I waited over an hour to see the doctor, even though I had an appointment and the place was practically empty. While waiting, a man walked in and vomited all over the waiting room trash can. This isn’t the provider’s fault, but it took them a while to come and clean up the vomit. They sprayed bleach all over the waiting room. The smell of pure bleach made my stomach churn, and at that point I wished I could just leave. Later, when I was finally taken into my appointment, I asked the nurse who was drawing my blood if they were running late that day. With an attitude she said “well, there’s only so much we can do it’s just us today” which gave me the impression this place is understaffed. After waiting for over an hour, the actual appointment lasted 10 minutes. The doctor was OK. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back.

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by friendly and professional people. The back staff is also wonderful. Dr. So takes her time and is very thorough. The physician assistants are great!

Provider I saw was amazing, and the MA was very kind. However, my sign in process was a negative. I was directed to call my insurance to verify on my own. I have never been asked to do this in the past; registration staff has always called to verify as needed. They told me it was not their job when I asked if they could call to verify. While waiting on hold to verify, they told me they figured it out and I could hang up. They also had signs up for masks being required. Many doctors offices still have these signs up, but it is optional. The front desk staff said nothing to me when I did not put a mask on. When we got to the exam room after taking my weight, the MA went to get me a mask and advised they were required. I would have canceled my appointment if I had known masks were required at this practice. I am was not symptomatic and surgical masks have been proven they are not effective in preventing the spread of illness. On the way out, I politely mentioned to front desk staff member to please advise future patients masks are required upon entry, as I was unaware. She seemed surprised and did not say much. I think the clinical staff here is top notch, but front desk services needs some refinement.

Booked an appt online for the first appointment of the day and arrived on time right at 8. Doors were still locked, the place was dark. A few minutes later they open up, I'm the only patient so they got me in reasonably fast, did the normal stuff. It was fine. A month later I get a series of truly unreasonable bills (I have great insurance) and nobody even answers the phone for the billing department. Sure seems like they'd be able to afford to hire some staff.

I went for an annual wellness visit. I was seen straight away. The staff and doctor all had great interpersonal skills. The doctor was knowledgable and put me at ease during my visit. I look forward to going here again for my primary and preventative medical care needs.

I went here last June for a health issue, and pretty much liked the experience, but I already had a PCP. Well, fast-forward to today, I had to find a new one, because my pcp stopped taking private insurance. So, I decided to set up an appointment here, and I was not disappointed! From the front desk to Dr. Fain, everyone looked like they enjoyed working there, and it reflected in their work. I usually have a hard time with my insurance, but the front desk staff handled it without incident. It was so nice being able to set up an appointment online. I would def recommend this place for urgent care or a regular provider.

I'm newer to the area and I'm finally getting around to seeing about establishing a PCP. I just got my heath insurance from my new job so this all tracks... My partner went to AllCare a few months prior. They had nothing negative or positive to say. So I decided to give them a try. The physician I spoke to was fantastic. DO Fain. She was attentive and a great listener. I have struggled in the past with dismissive doctors and nurses so I take it very seriously to be heard by my physicians. It was the nurses that soured everything. One was very upset about samples and kept going on about them. I am in the patient room and I can hear everything. She was yelling and swearing. Her coworkers had to remind her twice to relax and that their were patients in the building. She didn't stop. I believe she was instructed to get samples from the patients but she didn't. I'm glad she didn't. Especially if she was supposed to get my blood. I've been hurt before by nurses and wanted to avoid that. I said I wanted a physical but that I am still seeing my OBGYN next week. So they never took any samples from me. Which overall great, if it was going to be the nurse who was all upset. But I didn't eat all day as I was told to fast. I'll be back to try one more time and update my review. DR is great. Nurses not so much and instructions are unclear at best.

Dr. So is great. I saw she had excellent reviews online, and I can attest that they’re well deserved! She did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and asking followup questions. Very warm and approachable.

