My grandfather may have had a stroke and Dr. BANAAG turned him away after only taking his BP and Blood sugar level, saying that because they do not have a record of him there it would be better to take him to the smaller clinic where his records are. My mother and father were the ones who accompanied him and were rushing due to the emergency, hence were not "dressed to impress." Dr. BANAAG was rude and condescending to my underdressed mother. We went to the smaller clinic and they told us that he should have been admitted at Holy Trinity because clinic do not usually have the equipment to properly care for stroke patients. Smaller clinic did not have a CT machine or and ICU. We had returned my grandfather to Holy Trinity General and only after my aunts and I began speaking in English and after the driver of the ambulance told told the other Doctor and the nurses we are from abroad did Dr. BANAAG begin speaking "in the interest of the patient" to get a CT scan. Suddenly his attitude and demeanor was better. SO IF YOU GO TO THIS HOSPITAL MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRESSED WELL SO THAT THE DOCTORS AND NURSES DON'T ASSUME YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT AND THEY TURN YOU AWAY. SEEMS TO ME THEY WON'T VIOLATE THEIR HIPPOCRATIC OATH ONLY IF YOU HAVE MONEY.

A hospital with limited parking outside. Considered as the St. Lukes of Arayat not for the facilites but for the price. Too expensive for a General Hospital in the province.

Good service. Hands on doctors. Only concern is that Kindly provide all hard copy of laboratory results after the patient checks out.

Wala pang 24 hrs yung patient namen yung bill naging 129K pesos.

Dra. Shiela Samson was very responsive to every concern that we asked her; she gives medical treatment and has a good and well-established patient-doctor relationship. She's generous enough to meet all our needs as patients. A must have doctor.

I've had the privilege of gaining a unique behind-the-scenes perspective of this exceptional healthcare institution. While my role may not involve direct patient care, I can confidently say that the impact of our work on patient experiences is profound. What's also impressive is the hospital's focus on continuous improvement. We're always seeking ways to streamline processes, enhance patient services, and make the hospital experience as seamless as possible. This dedication to growth and efficiency ensures that we're always striving to "serve you better". In conclusion, HTMC is not just a healthcare provider; it's a community of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to support the well-being of our patients. I'm grateful to be a part of this team, and I look forward to contributing to the hospital's ongoing success. :)

This is NOT an emergency hospital as no surgeon available at night A COVID test is mandatory - fair enough - BUT they can't tell you the price and they can't treat you if you are positive - RIP OFF. The laboratory do not know the correct procedure for doing fasting tests - they believe you can't drink water during a fast which of course is NOT CORRECT This hospital is NOT IN SAN FERNANDO - it is in ARAYAT.

Not even worthy of a 1 star rating.

Rotten hospital!! OPD number is unresponsive. We waited for a 2 weeks for an appointment but turns out the doctor won’t be in the office. This happened for several times already!! Also, my wife was diagnosed with GDM and the doctor didn’t even bother to make her do OGTT and take her labs for months!!! The OBGYN-Sonologist also gave us an attitude. Rotten service and doctors. Don’t come to this hospital!!
