My partner and I stayed during Memorial Day Weekend. We were pleasantly pleased by the aesthetic of this location. It’s centrally located and within walking distance to the hotel zone. The room had these amazing floor to ceiling windows which gave stunning views of the ocean from our room. The staff was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend to singles & couples - the roof top pool & jacuzzi are worth the stay.

This Hilton has great service and a good central location. The mall is right next door, and it’s a quick ride to the airport, ferry terminal, or other hotel areas. The restaurant menu had some very tasty dishes, and the prices were reasonable. I especially enjoyed the welcome mezcal tasting down at the bar with Daniel. I’d definitely visit again as there were plenty of amenities and my experience we great for the price!

My wife and I recently stayed here for a few days. I was extremely surprised. First, the staff was amazing. Second the room was very clean and modern. The rooftop bar and pool is A+. Great view, great music and great cocktails. All and all great vibe. Location is superb. Literally it is beside a shopping mall with great stores and excellent restaurants. It was also a short walk to the beach. You can't go wrong here.

Loved this location. Very professional and attentive from the moment we stepped in. Everything was perfect. You have to check out the rooftop pool and bar it has phenomenal views of the bay. There is an infinity pool and small jacuzzi. The bar is open late. The gym has your typical hotel equipment (no squat rack). We had buffet breakfast before heading out to the airport. We paid roughly $45 for two people. Great service, definitely enjoyed the omelette. The best part was how attentive the hotel manager was to detail. We so happened to meet him by the pool and I briefly mentioned my mother’s birthday. Once we got back to our we had a pleasant surprise 🤍 Definitely recommend this Hilton especially if your over the fiesta 🪅

I’ve stayed at many Hilton locations and this one is very specific, so read the website description before you book. This hotel is great for a quick working vacation or business trip. This hotel is where many airline staff stay. It has a great pool, decent gym, and good food. The breakfast buffet is excellent, on par with a four star US type hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family or anyone looking for the beach experience. There is a nice mall next door and you can definitely walk around the area to get some exercise. Cheers.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooftop pool is phenomenal, the staff is top notch everyone was so kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet 🤌 delicious. We loved our two night stay and we're sad to love on to our resort for the rest of our trip to Cancun. Walking distance from a shopping center and restaurants the room service I would recommend the pasta, club sandwich or quesadillas those were out favorites. We took a bus to the artisan market (be aware of what you are spending there and know you can haggle down quite a bit.)

We loved our experience at this location! Everything from the check in went smooth and the roof patio is amazing! Service is top notch and the food & drinks were great! If you are looking for something more relaxing, maybe a business trip or something away from the crowds this is the perfect place! They are also pet friendly so don’t leave your fur friend behind. Thank You for a great time!

Stayed one night in January on the way back to US. Great location, back of the mall, 15 min to the beach, trendy decor. We thought will enjoy the roof bar, pool and jacuzzi, unfortunately it was booked by the wedding. While the party was on at the bar and restaurant the pool and jacuzzi were empty, but still no one could use it! Bummer that is the only reason we booked this hotel. They partied laud until early morning. Make sure they don’t have events like that when booking. Cheers

Nearly perfect 🥰. Although not on the beach, this property really is comfortable, super clean, and conveniently located at the mall. You can walk to several waterfront restaurants there, which were very good. Room service (at 4am no less) was quick and tasty. The breakfast is rather impressive and extremely bountiful. EVERY staff member we interacted with throughout our stay was friendly, engaged and helpful. It felt like they actually enjoyed their jobs, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The lobby is beautiful and modern and the rooftop pool & bar are great. Would stay here again & again. Housekeeping also does a great job like they take pride in their work. The only very minor complaint is that the drinks were a little small and the alcohol seemingly missing; although frankly, that seemed like a problem everywhere in Cancun. Just give me a big pour of cheap house spirits in my margarita and I'll be happy. We're on vacation after all.

We mostly had a great experience at Canopy, but unfortunately, we left on a bad note after a bad experience at checkout. Upon check-in we upgraded our room (which was great -- we had an awesome view!) for a small $20 per night increase. Definitely well worth it! The first three days of our stay, the housekeepers didn't enter our room (despite us setting the door sign on "Sweep -- cleaning requested" and for the last two days asking for this at the front desk multiple times). On our fourth call to request this (after being out for the entire day and really hoping to come home to clean towels), we mentioned that this was the third day with no cleaning and our fourth call/stop at the front desk and asked if our upgrade fee could be comped. The person we spoke to was very apologetic and agreed that this fee would be comped. However, when we checked out, the front desk manager refused to reimburse this fee (he offered 50% reimbursement) and told us that we were already being comped premium WiFi (which we didn't use) and that we had put the sign outside the door incorrectly, barring the cleaners from our room. It was a really unfortunate interaction, since we knew that both of these things were nonsense and all of this was over approximately $30. Just not the experience I would have expected and did not match the caliber of our other experiences there! In terms of positives, the room and hotel was gorgeous and the service we received before checkout was fantastic -- we especially appreciated the lobby assistants and concierge! The hotel had several bikes that we could check out for free. One day, my fiance and I rode these a couple miles to a nice beach for the day -- definitely a highlight of our trip!