Dr. So is a breath of fresh air in regards to my experience with many other healthcare experiences and providers--she is a true doctor, who is actually taking the time, and utilizing her expertise to ascertain the cause of illnesses, and not just treating the symptoms. She treats her patients and her staff professionally, respectfully, and thoughtfully. She goes above the standard expected, including one time assisting myself while in office towards closing time, past closing time to assure complete care.

Amazing staff across the board! Each time I’ve gone in the front desk team is always helpful and they provide exceptional customer service. Dr. So is the best! She’s kind and attentive and makes you feel at ease. So glad I found this place.

Shiny new office with a lovely, caring, thoughtful and personable staff. I enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Joanne So—I felt heard and not rushed through my concerns. I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with various doctors in Atlanta, but this practice exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I'd like to express my gratitude for Kai's exceptional professionalism. She went above and beyond to provide me with valuable resources to obtain the necessary information I was seeking. Her patience and dedication in assisting me were truly outstanding, and I deeply appreciate her efforts. I believe she deserves recognition within her organization for the exceptional work she does.

This place is so sad. They don’t do IV, don’t do imaging, it’s $130 just to be seen and that includes no tests or care. They cannot handle basic medical procedures, they will simply refer you to someone else in their practice…Where you will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to actually be seen, if you are seen at all. I went to three different locations today in an attempt to be seen for abdominal pain. All three informed me that they do not do any sort of imaging, no IVs, And they only dispense certain medication. So to go to the emergency room instead. What is the point of an urgent care if you don’t receive any care? This place is a total waste of money. The memorial Drive location rarely has appointments available because there is only one provider most days, and if she is completely booked up, they will not allow walk-ins. Not even simple issues. The front desk staff at this location is particularly rude, unhelpful, and just generally not kind. I would not recommend taking my dog here, much less a relative.

From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt there was extreme lack in professionalism. The receptionist wasn’t pleasurable and had me fill out intake forms but the doctor did not see me due to me not filling out quick enough within my 15 minute grace period. For my 9:30 am appointment the receptionist asked did I want to come back at 1 pm due to me not filling out forms quick enough at which I Ofcourse stated no. I would never book with this location again but hope they find more efficient ways to ensure patients do not have to fill out several intakes as I did this prior to my arrival to ensure once I arrived there wasn’t much needed.

Dr Joanne and her staff are very caring. As soon as I had walked through the door they Greet you with a smile and with Great manners. There was a young lady at the reception desk. She help me with every steps possible. The nurses and Dr Joanne listen to me carefully and give me some good advice on address my issue with concern. I will recommend this facility to family and Friends

Went in for a physical and I had a few follow up questions concerning my general health. Was told that this is not the appointment for that, and I would need to schedule another appointment. Fast forward to my second appointment, which I had to sit in an empty waiting room, in an empty office for almost 45 minutes, I finally get to address my general health concerns, which was addressed in a very dismissive way. A week later I get a bill for the second visit for $245? I shouldnt have a bill like that due to my health insurance, but there were other charges on it that I had no idea I would be charged for. Clearly they wanted to push my to come in for a second appointment to squeeze more money out of me even when I could have had my concerns addressed in the first appointment. I will not go here again and honestly dont know why they have so many positive reviews.

I have been going to AllCare Reynoldstown for the past 3 years and will continue to as my visits have always been timely and thorough. I always feel heard and seen and my concerns are always addressed. Dr. Fain specifically always shows concern for my overall wellbeing and is open to any and all questions I may have. An overall positive experience. The staff is also quite friendly in a very clean environment.

They have a policy after 15 minutes you can't be seen, which would make sense if you were seen on time. Every time I have come in I have waited 30+ minutes to be seen by the doctor. The only bright spot is the doctor has good bedside manner.

Doctor Joanne So and the nurses (I did not get their names) were wonderful. I was very lightheaded and nauseous after the routine blood draw and really needed to lay down, but everyone was so kind and accommodating with the situation. They brought me a cold pack, water, and a juice from the staff fridge, and told me not to worry and to take my time getting up. I really really appreciated the care they provided and will definitely be back for my future annual visits :)

I enjoy coming to AllCare. The staff is very friendly, especially Shay! She made sure I was taken care of before meeting the doctor and went above a beyond to help me resolve an issue with my prescriptions/pharmacy. Dr. Fain is the best! Definitely would recommend this location.

