Update: get the fried green tomatoes. It has the best pub cheese, too. And if you're there for lunch, the French dip. Yum!! ---- We went for our second visit on a Saturday for a late lunch. We didn't realize the menu would be different, but it was fine. Saturday and Sunday afternoon was the brunch menu. Disappointed that we couldn't get the delicious fried green tomatoes, but next time. Someone at the table got the chicken and waffles. Although I didn't taste it, it looked yummy. I got the burger with a fried egg (also a bunch item.) Cooked perfectly and with a very unique bun. Although it's delicious, the Old Fashioned on tap is very strong. (That's not a bad thing, I suppose. Lol) The menu is a bit small and unique but this place is definitely worth a visit....and a return visit! Oh, and the staff is amazing!

Working with the Woodside Bistro Catering and creating our perfect wedding menu was wonderful! Dylan was accommodating and very easy to work with, she made the whole experience fun and took into consideration our vision for the wedding. Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about how delicious the food was and the friendliness of the staff. I recommend Woodside Bistro catering to anyone!

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. A unique location inside Woodside Mill, with a quaint, light and bright ambiance. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The truffle fries were delicious, along with the cauliflower bites with vegan ranch. My wife loved the salmon salad. We’ll definitely come back to try other dishes!

It is hard to find good food in Greenville. This place is actually good. The French dip is great and the truffle fries are amazing. The bartender is awesome and makes his own cocktails. The "Mexican Firing Squad" drink was amazing. And I'm not keen on fruity margaritas but this was perfect because of the bitters.

Not sure why we waited so long to try Woodside Bistro! Tonight’s service and food was the best. Grilled pork chops with the cheesiest mac and cheese! Also fried catfish and shrimp with brussel sprouts (yum!).

Me and my fiancé have been going to the Woodside bistro, mostly for takeout, for over a year now. We use to love it, and ordered almost every week or every other week last year! However, we have noticed that the quality has been very inconsistent in 2023. Last night for example, the food was absolutely awful. I was feeling unwell, so we did not feel like making a big deal out of it and decided to just take the L and not call in a complaint in or ask for a remake. The chicken entree was a bit dry, and the pork chop was so dry and hard that I feel like I was given a previously cooked pork chop that was reheated in the microwave. You can actually see how dry it was in the pic. I am not a picky eater, but I could hardly even chew this, let alone enjoy it. The truffle fries also tasted oddly soggy and oily, like they had been sitting around, and were dropped back in the fryer a second time to be reheated. The Mac and cheese was completely unseasoned and tasted like, well, nothing. It had no flavor, at all. It did not taste how it normally would. I tried to save it by adding some of our own seasoning on it, and it kind of helped. And the vegetables on the side were maybe thrown on the grill for less than a minute, and were pretty much uncooked and, again, unseasoned. Please note that our order was not ready when we came in to pick it up, and we came in around 15 mins after the order was placed, when we were told it would be ready. So I can’t imagine the food quality was a result of it sitting around waiting on us to pick it up. We also live right in front of the restaurant, a 2-4 minute walk away, so it shouldn’t have degraded in quality that quickly. I use to love this restaurant, but I don’t think we will be ordering from here again after that. At least, not for take out. If you eat here, eat inside the restaurant, where they are less likely to serve you subpar food. I will say, when the food is cooked correctly, it is really great. On a positive note, the server who took our order on the phone was very sweet and kind!

We had Woodside cater our wedding in September and we continue to get compliments on our food, even two months after the wedding. Dylan was incredible to work with leading up to the wedding and treated us like family the entire process. She was consistently hospitable, patient, and helpful. We had many special requests for the wedding and Dylan didn't just accommodate our requests, but was excited to serve us in these additional ways. One of our requests was for them to provide a variety of desserts for our dessert table, and they did not disappoint. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out since we were asking them for so many different types of desserts, but each dessert ended up being perfect. I cannot recommend Woodside enough. Their food and service is the best in Greenville. Thank you, Dylan and Woodside team!

Woodside Bistro catered my husband’s Christmas office party in our home. It was a sit down dinner for 10. Chef Ken and server Dylan came into our home and not only prepared a delicious meal but made our night extra special. They plated our food, refilled our wine and water glasses, and cleaned up the entire kitchen. It was a true 5-star experience and I will use their catering service again.!
