I Definitely will not be going back. Had to reservation prior but had to wait 40 minutes to get treatment. What is the point of the reservation then? going to this salon to get my hair color done as well as their Instagram feed. Already showed the pictures from their socmed but the stylist insisted that the balayage / the highlight wouldn't cover some of my grey hair even though I got bleached. I already said that I didn't want the base color because I was so bored with it. I said I preferred to have the highlighted color, and yes I choose the color but with highlight color as I said earlier yet he still applied the base color for me (I don't know the step, so I couldn't tell him to stop before he did it) disappointed

Super crowded place even early in the morning. Highly suggest that you book ahead. Went here for a haircut and a wash. While quick, the stylist did a really good job at handling me

My initial visit to Nyalon Studio, a gem I discovered on Google Maps, was quite memorable. They provide stellar service that goes beyond the usual. I would advise future clients to schedule an appointment in advance to bypass any waiting time. One aspect that stood out was their meticulous consultation. They don't simply apply a one-size-fits-all treatment, but rather discuss your hair's condition and offer personalized suggestions. That said, I observed a slight deviation when it came to the coloring process. In contrast to my previous experiences, where the coloring is followed by two washes and a vitamin application in between, Nyalon Studio condensed this process. They opted for a single wash, followed by a vitamin treatment that seemed different from the ones I'm accustomed to. Regrettably, I found my hair to feel quite dry and experienced some itchiness following the treatment. Their customer care is indeed exceptional, but I would urge them to revisit their coloring technique to ensure the aftermath of the procedure is as satisfactory as the initial service and consultation.

I was super nervous to cut my curly hair here, but it turned out great and I couldn't be happier with the styling too! Mbak Ari is super talented and all the staffs were really kind.. Will be my go-to salon in Jogja for sure! Thanks Nyalon :)

This is the salon I go to when washing hair straighteners, usually with Mr Dimas, Ms Dinda and Ms Mia because they are really painstaking and patient. This happened twice when I was held by this lady who was the model holding her eyelashes in the current photo. The service was really bad. When I washed my hair for a while, I didn't give it conditioner, when I wanted to dry it, I didn't get any vitamins, even when I brushed it, I didn't even comb the bottom and my hair was still wet. the bottom one resulted in my hair being dry after a few days :). Yes, I'm sorry if my hair is complicated, but please provide good service, sis. But the salon is really good