Our stay was exceptional. For our stay this hotel gave the extra touch and we felt pampered. We could tell that the management must stress service. We have stayed in many hotels and were surprised that this ranked top of the list due to service. The room size is a little tight in a double but the rooms are well designed and the amenities more than made up for it. Great restaurant and co working spaces.

Loved the location and overall ambiance of the hotel. The hotel is connected to La Isla which is full of stores, restaurants, and the aquarium. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely felt safe going me going at all hours of the day. The airport transportation company they use is also timely and responsive. The strip view from the rooms on the left side and rooftop were incredible.

July 2023 My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful view of the lagoon. Everyone was kind and helpful. The check-in staff was professional and the dining room staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great. Really appreciated the filter water fountain on each floor. Easy access to public transportation to the beach and to Mercado 28. We had a wonderful time.

Bellman was wonderful staff was nice and welcoming. The biggest downside was that this hotel is a 20 minute walk to the beach as they do not have beach access. The public beach access is not ideal - it is very crowded lots of public drunkenness, urination, trash etc. This was a deal breaker for us and we decided to shorten our stay to another Hilton property to have beach access. When we said we were leaving early - I wasn't asked why. I was charged for the early departure but hoping they can offer a refund - no response from the hotel on that yet. The pool was also in need of maintenance as the water was murky and there was a lot of food and hair debris in the water. There is very loud music at the pool it was hard to have a conversation. Meals overall were good especially the burgers. The breakfast buffet is okay. The rooms are also decent but the showers in the room need some care - dirty tile and grout, mold in corners. The shower just needs to be deep cleaned. This hotel is also right in a very nice mall. I would not recommend this for families but would be good for a young couple seeking an inexpensive getaway. I noticed they have a co-working space this may be great if someone wants a work/vacation.

The service at this property is simply amazing! From the time I stepped out of the taxi to the time I checked out the service was top notch! The check in process was seamless and quick. The manager came to personally greet me and wish me a Happy Birthday. After check in I went to the rooftop pool/bar where the service again was amazing. The bartenders and servers were very attentive and engaging. I never had an empty glass and was constantly asked if I needed anything. I ordered cocktails and a couple apps while at the pool. Everything tasted great and was presented well, they really pay attention to detail! I booked a lagoon view room which was spacious and super clean! The hotel itself is in great shape esthetically and very clean throughout. This is definitely a new favorite Hilton property of mine and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. I regret that I don't remember the names of all who assisted me during my stay but i tip my hat to the entire staff. Everyone that I encountered was very helpful and passionate about their job! A special mention to the front desk staff and manager, also the bartenders at the pool bar. I can't leave without mentioning them going out of their way to make me feel special on my Birthday! I'm very appreciative of that. Thanks!

Loved my stay here! Everything was comfortable, clean and comfy! Roof deck with pool and jacuzzi was beautiful. Food is excellent. Lidia the massage therapist in the small spa was perfection! I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Just a note. . . This is not a resort hotel. It is not on the beach and does not have the amenities of a large resort hotel. It is, however. a beautiful wonderful alternative for those who do not enjoy Cancun but need to be there for a few days. The beach is easily accessible. Canopy is a nice oasis from the other Cancun. A perfect place to land, to depart from, or to explore from.

Absolutely amazing experience. Service was top notch. They checked on us every day to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. Everyone was soo friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived Rene greeted us with a big smile and was very helpful throughout our entire stay. Daniel the bar tender at the pool as well as all the servers were very pleasant and attentive. Isaac the manager was also very good! Highly recommend staying here. Location is perfect. It’s attached to the shopping mall and everything is in walking distance. Room service food was always fresh as well!

This is a very nice hotel - modern and new - with spacious rooms and nice views. It has a wonderful breakfast bar! The roof top pool is small but nice and there's a hot tub too! It doesn't have it's own beach but there are lots of free beaches close by. There are 2 malls for shopping within easy walking distance.

