    I wish it were possible to give 0 stars. I have had the great misfortune of being assigned this store for my Metro Online purchases. Twice now, they have failed to deliver, without an email to let me know what the issue was. Turns out they had an old credit card number on record, which I have updated. But their systems clearly are terrible, because they "can't see it". After three attemps on the phone of 30-45 minutes each, I was able to speak to someone who offered to take my updated (as in, stored in my online profile for over a year) card information, only to be told "MARCHE PÔ". So here I am a day after I should have received me groceries, with nothing. For the second time. Beware if you get assigned this store. Since the start of COVID, it's been absolute chaos. Use another online grocer.

    Of course like everyone else in Candiac knows the prices are very high but the personnel are very nice, friendly and attentive and go out of their way to help you except for this one cashier. I checked out and the money owed was only change, so I put my money on the conveyer belt, she looked at me do it and then looked at me scramble for the rest of the change and said nothing and then when the conveyer belt started and I lost my money it was then she said you shouldn't put your money on the belt - did she say that as I was putting the money on the belt - no she just looked at me and then said I lost the money, no apology or sorry you shouldn't put the money on the belt, just in a not too pleasant voice said you shouldn't put money on a belt, it was at a standstill when I put the money on it. It really isn't for the few dollars I lost, it was the cashier's attitude, totally inappropriate.

    Worked there for 5yrs and the place was honestly a mess with bad management (on the upper floor), they really turned things around and are now offering quite the pleasant shopping experience. They began doing online grocery/delivery just before COVID-19 and are now established as a key player in that market segment on the South Shore of Montreal.

    Metro self check out system is the worst , slow, time consuming and so many errors , their costumer services is becoming worse and worse

    Staff is sweet and helpful. Regular groceries are Tobe done here, there isn't exotic products there. Basically, just go there for your groceries and if you're a guest to someone who lives around that needs to buy a little gift.

    Well laid out store, clean Great staff!!! The girl that assisted me at the self check out was the model of great customer service!!! Of course prices were high!!

    Nice and clean . They seem to have trouble keeping some products stocked but everything is fresh . Employees mostly have a smile and seem to be happy to answer questions

    Ordered shrimps online, they sent me tiny shrimps with their shells, once the shells is removed, nothing was left, the shrimps were so skinny and small, it's an embarrassment for Metro especially at $22/KG, I tried to remove the shells, I did 20 and I threw the rest in the garbage , it was not worth the waste of time, wasted $22. they had no photo online I expected what I used to buy when I was able to go to the store Metro Bellemare in St Hubert, huge shrimps , I never looked at the price, they used to be without the shell, I am going to forget about buying online from Metro and stick with other grocery stores. I would have never dreamed in a million years that anybody would sell such small shrimps

    I have been coming here to do my family’s groceries for years. Today I forgot one of my bags of groceries at the self-checkout that I had paid for. I called back to say I had the receipt and could I pass by to pick it up. The woman that answered the phone was not very polite and then put me up hold for more than 10 minutes at which point I hung up. With prices of groceries skyrocketing, it was very disappointing to lose a paid bag of groceries because someone couldn’t speak to me on the phone for 2 minutes… I have been a loyal customer but I think it’s time I check out some of the other local grocery stores.
