oz's... they Fawked this Up ROYALLY, as I had to Call them 8x Different times... and Still "Sorry Señor, We Don't have YOUR Package" ...yet the Call center in Montréal Canada said it's THERE in Cancun... I WILL NEVER EVER USE FEDEX again,even if it's the Last courier on the Planet.... Catastrophic FAIL on their Customer Service, and lack of Timely Delivery...Be Aware, if ya Wanna Destroy yer Day... and NOT Receive the Delivery Service that your PAYING for then take your Chances... otherwise AVOID these Guys like theCorona Virus... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

AVOID!!! I just ordered my absentee ballot. Paid INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY. It's been over a week. And NOTHING. Later I find out they claim its "invalid address" (which is total BS because I used the official address the gov uses to send letters to my place). Do you think they called? Left an email? Nope. Apparently PRIORITY doesn't much to them. My advice? Go with someone else. ANYONE else.

Horrible, here in Isla on my sailboat and need boat parts. The package has been in Cancun for 3 days and I still don’t have the package and engine part. Do not use FedEx in Mexico. There is a strong north day coming and need the parts for vessel safety. Shipped within mexico using the overnight option 8 days ago.

Do not use if needed fast. Held my package for a week

Could not be worst! Do you want something expedited? They will take your money, but it will for sure take longer than regular mail and there won’t be anybody to give an update on your package. Worst service. Avoid at all costs. Completely unreliable!

The worst service and incompetent staff who will not respond to any messages. Had a package sitting at that location for more than a week without updates even thought I paid premium for expedited delivery. The recipient had to drive there 2 hours to pick it up herself. Worst of the worst!

I waited in the three days they said the would deliver, they never did, I guess the driver just cant be bothered? hahah its Mexico.

Horrible. Yes. your package will at some point arrive but days later. Forget about it being anywhere on time for the high cost you paid to get it here. In order to excuse their continued tardiness, Fedex Cancun delivery personnel ALWAYS mark that the package was, "undeliverable- location closed" even though delivery address is a HUGE hotel with a front desk that remains open 24 hours/day. Bogus service and excuses all around - but no one really cares. Fedex corporation in the Riviera Maya clearly accepts poor standards. Highly suggest DHL if you have a choice.

No contestan el telefono. Customer Service anyone? I can't believe that a US company opens an office in Mexico and can't follow the same business policies as in the States. I would think they have to but I guess not.

I never met a shipping company that clearly had zero interest in shipping customer packages. This place is the not FedEx I know. I would just call it X.
