We did the walking ghost tour, and had a great time! Our guide, Theodora, was so nice and informative. You can tell she loves her job. The tour was super interesting and we learned so much about the history of Marietta. Such a fun date night, especially around Halloween. 👻 Definitely recommend! 🤩

Our tour guide Rosalind B was awesome! She is a wonderful story teller with personal and well known stories about the history and spirits of marietta. Whether you are a marietta native or just visiting, be sure to checkout this tour!

They cancelled a seasonal tour only a couple hours before it was scheduled. There were no other days I could make the lengthy trip back to Marietta from my home before the tours were done for the season. They offered that I could take a “trolly” tour that night which cost a fraction of what I paid and is on a bus… not a trolly. I just wanted my money back. They refused to give me a refund and said I had to take a gift certificate that I do not want. The tickets were extremely expensive. Though they have a cancellation policy that states they don’t refund money if they cancel tours, they are not transparent about how often they cancel and on how short of notice. I know for a fact that SEVERAL tours were cancelled. Beware their VERY SHADY cancellation policy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our walking ghost tour of Marietta. I've lived here 20+ years and learned so many new things about the history and creepy facts about our area. Our tour guide, Lindsey, is a great storyteller. Can't wait to bring friends and do it again!

We booked the trolley tour. The trolley tour was via tour bus, which wasn't as shown on the page we booked. It definitely didn't set the mood for the tour. The tour guide was new to the trolley tour and it was a little rough to say the least. After the tour I ended up going and researching the places we saw to learn not all the information we were told was correct. Next time I will opt for the walking tour and hope that is better as I felt I wasted my money on this tour for my daughter and I.

Went on the “trolly” tour and was sadly disappointed. Having been on the walking tour previously, I was excited to give this a try. It felt like false advertising when we showed up to ride a trolly but instead got a bus. There were no decorations or anything inside giving it the feel of ghost tour. The tour guide was great, but it was evident that the route was not well rehearsed. They also were unsure of the location of one of the houses discussed on the tour. It was also overpriced for the experience. Will be doing the walking tour instead of this one in the future.

We went on the trolly tour and it was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Instead of a trolly, it was a bus. And the bus had no Halloween decorations, the AC was blasting so it was hard to hear the tour guide, and the driver was very indecisive about where he was going… my suggestions to make it better would be to visit more of the houses in the historic district and tell more chilling, haunting stories like the ones on the walking tour. OR, go to at least 3 cemeteries (we stopped by one and drove by another) and give detailed stories of more hauntings. Perhaps make it more of a “CEMETERY TOUR” with flashlights that go to the different locations if you’re not going to invest in an actual trolly. HOWEVER, the tour guide was good, but she could have dressed up or at least tried to act more spooky to give it more of a Halloween feel. I feel like our experience was their “dress rehearsal” and was definitely overpriced for what we got. I’ve done the walking tour before (twice) and it’s ten times better.

It was pretty good. It was fun because of the group. Our guide could have been better.

Lindsey was a fantastic guide and is very enthusiastic about local history. In addition to the sites covered on the ghost tour, she is a fount of knowledge about all things Marietta - from best places to eat to parking tips for Braves games.

The worse “ghost tour” I’ve ever been a part of. The guide began by telling the group she was new and that her drama teacher wrote the script for the tour? Made you believe the whole tour was full of made up stories. She also had a few of her friends (14 or 15 yrs old) follow her around during the tour laughing the whole time. The guide was nice but no where near professional and did a very poor job telling short stories about the buildings. Obviously read right off a script. It felt rushed and we constantly ran into the group in front of us numerous times and just waited around for several minutes awkwardly. Chattanooga, Savannah, Huntsville, etc. are REAL ghost tours. Not this. Waste of money.

Cat or Kat was out tour guide tonight and she was amazing. This was our first time going on a ghost tour of the area even though we have frequented the area numerous times. Very interesting history. Can’t wait to take the Scaryetta tour later this month

Took some friends on the tour. Rosalind was an entertaining guide. She provided us with a lot of researched stories and history of the Marietta Square area. Her ghost stories left you wondering … could there be ghosts? Would definitely repeat the experience.

Shea was absolutely amazing! She was so energetic and informative the entire tour! Being that my boyfriend and I are Florida natives, it was very interesting to learn about the ghosts of Marietta. We were attentive 100% of the time because Shea is a natural and graduated as a theater student. We went at the peak of fall season so it was 40 degrees outside but that didn’t stop Shea from being an awesome tour guide. It’s really what you make it. My boyfriend and I just wanted to do something different and it’s always about the experience for us. I hope Shea’s boss sees this. She’s great! Wonderful personality and I can’t express that enough. I should’ve said this first —> this is a family/kid-friendly tour. It’s about the “Ghosts of Marietta.” It’s not scary and you won’t actually “see” ghosts, rather be informed about the history and ghost stories of the town.
