You know when you're looking for a place where you can sit down and just think? Or when you want to buy coffee from people that actually know what they're doing? Mínimo is that place. Been here 3 times, they've remembered me from the second time. This is a cafe where you can just sit down and feel at home. The service is always top notch and both the coffee and the baked goods are awesome. I really can't find anything wrong with this place. In summary, if you're looking to have a quiet afternoon that will just enhance your experience in Cancun, don't forget to stop at Mínimo. P.S. love the caramel latte, but the Dalgona is outta this world.