We enjoyed this hotel somewhat but decided to leave early. The open bathroom wasn't ideal. Weak English language skills was another issue. Worst was the too loud disco music at the rooftop pool, which staff refused a polite request to turn down, referring to hotel policy. Bring your noise cancelling headphones if you do not want to go out of your mind. I had to wear mine throughout. Policy over guest comfort isn't an obvious recipe for success.

Perfect location, next to La Isla shopping mall good choices of food. Really comfortable rooms with eco-friendly amenities, yummy coffee machine, no spoons though. Great room service, yummy food too, they cleaned up after very efficiently but it bothered me a little that they kept calling to check to see if things were OK when I just wanted to sleep in. Appreciate the concern though. Laundry was prompt. The pool was a little crowded but fantastic view on the rooftop!

Horrible staff, they only take care of Airline personnel and may be some other wealthy people. The lady IIZabella at Breakfast Area was horrible. She not only behaved worst with me but charged for my 9 year son for eating 1 bread from me as his breakfast was not included and we were not aware about it. They didn’t clean up our room for 3 days even after multiple call. Worst ever experience and will never come back to this and will let our friends know as well.

The only reason I'm not giving the rooms 5 stars is because the sink isn't in the bathroom, it's in the bedroom. Which is annoying in any place I've ever stayed. But the staff is attentive, location is prime, and they have a lot of choices to eat in and around the area.

I loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again Pros --Clean and very friendly staff!! --attached to the Isla shopping center on one side and a pharmacy, two banks, and a currency exchange on the other side --Partnership with the Mandala Beach so you can go for a day and enjoy they beach side it cost $30 but you get a $30 credit for food and drinks to use while you are there. you get access to two lounge chairs a large umbrella and a small table between waiters will come to you for your order. They have towels that you can use but have to get a deposit you get back when you leave. Free car parking as well --it is located on the lagoon so you can get a room with a review of the lagoon and the ferris wheel. The Ferris wheel did make it very easy to find the hotel --breakfast was good especially the fresh omelettes --the rooftop pool is very nice and faces the lagoon and a skyline of downtown Cancun on the other side --the food is very good and reasonable priced --free valet parking they just ask for tips or you can park at the mall yourself for free --good proximity to all the amenities to visit in the area I rented a car and found parking easy everywhere, but I was told you can get by with a bus for cheap Con --Not on the ocean so you can only see a small piece of the ocean from the roof top --the rooms are very small --the sink is outside of the bathroom so it makes it very hard to be quiet when someone else is sleeping --the 'fridge' in the room was not cold --they don't officially have luggage store if you want to leave your luggage for a few hours after checkout it is just lined up behind the front desk the are gets pretty full in the afternoon

Great hotel. Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. My favorite was the hanging chair for coffee in the morning. Each floor has a filtered water machine and ice maker which was very convenient for filling water bottles and the water jug they provide you in your room. The breakfast was amazing. All the normal breakfast foods you could want plus Mexican options to try. They had an amazing selection of fresh breads and pastries as well as a coffee bar. Service was awesome as well. My only negative was the pool bartenders were not service oriented at all. They basically refused to acknowledge me waiting for service and when I finally did get them to speak to me it was as if I was an inconvenience to their conversation. Other than that, the pool was beautiful and a nice water option since the hotel is not on the beach or closer than a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach.

The hotel has rooms facing the ocean and I can see sunrise. The front desk people were very polite and helpful, and notified me that I should change my parking paper to ticket in the front desk when I check out, and then use the ticket to drive my car out of the parking lot for free. The hotel also has a bar and fitness center and sweimming pool on rooftop. I saw firework every night from window of the room. I noticed the grab hardwares on the walls of toilet and shower room, which are very convenient for people who need.

As a Hilton member, I will say this hotel doesn’t align with the Hilton standards. 1. First of all, we came in slow season, they refused to give us the early check at the time we arrived in the morning even we have the gold card status. Fine, we wait and check when the room would be ready. The lady told us that we can check in at 12:30pm, but when the time comes, it delays our check in again for another hour even when I have a stomachache and ask for the help. 2. I use my nick name to book any hotels are all cool but here. They don’t provide us the gold card benefit just because my legal name is not 100% equals to my booking name. I have my ID, with my nick name on it as well as my confirmation letter but we are declined the benefits. 3. We have three people in one room, and they only give us one bottle of water. When we ask another two bottle water, they want to charge us…. I have never paid any extra money for some bottles of water in any four stars hotel…. Poor customer service. 4. We have a group of 6 people check in with 3 rooms. They flamed us for bring one more person in room without telling them. We did not. We have reported 3/2/1person in three rooms, and they mistakenly accused us. Overall, the room is very standard nothing impressive. Not good with sound proof( can heard the doors open and close all the time). And very very very poor customer services

We loved our stay, service was top-notch, breakfast had variety and was great (high-end buffet style). Amenities were great (new, modern). If you intend to travel around Cancun and don't need to holed up in a hotel, this is perfect. The rooftop pool and bar were great, (view of both sides, perfect sunset, amazing drinks and water temperature was swimmable. Our room was facing the beach and it was amazing to wake up to the view of the ocean from high up.

