    Food was great, service was fast. Server was nice and fully bilingual. It was a great experience, bench in the booth that we were sitting in had tape covering up a hole on the leather.

    The waitress took a good 15-20 minutes to show up to take the drinks order. The smallest cut of bavette I've ever seen in my life. The pork was cold to the point the bone was "out of the fridge" cold. Ribs barely had bbq sauce on them (a portion had none). Service in general was slow, even getting the bill and then the machine to pay 10 minutes later. A similarly sized table nearby arrived a few minutes later and their service was quicker.

    Monday January 2nd, went to Baton Rouge Candiac arrived at round 17:00… time to be seated was long, so we asked to sit at the bar so we could have a drink while patiently waiting for a table. Took forever to actually be served a drink at the bar. When we finally were seated at a booth at the bar we ordered our meals… after a long wait we received our entrees; a soup and salad, upon finishing these we are informed that my meal is ‘no longer available’. So basically for a total of three drinks, a soup and salad - it cost us 90$! Had we been told the meal was not available upon ordering it we’d be much less annoyed but being at the restaurant for almost two hours total to be told just before the meal should be arriving at the table that I can’t actually have it and be told ‘we’ll just share your spouses meal?!’ No.

    Really nice place to have dinner. The food is good and the staff is friendly, we really enjoyed our dinner. But I would suggest to give back a bit of love to the place. Two examples, my seat had red dock-tape on it to probably fix a tear, and men's restroom.

    After 3 years I can say I was disappointed with the food. Steak and frites, steak is now smaller and it was dry. Ribs were dry and not much meat. Lobster tails were overcooked. For the prices they charge the food should be perfect. Too bad, used to be good. 🤬

    Had dinner yesterday at the Candiac location. We had previously reserved since it was Mother’s Day. We were a group of 4 people. We were seated by a window. As for cleanliness, I can only imagine that it would need a thorough cleaning, there were some dried food behind the little advertisement on the table and alongside the seats. We all wanted to order the Prime Rib and were told they were all out for the day. It was 5:00 PM on a Sunday. How is that possible? This is one of their signature dishes. Nonetheless, we ordered one BBQ Pork Back Ribs and only realized later that they even forgot the coleslaw, we only received the fries, we also ordered the fillet mignon and Rib Steak. The meat was good. As for service, the waitress was very polite although she only came once to see if everything was okay. My mother wanted some bread and we were told that they no longer serve bread with meals. No refills were offered on the soda. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience one would expect. Quite frankly there are better alternatives in the region.

    Hi Excellent find today, this Baton Rouge in Candiac . Friendly personnel and management. Ample parking arrived at 17:00 on a Friday . My waitress Elissa super friendly & efficient Nice building well taken care of . Took Lobster 🦞 Bisque for starters and Salmon tartar for main course , the tartar was so good and refreshing with avocado 🥑 . Dessert key lime 🥧 Second visit Great service by Melissa B . Appetizer 1 garlic bread 🍞 Appetizer 2 poblano soup Main 1 New York steak in surf & Turf big 🦞 lobster tail 2 Rib steak, tender & juicy and well seasoned, grilled to my liking, with mushrooms 🍄 & bake potatoes Dessert 1 Chocolate 🍫 cake 2 Key Lime pie ,with Graham crusty dipped in caramelized Chocolat, delicious and excellent mix of flavors Cheers Mike

    We come here every year for a birthday and the service and quality has decreased significantly. Food is no longer good and worth coming

    Went there for Mother’s Day. Called ahead and asked if the lunch menu applied. Was put on hold to check then confirmed was told YES, lunch menu applied. To our surprise, it didn’t! Regular menu only. Ordered ahi tuna salad. No flavour at all. For 25$ I expected to at least be somewhat pleased with the dish. Not at all. Not only was there no flavour but the meal left me hungry. Just lettuce, carrots, a few edamames and 5 small slices of tasteless tuna. I left there hungry! Yes I ordered a salad but when it’s a main meal, it’s supposed to at least be somewhat satisfying. Luckily my family had order more consistent rib meals with shrimp (44$ - including 17$ for 4 medium sized shrimp!!!) that they enjoyed that they shared. Overpriced and really underwhelming. Felt like we were taken advantage of, really. Should have gone to Madison’s! Last time for us for sure!!

