The sandwiches are small, but what you'd expect for the price. I guess if you've been drinking...didn't like the face mask mandate or automatic 20% tip. Ice tea was weak, but they figured it was due to one of the fountain; got it replaced from other fountain, and it was better. Wife didn't care her BBQ, and my Cuban was okay.

The sandwich was smaller than my palm and my palm is not very big. On top of that they put 20% automatically on top of your meal plus tax so you might think you're getting a tiny sandwich for $5 but in fact you're getting a minuscule sandwich for like $6.35 without typical waiter service. I would just buy Jimmy John's then eat it here and get a drink. Draft IPA was $8 though so just depends how much money you have

Rating: 2.5 stars We started off with a round of drinks, including a paloma, victory libre, and life jacket. The drinks were fine and came in small, unassuming mason jars. On the other hand, the bar food was in rough shape - I wouldn't recommend it. We went for the ramen, and judging just by the description of "served cold" and the price, we should've known better than to try it. It came out in a basket the way that fries do at a diner. It was comprised of small noodles, yes, but I'd be hard pressed to call that ramen at all. It was unappetizing enough that we could only stomach a few bites before calling it quits. I did enjoy the ambiance. There's enough tables that you can sit and chat with your group, and there was also a movie playing in the background on the wall. I always find that it makes for an interesting conversation topic at a bar. There's also a tiki bar that connects behind (turn left after entering and pass the restrooms) with fun décor and beach vibes.

weird frat type vibes, honestly expected given the area it's in. the sandwiches we got were definitely not worth $6 a piece, but to be fair we shouldn't have gotten the beet sandwich and the "teabird". the coke slushies were pretty okay but also overpriced, and our little "appetizers" were just not hitting at all 😔 overall, if you go here on a weekly basis you probably need to find a better spot to hang out and spend your money at in the area

Unique sandwiches with great snackables (hummus, soup, salad, popcorn) alongside fun drink cocktail mixes. Indoor and outdoor seating. Love sitting outdoors during sunset, phenomenal views of the sky.

A delightful and delicious break from everyday life. The cocktails were fun and effective and despite their low cost, the sandwiches were quite filling. Service was observant without being overbearing. Thanks y'all!

Love this place! Great environment and food/drinks. I’ve gotten drinks before from here during Christmas time and they were themed. Didn’t get a drink this time because I had to drive home. Ordered the Hambo which is always good with a side of chips. I’ve gotten the Tea Bird before and loved the spicy kick.

Pimento cheese with Bacon jam...yummy! Little Havana sammy...delicious! Whiskey and Coke Slush...fantastic! Perfect little spot for a quick lunch or laid-back date. Enjoyed every bite.

We ordered drinks only; I loved my first. The second tasted like cough medicine, and the only response from the server and manager was that it's the restaurant policy that they can't do anything to remediate. The manager was completely unapologetic. I'll not go back to Victory. I don't send a mixed drink back lightly. I asked a lot of questions about the ingredients and the final taste before ordering it. It was not at all as it was represented to me, and they did nothing.

Victory is what this place embodies in not just name alone. Menu changes here and there but the staples are always there. The servers change as well, but all are courteous and attentive. Between the creatively assembled sandwiches to the insanely original cocktails, that is what this place is to me. A Victory for all who crave something better for their mistreated palates. Huzzah!!

Parking on the side is a little bit of a mess sometimes. Lot has frequent patrols so make sure you're squared away. Fantastic food - order 2 sandwiches as they're kind of smaller. Great drinks, medium price.

I went with my family to this place. We were a group of 14 people. First, I nicely asked the server if we can bring one chair from inside since we were missing one chair, after I asked her multiple times, she said no! Many times! We moved to a table inside and as soon as the server came back, she said I want you all to know that we do not split checks, and we charge automatically 20% gratuity. She left and never came back! The manager very nice by the way! Came took the order and try her best to accommodate. She came and gave us discount for the delay order and the sandwich that was with no meat at all. Love the manager but no the place !

2nd visit - Unfortunately I don't eat pork, beef, or cold Ramen; that's the menu. Ordered the Tea Bird - chicken sandwich. It is barely a chicken sandwich. The menu needs to update the spice level for the Pokémon as well. My two co-workers were overwhelmed by the spiced up pork sandwich. 1st visit- last spring, the Whiskey Freeze is good.

I love to eat here and often get two or three sandwiches to try at once. I also enjoy playing ping pong in the back. Fast service in my experience.

Love the sandwich options, and the popcorn as always was delicious. The custom-blended cocktails are also great, nice location near the MARTA station to grab a quick bite.

Good prices, great service, and excellent food and drinks. We had a large party (18 or so), and every single person was thrilled with their orders. All of the sandwiches were excellent, and at $5 a piece, we all got to try a few different ones. The cocktails were similarly delicious, and our servers were friendly and patient through all of it. It took a little while for our food to come out, but I would attribute that to the size of our group. All in all, a great place for drinks or for dinner, and especially for a group that can't decide which one they want!

A true Decatur mainstay with a fun relaxed vibe. I've been going to this location since back when they had Paper Plane downstairs and not much has really changed besides the occasional sandwich or drink rotation. Spiked sodas, slushees, and creative cocktails are the strength of this spot along with their generous hours. Only real downside is that the prices have crept up a decent bit but the atmosphere is solid enough that its still worth it.

This place discriminates against the disabled, based on an interaction I witnessed involving someone who had a foot and ankle injury who was denied service because they placed a mobile order after asking staff if that was okay, so the person did not have to stand in line. It seemed like a reasonable ask. Despite the staff telling them it was okay to do so, they then refused to acknowledge the party and denied them service. They amended their policies on their online ordering afterwards (I checked from my own online order and it wasn’t there before the incident) to say you cannot eat a mobile order there. This was despite there being plenty of tables open and the person verifying with them that it was fine first. The people were visibly confused and trying to get the attention of the first person they spoke to. They then sent several staff members over to loudly embarrass the person and they left in tears. Actual tears. The whole incident was confusing and shameful. I reached out to their management about it because it was so shocking and never heard back. I would never support this chain.

Good service with refreshing drinks. Highly recommend spiked sodas. The price of drinks are reasonable.

I love victory every time I go. The sandwiches are always good, and not insanely huge. The cocktails are made well, and the vibe is good.