Great location and excellent service, the pool and roof top bar are fab and it was easy to get a table/bed. Proximity to La Isla shopping venue and entertainment is great if that's your thing. We didn't eat at the hotel, except for breakfast (excellent buffet) and poolside burgers (also very good). Great employees and hotel!

We had a lovely stay in your hotel. Everything looks new and feels high quality. The staff we all happy and friendly. Had a great choice of breakfast and enjoyed using the roof pool and sunbathing. In the evening this has the enviable position of seeing the panoramic sunset across the lagoon. Was offered an e standby to upgrade to the best suite. Which we took. Before arriving at the airport the Hilton app gave us the good news we have been accepted to the suite and could check in on the app. The upgrade was worth it. The bed was very comfortable and the extra space to relax in was very welcome. The view from the room is across the lagoon and of the big wheel. The evening pipe whistling from the guys hanging off the 10m high pole below spinning round by there feet is still a little stuck in my head.

Went to Mexico for two weeks and this was one of the three hotels that we stayed at. We ended our trip here because of how close it was the airport and Isla Mujeres. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, no beach but we had a room that gave us beach views. The staff were all so friendly and helped us with all of our needs. The hotel is located in or by the mall which also makes convenient for shopping and food. Speaking of food, The breakfast was great, American style and not much Mexican but there are a ton or great Mexican places near by to eat at - given it is Cancun. The roof top pool was a ton of fun, was sad that it closed so early other than that I give it 5 stars and Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel is very nice- new, clean and fresh. Reception is horrible. You’re lucky if you get greeted with a smile. They’re rude and super unfriendly. When we checked in they gave us zero information about the premises, didn’t offer us to use the pool while we waited 4 hours for our room to be ready. Basically just told us to come back. Didn’t offer or explain anything about the surroundings, where we could eat. I would never come back. Super overpriced for not being a beach location.

Stayed at the Hilton, good location if you don’t want all inclusive, within walking distance to the shopping mall and bus stops right outside hotel. Good size rooms with hanging chair and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of choices. The overall hotel was clean and tidy. Used the hotel rooftop for a special event and the management at the hotel went above and beyond to help arrange it. They made it a special occasion.

Great hotel, Nice Clean Rooms. Each floor has a filtered water machine and ice maker which was very convenient for filling water bottles and the water jug they provide you in your room. The breakfast was good but can be improved. Mexico is a coffee country, and the only things missing was a good Breakfast Tea (they had selection but then it was not great) Front Office Service was awesome and helpful. The only negative was the bartenders on the rooftop, as we went there in the afternoon, the service staff was not in serving mood, they were busy chatting in themselves and we had to remind them a few times for our orders, which was not well served. They seem to avoid attending us somehow. The Hotel is located at the front of a mall, which gives it a different feel, you could get to souvenir shopping or just visit any good bar or restaurant nearby.

Giovanni made my stay so so so so amazing! We came the weekend of the 6th of August. My friend and I came for my birthday and on our last night we decided to stay at the hotel and enjoy the rooftop views. Giovanni served us our drinks and food and might I say, it was great. Probably the absolute best service I’ve received ever out of the 9 countries I’ve traveled to before. He asked what type of drinks we wanted to order, we were indecisive and decided to trust him with our drinks. WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE WITH TRUSTING HIM!!!! He made a special drink and we couldn’t get enough of it. We literally ordered so many more that I can’t remember how many more. It was the perfect experience with him and he made me a birthday shot which was great also! I honestly cannot wait to come back again to see him! If you’re at the rooftop bar, please ask for Giovanni because he’s great and makes sure you have everything you need while lounging at the rooftop pool!

Clean. friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Best hotel experience I have had this far. Location is across from the beach so I advise you know that you are around more shopping and entertainment and (so close but so far) from the beach since the hotels across the street are private owned beaches. Either way, for what we were looking for, Hilton surpassed my expectations and I enjoyed my stay there