    I love this place, burgers are tasty and the atmosphere is really pleasant. But it would be nice, if you will put more attention on cleaning tables and etc

    Nice restaurant. The food was excellent. The roast beef sandwich was fantastic but could have had a bit more beef in it. The poutine was HUGE! Service was on point. We will be back.

    We are from USA. Went to have lunch and watch Sunday NFL. Food and service was great. Atmosphere was too except zero NFL crowd. They had the NFL on but we were the only ones paying attention. Oh well. Avo, the manager, was very engaging.

    Honestly the WORST service and experience EVER!!! First off we had to wait 15 min the get a Water, and then the waitress soo confused, she forgot what we ordered... hmmm... okk... then we ordered pasta gratiné, and they brought us a plate with some sprinkled cheese on the plate. Anyways to say the experience was soo horrible, NEVER AGAIN! And it was my boyfriend's Birthday, we were trying to have fun, but FORGET ABOUT IT! LIKE I SAID NEVER AGAIN

    My daughter's favourite restaurant. We took her there for her birthday. Steaks and ribs were very good and the service was excellent.

    We ordered the spaghetti Alfredo but it smelled terrible. I had ribs and they were over cooked and too crusty to eat. The waitress was very nice and helpful. The carrot cake was slightly frozen so it wasn't really good.

    Very disappointed. Food was super cold and really didn’t taste good. The quality went down in the last years but prices went up. Dissatisfied with everything. Take business somewhere else.

    This place has gone down in my books, I think its now at the same quality level as Madison's or Chenoys but way more expensive. Was once a really good spot to eat but now now not so much. I had the ribs the last time I went and to be honest there were several issues : 1 - inconsistent portions. We were 3 that ordered ribs, none were the same size, mine were significantly smaller that the others and I ordered the 1.5 size. 2- I buy the frozen Baton Rouge ribs at the grocery store once in a while, and the ribs in the restaurant tasted the same as the frozen ribs. I wonder if they are still actually cooking ribs from scratch at the restaurants. 3- We flagged a problem with one of the plates the rice seemed soggy and very old. The manager came to see us and interrupted us singing happy birthday to my mother to talk about the problem. Literally cust the song in half. No tact, no respect, I actually had to ask her if she noticed we were in the middle of something. Overall the food was mediocre at best, I feel like I could have made the same thing or better at home for 40$ but in the restaurant it cost me around 245$ with tip for 4 people. Service was very average, not very personable and the manager apparently is more important than her clients. We visited the location in Candiac Qc.

    Very good attentive service (waitress came to see us 4 times during the meal). Very family-friendly, complete with children's menu, crayons and wi-fi password. Food and drinks on-point, nice presentation and generous portions.

    What a great place to eat. The picanha steak was delicious and the shrimps and scallops were cooked to perfection! Really impressed with the seafood flavor. On top of that the place is huge and good looking, has friendly staff and good prices... Do I need to say anything else?

    I order from Uber on a regular basis. The food is always great. Great flavour, cooked to perfection (steak) and always generous in portion. Can’t beat the in restaurant experience but since the pandemic I’ve greatly enjoyed the take out. Merci!!!!

    We dined there three times during a one week visit to the area. The food was very good, the staff, even though they were short staffed, hustled to serve us. Also a very nice facility.

    Not what it used to be... Party of 4, 2 people took the seafood linguinis another the ribs and last took a plate of lobster raviolis. Pasta plates were rather small (still 33$ though) and the shrimps and scallops (the few that there was in the plate) were overcooked . Also, no bread offered with pastas ? You also used to have the choice of sides with the ribs plate, now it's only coleslaw and fries. Disappointed.

    Food degraded a lot in quantities, I use to have well enough from half rack of ribs and now barely have enough in 1.5 rack. The place was quite packed on Thursday. Service was good considering the loaf and ambiance was ok. Again far from the usual BR restaurant. The overall 3 rating is a combination of the food and price ratio. Not easy time for the food industry with lack of personal but should be mindful of ppl still going to the restaurant.

    How does a Steakhouse not have a steak on the kid's menu!? Service was slow, didn't see the server for 30mins at a time, food took almost 2h to be served (pretty sure they forgot to put it the order), kids were starving. Food was good but slightly overpriced. The KEG I find has a better quality-price ratio...and has steak for the kids.
