When we booked there weren’t as many bad reviews so we were skeptical checking in. We were greeting with care upon arrival and are pleased with our room. We did bring our own pillows and towels but our room was very clean and thermostat was cool. The water pressure in shower was great as well. Floors were clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean - not sure why all the others rooms people are saying were dirty or had bugs. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean as well. Besides the outdated aesthetics our room was great!!

5 stars overall. Stayed in room 213, room was clean, and spacious. Bed and towels weren’t stained like some reviews have stated. Do recommend bringing your own toilet paper has their is very cheap and thin. Very good walking distance from most attractions, yet a lot of the same stores in a small area. From our room you could see a small creek and the parking lot. Wasn’t very busy so not much noise. Would stay again.

It was nice and clean especially for the price . Seemed quiet enough , and a short drive from most of the attractions. It is an older motel , but it was comfortable . I also appreciated it had an elevator. My only issue was the parking lot filled up pretty quickly, but it was a busy weekend . Staff was very friendly.

Great Rates, back rooms have a view of a small river. Within walking distance to many shops, gas station, grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to the island and the great smokies national park. Rooms are outdated but are very clean and have comfortable beds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. Front desk clerk was super friendly and polite. Great value for the money. Pool was small but clean. The area seemed a little rough but we had no problems. Several attractions are nearby. We'd stay again.

Room was remodel and very nice and clean! Staff at front desk was wonderful we got in late was very patient friendly easy check in and even stayed another night! Pool was also clean! Thank you! When we come that way we will be staying again!
