    This rating is for whomever manages the waiting time published for online orders. Not sure if this is the franchisor or the owner. As I waited an hour longer & watched the poor employees bust their chops to get as many orders out as possible on a Friday evening I couldn't help but wonder what the home office folks were doing as customer after customer gave up and left after ridiculous waiting times (someone said they had been waiting 2h40mins for their order). You are asking top dollar for your chicken, how about you spend a few bucks and do a better job at managing your customers' expectations!? Oh and, anyone thought of turning off the "Uber" or "Skip" tablets during a crazy rush? driver after driver comes for pickups. I understand it's very difficult to find staff right now, why not try & take a little pressure off them?.Who is paid to manage this?

    Very terrible experience. I had an over 2 hour wait and it was clear the food had been sitting there for 45+ minutes before delivery. The meals were cold, the bacon in the cesar salad was so burnt it was inedible. The club sandwich I ordered had clearly been sitting there a while. To top it off, the portion of fries were so small compared to the usual. I get that this evening was busy but there is no excuse for letting someones food sit there forever before delivery. You are supposed to time it so everyones food is fresh. Who ever was responsible for the restaurant this evening Jan 2nd did a terrible job. Im going to be requesting a refund, utterly disappointed.

    Very disapointing for a StHubert! The fries were dry and the filets overcooked! And what is the questiion that they ask at the drive thru: "Vous voulez donner un pourboire pour lequipe?" Its like, first of all, im at the drive thru, second of all if the girl at the window would be smiling and nice, i would be tempted! But i gave 18% anyway and i barely got a thank u without eye contact! Will not give anymore and will enjoy my StHubert at the restaurant and in Brosaard next time!!

    Terrible service waited 90 min for drinks to arrive at the table appetizers almost 2hours spent 3 full hours to eat many items out of stock just unacceptable. Won't be going back.

    Supper Dry, the legs fall a parts as soon I open the bag. It mean they cooked it long time and left it at warm machine for so long. I understand they need to do that to keep up with orders. But honestly ill not go back again. I order online for them to take time to cook it but its same if u drive throw pick up or online. All your chickens already cooked hours ago and left at warm machine. Will not go again, it was my second time, I experience dry chickens. Not worth what you pay. I will not even eat it for free.

    It’s 1800hrs, and they have decided they are done serving quarter chicken legs… you can have a breast though, for a 2$ extra charge. They are all out of legs, and no plan on making them during prime time. Whoever owns this one takes no pride in serving their customers (or they don’t supervise their staff enough to make sure it’s done). Go elsewhere.

    I am wondering how a restaurant like St.-Hubert could ask for a tip even before getting your food, (don't you tip after the service and dependent on the quality of the food) , so you spend your gas money to get the restaurant and then you feel guilty if you do not subsidize the poor employees (who are polite, hardworking and kind). I think that the staff should receive better wages from the Restaurant so they aren't asking drive-thru's for money that their employers are not giving them. Makes the owners of the restaurant seem like they are not paying their employees (which they probably aren't since they are asking for a subsidization. Covid or no Covid, not an excuse; I don't think they are receiving any more or less money since Covid. It's not the few dollars for the tip that is really important it's the principle of a tip before even receiving the food and the fact that it shows how little St.-Hubert is paying their employees.....

    Incredible experience at St-Hubert. The food was good and Lauralie the attendant was supêr sweet. I'll come back again soon for sure!!!!

    Would've given 5 stars for service, however, since I was flying solo, ( just myself) the hostess kept bringing larger parties around me and she seemed to totally ignore me like I was invisible!!! After about almost 10 minutes of this nonsense I proceeded to the bar and seated myself, then immediately I was approached by a very attractive madammoisel, since my French is not as fluent as I want it to be ,she took my order in English and she was a pleasure to deal with, the food came promptly and was very good, which made up for the discourtesy upon arrival. I frequently dine here when I'm up in Quebec, I highly recommend it, the servers are eye candy after a long drive, if you can get seated!

    We just had a good time at St-Hubert. The food was delicious and very filling. Our waiter Leo was PERFECT. Good sens of costumer service and adaptability. Can't wait to go back.

    We booked for a work meeting, the menu they offered us was terrible, we asked for the menu to see more options and they limited us on meats and ribs due to the big group. I got a very bad impression.

    Service and atmosphere are ok ... But the food is not worth the price, I mean it's kinda 5$ too expensive per meal. 80$ ( including tip) for a chicken leg , a club sandwich and some chicken fingers. No dessert no appetizers. It's overpriced I'm my opinion... But in general it's good I mean I have no other complaints except the price.

    Very nice space and the food was great, but the service was terrible. 20+ min wait to order and a 45 minute wait for food. No apology or update from the server at all. Clearly she had too many tables. Person working at the bar doesn’t do anything. Just a mess and really frustrating.

    Food is very good, but orders are not always right. Salads should have been made the same As you can see in the picture one is smaller ,but paid the same price for each one. I don't think I'll be going back there.

    Horrible service never ordering from this st Hubert ever again the management are so unprofessional give us left over for my wife birthday supper cost pretty penny and still couples fries burnt chicken strips no sauce for the strips call to be told well at least you have food ….. I’m sorry but I am very tempted to go over there and give them there food back horrible … go to score better services cheaper and food quality way better you get 5 strips instead of 4 burnt ones

    (Always terribly slow! If you don't have a lot of time ahead of you consider another dining option) I have been living around this particular St-Hubert for 10 years now and I am surprised by my capacity to forget and return every year or two despite them consistently driving me crazy by how slow they are ... At all levels (take out drive through dine in) ... The quality otherwise it's very good and the place is beautiful.

    Disappointing. Very good service, gave full tip. Only reason 3 stars. Significant price increase and we got this: St Hubert poutine was lukewarm, cheese on top barely warm and top of fries (served in a bowl) lukewarm; spouse had ceasar salad too much dressing. Signature coleslaw on the dry side. It's like the pandemic made them forget how to prepare their signature dishes. This location has always been good in the past... but at these prices... 🙁...