Very quick, the front desk lady was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait long to be asked into the patient room. The nurse seemed rushed, and did not take her time to fill out my medical history, I really wish she would have taken more interest and attention, maybe she had a bad day. Dr. Lamp was very nice, he listened to my concerns, and questions. I got a sense that he was in a rush at some point, but I am hoping his referral and rest of the process will resolve my illness. I would understand a sense of urgency if there were many patients, but there were only 2 of us in the lobby, there was no need to rush. The office is clean, modern, service is fast. The parking is small, so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this place, it is much better than most places out there. Cons: Some employees lack a personal touch and attention, the visit can feel rushed, depending on who you get. Pros: Quick, clean, polite staff, easy registration process, they use apps and technology to expedite appointment setup and prescriptions.

I had a great experience at AllCare. The staff was polite and helpful, and Dr. Fain was personable, efficient, and thorough. I also was seen within fifteen minutes of my set appointment time. All in all, I enjoyed my visit.

I can’t even put into words how pleased I am with the experience I had with Dr. So & the medical assistant that was at my appointment. So incredibly professional & made me feel so comfortable. I’m sure it was visible how anxious I was and Dr. So explained the entire process of what she’d be doing & overall just made sure I was completely comfortable. She was efficient, answered all my questions, & truly the entire staff was so friendly & approachable. Without a doubt one of the best!

Dr. Fain and the staff over at AllCare Reynoldstown were the best. Coming in as a new patient, had me on edge a little but everyone was very welcoming. Checking in was super easy, the facility is really clean, and I was done with my visit in under an hour! The Phlebotomy tech was super sweet and I felt nothing while getting my blood drawn. Dr. Fain has a very warm disposition and really good bedside manner. She was very thorough with explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Great visit.

We are so very grateful to have found the providers at Allcare. My child had been grossly misdiagnosed by another center and we went there on a whim. I am so glad we did! We are new to the area and had not yet established with a GP. Not only did they diagnose my child properly but we are both now established as regular patients! They treated my child with excellent care, and we were seen with almost no wait at all. The staff was caring and listened clearly to our concerns. And the best part?! We can WALK to the office!

  • 5/5 Eddy G. 1 year ago on Google
AllCare has a super clean facility, nice waiting room with a lot of sunlight, and friendly staff. My only complaint was that I was asked to wear a mask the whole time, even though I wasn’t there due to any illness (just some blood work), but the staff wasn’t even consistently wearing masks. Felt a bit silly, but still had an overall good visit!

Great office. I booked an appointment the day of through the ZocDoc app. I am new to town and this was my only day off. Dr. So, DO had an appointment available and I'm grateful she did. The entire staff was great. Very clean setting and efficient. I would definitely recommend this AllCare location to anyone.

Clean, organized and Doctor Lamp was fantastic. Just regular doctor visit stuff: Show up on early and wait 40 minutes past the scheduled time to get seen. It just goes with the territory and I will be waiting here in the future though. On-line info is great, received prescription confirmations with videos about the meds attached while I was in the office. Doc sat down and talked me through everything and was very patient and attentive. Just a well run place.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this location was. The office was new and really clean. Everyone that I came into contact with was pleasant and helpful, the young lady at the front desk, the nurse, and the MD all great individuals. They have very upfront pricing without any hidden fees. Will most certainly be using them in the future.

I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The nurse got access to my vein on the first try!!(I’m a hard a stick) The new secretary Dominique was really nice, but can’t say the same for the unprofessional preceptor she had. Let the client tell you what they are there for to confirm and be aware of your body gestures. I was able to set my appointment up for 7 PM.

Hospitality wise and how to let patients know how much their health is important was my biggest experience because i can’t remember the last time in 15 years I visited a healthcare facility. Since I got to know how important it is to check on my health periodically, I can’t wait to visit in two weeks time!!
